The car wash is day light robbery. Paid 15 bucks, one of the two arms had 1 spout working, no soap was dispensed. My car was dirty, i paid money to make it dirty and patchy!
Do not wash your car here.

Waited for 12 minutes. Not a single employee in this place. What the heck? Irfan needs to work when he is here

It says 24 hrs open but found closed after driving 10minutes to this gas station. Please correct the timings.

Marion the lady at the front is very rude. I hate dealing with grumpy people so i will stop going to this gas station and convenient store and go to the other one in 24th street.

Multiple times out of premium the attendant has refused to put up a sign that simply says no premium available. The amount of rudeness and laziness not to just make a sign is mind boggling

Ripoff artists. And smug about it. Sell me a deluxe car wash and it doesn't activate, no replacement, no refund, they have my money and that is the end. I dont know any other business ever that would be happy about providing zero value for a frequent customer. Now former customer. All they had to do was give me what I paid for. Avoid this location, there are many choices that provide what is paid for.

Don't waste your money and time going to this car wash. Paid $14 for a car wash and it was a terrible experience. My car went in dirty and came out dirty. The car wash doesn't really clean your car and for $14 the wash process last less then 4 minutes. I will never return to this location for a car wash.

Can Esso please train their employees how to add in the pc points gas discount/redemption? Either its that or they don't understand the English language. Either way please help them to understand the offers Esso advertises.

Overall very clean including the washrooms. Retailer is very friendly. Highly recommended for fill ups, convenience items and car wash.

The gas price is generally a couple cents less than other places but their car wash is grossly overpriced for what you get. I paid $11.99 for about a 2 minute car wash. I would have been better off to let the rain wash my car for free.

The problem is the car wash exit door drips all over your partially dried car. Obvious problem not addressed by ownership.

Very quiet, great prices. Clean and well maintained. Car wash doesn't do a great job even for it being so expensive.

My go to Esso on the mornings I need gas. Never busy and the price is on par with others in the area.

My total order came to over $65 and they wouldn't accept my $100 bill because they "wouldn't have change" afterwards. ‍️

I bought a touchless wash ticket for $13.00 and was very disappointed when they wouldn’t honor the ticket after it was expired 4 days. I work close to there and was waiting for dry roads and was looking forward to trying the brand-new wash facility. They just took my money. Paid $13.00 and received nothing. I will never do business there again

When I go here, they don’t have the wash open, and won’t allow a wash when I try to redeem points “it’s too cold”, “not working”, etc. But other Esso’s McKenzie Lake, Southland Dr let me go through no questions asked. Has happened several time’s at this location. This pic is me in McKenzie Lake 10 min after Riverbend turned me away.

Awesome location for a station and the car wash was needed in the area.
On the Run store and A&W in the same complex is a nice touch too.

First, let's get the positives out of the way. The place is new and clean and on the way to and from work. Easy access from both directions and it has full wash and gas facilities.

But, quit the freakin upselling. I'm standing there at 5am on a weekday with an arm full of energy drinks. No, I don't want a car wash. No, I don't want your over-priced bottle of water that I can get out of a tap, even if it's on sale. I'm here for one transaction and one transaction only.

Seriously, ESSO, I will actually never buy anything beyond the bare minimum of what I'm looking for whenever I'm in here now. In fact, I'm probably going to think about how much it annoys me to have to to deal with it and just by-pass the place most of the time when I don't need something urgently.
