The night shift worker is very unprofessional, I told him to put gas at pump 4 and he mistakenly put on pump 5 and then some one else was filling that gas and I was waiting in pump four, when I came inside to ask he was rude and very unprofessional

I spend $60 cash on gas, and it fill up to $47. I asked the counter for change and this rude girl said no and said I have to let them keep the $13. I told her that I fill it up to less than the maximum amount I pay from cash and she didn't care about it, what a very scam. This is not how paying with cash works. If you gas is full and its below the amount u pay, your suppose to get change back and this work lady refused to do it. Don't go to this gas station if you want to to pay with cash.

I will not use this store went to stand in line to buy lottery ticket and Tim Hortons coffee and running across the floor were 2 mice so I left they are serving food.

There is a Tim Hortons sign on the building but they didn't have any coffee. This is unacceptable!

This place is consistently the worst experience of any 7 11 ever. Service was so slow 3 people working and no one being served. Will drive out of my way to NEVER go there again. Thank you for nothing!

Pretty good service and friendly staff but I think the clerks upselling at checkout is a bit irritating sometimes especially when asked repeatedly after saying no.

[Esso] - Will never give you the change the way you want it. Even won't split townie into loonies. After buying things there multiple times and being offered lame excuses to as why they won't give me change the way i want it, i concluded this place don't have basic ethics to run a business. Now i am not giving them 20$, buying 2$ thing and asking them to split the rest in loonies. At most i asked multiple time was splitting a bill in 2 bills after buying something. Also cashiers tone stiffnes when they hear about change like i asked them to jump from sky or something.

Horrible experience with the 711 afternoon employee Thursday around 230, he continue to sit on the phone and lose three different customers i went there for timmies and ended up wanting a red bull I nearly just walked out with no concern of him noticing that I had one of his products in my hand nor calling the police

I really apprecisted the bathroom being open but was appalled at how dirty it was. I know how busy everyone is as there was s line up but at this crucial time things need to be clean.

The staff who work the tils are not very friendly, they can be very rude, especially the men who work their, they like to spend more of their time on their cells, then with customers or cleaning the store! We have tried to use our esso points for gas etc and they have refused us everytime, to bad, we are considering spending our money at another gas station!

Just filled the fuel and could not get the receipt because there was no paper in the printer. I used to pay outside to save time but don't want to go inside to mine up again. There was a big line up and when I asked that I could not get receipt then his response was very rude without feel sorry or excuse and I and no time to line up again for receipt. I walked out and normally I avoid to go there.

DON'T GO HERE IF YOU'RE IN A RUSH OR DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!

• ten cents more than almost anywhere else in the city!
• no clip to hold gas nozzle open to pump - so no time to wash windshield while he's pumping!
• no paper at pump to print receipts!
• uncaring and unfriendly staff!

I fuel there yesterday.before the preauthourised amount reached it stopped there was no fuel actually going but the meter kept going.i was surpriced! When i started my car the gauge sowing fur below where i was expecting.driving this vehicle for over three years so i no the meter ran without actually delivering any gas.i will avoid this gas station.don't recommend.
