The entire team at essential dentistry are professional, warm, kind, friendly, and in my opinion the best dentists I have ever been to.
When I arrived at their office a few years ago I was a nervous wreck. The whole team helped me, reassured me and helped me get the work done that had been overlooked by my previous dentist, thereby extending the life and health of my teeth! I think that's a huge deal!
They have always treated myself, family and friends that use the same practice with dignity and installed confidence that going to the dentist isn't really that bad!

ESSENTIAL DENTISTRY Team are all amazing g friendly well knowledge and use upto date new treatments.
I have been going for over 20 years have take family to them.they do more than fix teeth dentures they support u as a person treat you with such care and compassion.
I found them when I was in need and I had alot of issues. They just are great family dentist you can trust. I won't go any where else.

Jan/23/2023. I had Brooke for the first time and had a great experience with her and she was so gentle and made sure that I wasn't in any discomfort during my cleaning and have a bad gag reflex and took some time to find some spray to help prevent it. And it work awesome! And worked with/around my gag reflex.

Everyone was really pleasant and explained things thrall. Been dealing with them for about 20 years. Went in to get a mouth guard and may end up having to get braces. But didn't charge anything until they figure out which would be best for me.

I have been going to Dr David Williams for over 20 years and now his son Dr Brent Williams has taken over the practice and continues to provide impeccable service and care. The staff, from reception to the dental hygienists, is always friendly and does a fantastic job from the moment you walk into the office.

The staff are always very welcoming, their work is well done and they are always very willing to explain what is going on or answer questions.

My teenager had a great experience here. The dental tech was great at gaining consent for each part of the cleaning and gave my kid time to recover if they felt uncomfortable. Really great communication by the professional dental hygienist was the key to a successful visit.

Dr. Williams and all the staff here are amazing. They take the time to get to know you and your family, and care passionately about not only the health of your mouth, but also how it impacts your whole body.

My favorite is no needles. Yay! Now I should be good until 2050.should I be blessed to live that long.

My 8 year old son saw Amy for an exam and cleaning and Dawn and Dr. Williams for a tooth extraction. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic! They all went out of their way to explain everything they were doing and make my son feel confident he was in charge if he was nervous or uncomfortable. They even checked his dinosaur’s teeth while waiting for the freezing to set! I would 100% recommend Essential Dentistry to anyone.

This is the best dentistry experience I have ever had! I moved to NW Calgary, but I refuse to switch dentists. Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. All staff are professional and Dr. Williams is extremely knowledgeable, clearly an expert at what he does. We are a family of 5 and Essential Dentistry has been our dentist for 10 years. They are like a little extended family. They have always taken care of our dental needs or referred us on to Orthodontics when it’s out of there scope. Dr. B. Williams, Dawn, Amy and Helen have often gone above and beyond during dental emergencies. Our entire family used to have dental anxiety, but not anymore. We all look forward to our yearly checkups and visits!

Dr. Brett Williams and his staff are fantastic. If you’re worried about the discomfort with getting frozen for a procedure you can put your mind at ease. It was the most painless local anaesthetic I’ve had! Dr Williams is very gentle, and that is what you want when you’re having your teeth worked on.
I was provided estimates and the all the costs were disclosed up front.
They are super accommodating and professional in all aspects.

The Dr Williams and all of the staff were accommodating, friendly, and patiently explained what is going on with my teeth. They have a no-pressure system to aid you in deciding what needs done now, and what can wait. They process your insurance for you so you don't have to pay up front.
