They need to sort out their pay-at-the-pump system because I can't count how many times I get stuck on the "Would you like a car wash? " screen only for it to not register any inputs and ultimately lead to a "Please see cashier for assistance" message.
Otherwise, no complaints for a gas station.
Edit: They've revamped their pump system with new hardware. Filled up several times and so far none of the previous complaints.
This brown lady at the front desk was disgustingly rude and doesn’t know customer service. Will never go back to this location. I literally left because she couldn’t hear me after repeating 10 times.
Good Esso gas station with the 711 and Tim’s Horton drive thru. We mostly come to this esso because of the Tim’s but I also like filling up here because it quite a large pump with many spot to drive in. It can often get busy during the rush hours tho so be mind full of that.
Worst car wash ever. I will never take my car there again. I bought the luxury package and the car was not even pre-rinsed before they applied the snowfoam. Very disappointing, I will get Wash My Ride to take good care of my car, also, they are mobile, so they will come to me.
Dont get gas here anymore but got car wash. Middle of the road one 14$ and it did a horrible job. Didnt get window edges. Lower body and part of back. Very rushed for initial spray and drying. Wont go back.
3 in 1.7-11, ESSO and Tim's. Been stopping by here about once a week early in the morning to grab some snacks before a hike, or a sandwich for lunch and maybe breakfast. It's what you'd expect out of a 7-11, and you can basically find everything you'd want out of one.
The staff inside are very friendly and helpful. There’s also a Tim Hortons inside and a drive through which is super convenient. The main issues though are with the pumps, half the time they don’t seem to accept my cards and I have to go in and wait in line to get gas and I’ve noticed the gas nozzles sometimes spray. The car wash is decent as well, it does a good job for washing the car but does a mediocre job with drying as there’s always water spots present.
I spend more money here than I do anywhere else in the neighborhood. 80$ and I still had a quarter tank. The funny thing is I kind of felt like I was getting a deal.
