Plenty of fueling bays, fast service most of the time, and a Tim Hortons inside the store, or you can use the drive through. TH can be busy and slow during peak hours.

Pre authorization on credit card at pump. Pump decided to 'cancel' transaction. Tried again and worked fine. Until I needed a receipt! Went inside to ask for receipts and got told I'm lying! Manager came out, I showed her credit card on phone and she magically made my receipt appear.
I now have to fight with my credit card to get the first $250 back that appear as a purchase on my credit card

I went there the other day with my family, I bought some candy and a 2L of PEPSI ZERO, IT EXPIRED IN NOVEMBER OF 2022. Absolutely disgusting, AND one of the "associates" was sitting on the COUNTER behind the tills. Absolutely terrible.

Car wash never cleans. This is my car right after the wash. You always have to fight with the auntie that works here for the re-wash. Their excuse- your car was dirty. Of course it was dirty that’s why I brought it to the wash. Saw the Manager a couple of times at the store and he is always rude to everyone around.

Don't waste your time coming here. Almost every time the pay at the pump is broken forcing you to go inside and get in line. The diesel pumps are always dirty and leaking diesel.

There is usually and open gas pump to go to as they have many - you usually don't have to wait to fill up. However, the receipt printers on the pumps are sometimes out of paper. They also have a Tim's here, so it makes it a very convenient stop if you want gas and a coffee.

Nice store with a Timmy's drive-thru attached. One of the newer touchless car washes in the area. Easy to collect PC Rewards there, so has become my favorite ace to gas up.

The short girl who works as a cashier with long black hair is slow and rude and she accused my boyfriend of stealing and then also accused me of stealing (probably racial stereotyping) as i was purchasing like $30 of snacks she said he was stealing a $5 charger and then she tried to switch it and say that i was.before this happened i went there all summer with my bf and they were always slow and rude.i heard they’re also extremely mean to homeless people.they’re also deleting bad reviews the other day i was on here and there was like 10+ bad reviews now there’s barely any

THE WORST ESSO GAS STATION! My boyfriend had our small dog in his arms. Our dog wasn't wandering around when a store associate rudely said "no pets allowed". They should have a sign up and seriously the staff need to learn manners.

You won’t see any difference between before and after the car wash

Cashiers are very good but car wash is useless. I washed 2 of my cars in last 4 days and both of them got driver sides dirty because this car wash only sprays pressurized water on passenger side only after soap

Great customer service. Store is very clean and excellent experience for car wash than other stores.

Worse place. The girl working in morning shift around 7 am is totally unprofessional. She didn't ask are you a member or you have optimum card. When I told her I m member and there is promotion for members she didn't like it. Even next few days I went there to buy something on promotion she did the same thing. She was Rude. Not going again there.

Don't use this gas station. It has locked me out of my Mastercard twice. I input the correct pin and it claims it is incorrect. Spoke to RBC an I found out that it is a known issue that esso 7-eleven is not fixing

I go to that store everyday, sometimes 2 times a day. They could have the customer service decency to remember a customer thats been coming to that store for 3 yrs. Its about being a part of a community. If more business in the area thought like that, they would be more profitable. Im 40 yrs old and i just renew my license so I was waiting for the pictures id in the mail. So I proceeded to try attempt to buy smokes with my temporary license that was given to me by the government registry and I was told i wouldnt be able to use it from a cashier that has sold me smokes dozens of times and has never asked for my id before. I had a bunch of stuff I had grab for my kids and I had to leave and go to another neighborhood store to buy my kids treats and smoke for myself. But guess what the store owner remember me a never asked for id. So I had to walk a little bit further for great customer service

Called to see the height off the car wash put me on hold and did not tell me the height and the clerk hung up on me

All gas stations are interchangeable in my opinion. Someone who really doesn't want to be there working behind the counter. The pumps have gas and the store has road snacks.end of story.

Worst customer service, they were very rude, and have know clue what they are doing, dealing with one customer, and ignoring the customer that's in front of them. If I'm paying at that moment, then I should be priority, and yes there was know one behind me.

This use to be a great location and then management changed. Now the food is always messed up, the bathroom smells 24/7 and the staff seems grumpy.i miss the old manger

There is always something wrong with the pumps or the machines, more often than not. I've had this experience at least 5 times now within the past 6 months, and it's just been frustrating. If this station wasn't on my way to work, I would've stopped coming here altogether.

Tried to buy an Arizona Ice tea and only had a $100 bill on me and they refused to accept. It does not state anywhere on the store windows or at the front that they do not accept $100 bills. It was a new plastic bill as well. This has happened twice now and if you can't accept a certain bill post it somewhere instead of the cashier saying no. Not coming back.

Luxury wash failed to clean my car, I had dust despite of washing the whole car. That’s probably a 7/11 car wash. I wouldn’t get a car wash from here that’s for sure. Overall, the gas station is the one I get my fuel from mostly as they have very competitive pricing in the area. The reason for three stars! I hope they fix their car wash as the location is pretty convenient for me.

Pump 9 doesn’t shut off when tank is full so gas spilt everywhere with no warning. Bought a luxury wash and my passengers side and the back of my car are still as filthy as when I went it. Will not be back

Just love the luxury car wash? At the Esso outlet in Millwoods. It’s just amazing especially the tricolor cleaner and the blast dry.

This Esso gas station is on the 34 th street and silverberry road. The service is okay. The store attached to the gas station is a 7 Eleven store and Tim Hortons. It also has a car wash facility. A new shopping complex is under construction just opposite the gas station in the same center.

I always experience unfriendly service every time I go here. Especially from the guy worker! All he does is frowning and gives you a dam face where you feel like you did something wrong for buying stuff or fuel from this store.

Miss Amandeep don't know how to treat the customer. Please do something. I had a car wash today and drier didn't work on the way out. I went in and informed them and i was told by Miss Amandeep that I will only get 10 seconds of the driers because i brought full wash and will get drier for full time if I will buy luxury wash. Btw you will get full drier time even if you brought the cheapest option which is quick wash. I tried to explain to her but didn't listen and was very rude. Either dishonest or ignorant.
