The WORST gas station. Employees don’t care and just make excuses. The gas price advertised has been different than the machines and I was told there’s nothing that could be done. I’ve been sold tickets for the car wash when the car wash doesn’t work.
I was there today and it will be the last time I ever go here. I waited in line for 15 mins for the car wash (my 4 year old LOVES this car wash and she really wanted to go through). When I finally got up to the machine and the machine was down unless you had a prepaid ticket. I couldn’t back out because there was a line up behind me so I had to run into the store and waste everyone’s time by having to go in. Employees knew it was down and didn’t care that it was inconveniencing people. No apology and no compensation. They refused to put up a sign because someone might take it down. Ridiculous. Take ownership and responsibility for your product not working.

The Tim hortons in this Esso is lacking management.
Too often you come in and the employees are goofing around the corner leaving you constantly waiting.
Also they give some customers free upgrades while barely acknowledge the existence of others.

Customer service is a major weakness in this esso and tim hortons

The worst service get here today the girl who was working there was so rude, without listening the problem, was asking the questions like I done the mistake, I mean without listening the Coustmer problem how can you the so rude, even not polite, worst service ever, was the regular Coustmer, never ever recommend any one here from today’s ownaards, she was very busy to talking with other worker, and the moment I was on call she was so loud to talk to asking the questions, I men behave properly pls with your Coustmer listen them first or if you don’t know the behaviour pls go to school lean some attitude to talk,
I never ever written any reviews like this but due to today incident you loose yr one Coustmer and if you behave like this in future who know how many, just a request to the owners of the place pls try to teach them how to talk and at list listen yr Coustmer
We are not there to get anything free, I cam every week and fill the gas almost 130 dollars means everything 520

Can't say much about this place cause I don't own a vehicle maybe made a stop with a friend to gas up.

Simple gas station, Helpful staff, Had no bathroom which was upsetting but had Rockstars on for 2 for $4.00 so not complaining!

Weird how the gas here is more expensive than the Northside. I thought it was global demand and supply that dictated price

Fuel pumps not labeled not working again, paper towel outside never there. Slow service inside.
Today the lady at the till told me my points were added to my account.but nope. (Nov 7/20)
I guess its easier to lie to he paying customer then correct the problem! (strike two).

Nice little esso with an attached drive-through Tim Hortons. Was clean on the inside and outside when I went.

A lot of times the staff are rude. Usually boxes, mostly broken down ones, laying in unsafe places with no caution signs around.

I recently visited this Esso to purchase gas and coffee when walking to the store some lunatic drove his car st me and threaten Me i asked the esso cashier to please call 911 she refused I returned back to the parking lot where I was assualted with a weapon I went back in the store asked her to call 911 again she refused I had to pay for gas so I could leave and drive myself to the hospital I also asked her if the cameras recorded the vicious attack she said they where broken thank god that the police where able to get the tape and arrest the man who assualted me however if esso had properly trained or hired competent people an assault could have been advoided. I highly recommend not going to any Esso it appears from what I have seen they a simply there to grab your money and not be an appropriate member of our community

Just wanted to do a quick car wash after getting fuel. It was seriously quick, ordered the full wash yet was the Worst car was I’ve ever been through. Went in complained the guy didn’t even hesitate to send me through a second time with no questions asked. (Obvious this is normal for them). Went back in after the second time to complain again, my car was still dirty. I showed the guy and insisted to get my money back as he is trying to tell me I have to wash my car by hand and it’s not their problem. Needless to say I got my $15 back and as I was dealing with it another customer told me he had the same problem there and would never wash his truck there again and neither would I.

If I could give it a -star it would be a 5 -star
