The $12 "Full Wash" option for the car wash lasts less than a minute and does one cycle of water. What a waste of time and money.

So I tried to claim for a free luxury car wash today (Dec 19,2021 @2: 45pm) after collecting four receipts of car wash payments under their current promo of buy 4 and the 5th will be free!

Guess what? The Cashier at the station asked for the wash codes for all the four receipts I have! I cannot imagine this policy! It's not even written in their advertisements to keep the wash codes (useless after use! Who keeps them anyway and for what?). Calling the Store Manager to correct this matter! You can do better than this! Common sense please!

Place is dirty, staff should be speaking English it is very rude when they speak there language in front of you.

My car broke kinda today morning and I didn't know what to do. Went to the store and Oonnii who is tje cashier there helped me to figure out what should I do! Thank you thank you thank you! Got safe home and all is good!

Easy peasy fill at the pump and pay inside as well. The drive thru is not too busy so you never have to wait too long for your order.

Car wash is basic like the others. Take your cloth with you to dry your car. Good customer service.

Never any paper in the pumps to get a receipt without going into the store. Convenient it is not!

It’s a gas station, people.

Prepay for gas, don’t use the washrooms, car wash is mediocre. Like nearly every other gas station out there.

Staff have always been friendly. Tim’s drivethru is nice, and I’ve never had to wait too long.

I just cama yo buy a juice for my kid and load some fuel and while talking to my wife to let her know the kind of juices I found re store person was asking me in a ride manner many times what I was looking for when the first time I told him but like unsaid he was being rude, there after I request some fuel telling him the amount first and in a ride manner he ask me again how much and I told him again the amount, I paid and he hand me the receipt and I noticed a sign that states that you will get a free carwash if they do not ask, and he never ask me if I want a car wash or anything else, so I ask him for a free carwash and he ask me, how come? And I grab the sign and he said that they no longer give a free car wash and I ask him why you have the signs all over the place, on the counter and on the fuel pumps as well and he said get out of here, I ask him why and with a broken English he told me again to get out of here while he was getting around the counter, at that moment my wife called me in the phone and ask me why I was taking so long and explain her and she told me to leave saying that they always do that, that they never want to give the free car wash, I would never go back.

The staff are friendly and the coffee is fresh. Line ups can be long with the purchase of lottery tickets by more than two people.

The guy at the counter was a complete jerk. He asked me for id as I was asking for what I wanted. After asking him to first let me finish my sentence, i showed him a CANADIAN ISSUED PASSPORT which clearly states my age and he refused to accept it. He was rude and unprofessional. I come here often but this will be my last time.

1 star is too much for this place. Unhelpful staff gas pumps dont work. Dont be in customer servive if you wont help people.

012118-The car wash of this gas station is probably the worst at least in all of Calgary. This winter, they did not remove the accumulation of snow and ice on the approach and exit path of the car wash. I almost hit the side of my vehicle against the structure when it slid on the ice as the vehicle entered and again when exiting. The water pressure and volume were so low, it hardly cleaned the vehicle. The air dryer starts up even before The car waxing step was complete and it blinks on and off, with the counter jumping several seconds on the countdown, apparently to reduce time on the dryer, and send the vehicle out quicker. The owner must be making a lot more money when all these questionable saving measures are put together, while sacrificing carwash quality. Macleod Trail COOP was one of the better one’s boasting higher water volume and much higher jet pressure. Go there and compare for yourself and you’ll better appreciate what I mean.
