ESSO 7-Eleven 37801

Good price for regular gas, Speedpass is always a favourite of mine.
Able to get an RV in & out with no problem.

Every time I go there there’s an issue either their pumps or card readers aren’t working or it’s the car wash which they don’t bother telling you isn’t working until after you gas up. I feel this is a scam because they know if people know the car wash isn’t working they won’t go there to gas up so they deliberately don’t tell you instead you’re supposed to guess. There’s always nothing but problems and when I’m there it’s the same for other customers. This place really needs to get their act together.

Great place, staff is very friendly and helpful. However I know its not the gas stations fault but gas prices are atrocious!

Why do you guys have to force people to go inside to pay for gas “ see Cashiers “ to pay? So bad and so inconvenient! Every time I stopped by to fill gas in the evening and It didn’t let me do prepaid with my credit card!

Fix up here but the gas price is far higher than other Esso gas stations in Airdrie and Calgary.

Filled up today around 1 pm. Ever since I've had problems engine stops periodically. Most likely water in fuel.

Being a truck driver you can't get a coffee here now since no way get with truck in drive thru. And their service is dead slow waited 20 mins in line to no avail.

Timmy Hortons didn't have what we wanted so we left and went to another location.other than that we don't usually stop in at that Esso or that 7-eleven

Shady manager doesn't adjust gas prices on purpose (I've seen this in person) obviously for profit purpose.the most expensive gas station in Airdrie.

Stopped using them as I am still waiting to receive any pc optimum points for fuel purchases, also pump payments system only works sporadically.

I’m an older woman and I can get easily turned around even in small stores. Brayden gave exceptional service and was very friendly. I forgot his name so my daughter called to ask if it was okay to use and even over the phone he was a very nice charming young man. Thank you Brayden for helping me and for working on a long weekend.

Normally I quite like Esso as it is reliable and you know what you are going to get.but i am so sick of the pay at the pump not working for no apparent reason. It is 2019.how is basic technology functional 30% of the time? Nobody in the store has any idea why they dont work either.

Definitely my last choice for every service offered at this location. Try being a decent gas station before you add a 7-11, Tim Hortons and a darn car wash ‍️

Always was using this one but recently their pumps stopped processing PC points, and every time when I want to get a gas I’m forced to go inside to see a cashier for assistance. What a waste of time!
Why even advertise this program when your hard-/ software cannot support it? ! Marketing trick? ! You know that it’s not legal, right?
I am going to find another convenient place for my car needs. This place is a joke.

This gas station consistently raises prices significantly in the morning to take advantage of the morning rush. Today a ridiculous 16.4 cents/liter higher than all other gas stations in the area. Most people (that don’t have a financial interest in gas stations) would agree that this is an unethical and immoral business practice regardless of increasing prevalence around Airdrie. I’ll avoid this station regardless of time of day.

Devious Gougers. All week the price has been under a dollar a litre and they raise it 10 cents first thing in the morning to catch sleepy bleary-eyed people before they put it back down to the regular price. Since the switch to 7/11 it takes 3x as long to get through the cash, also don’t expect understandable English.
