Poor customer service from manager regarding question on carwash that did not clean my car on the last visit. She said they can't do anything because I used my PC rewards and didn't purchase the wash, and continuously repeated it to me after I said I heard what you said, but don't agree. Business should stand behind the service offered. No need to be rude. My carwash using points today was satisfactory.

Looked for reviews of 102 ave 122st, could not find, they have washroom permanently out of order and lt me stand there waiting cause i thought someone was using it, then glared at me like i was trash even though i was obviously a deliver ydriver, i hope they dont need any Amazon anytime soon

I just got a car wash here and I’m not sure what it washed because my car was still dirty. I spent 10000 points to get the luxury wash. I came home and washed it by hand. What a disappointment. I’d like to get my points back. The only reason I gave this one star is because the attendant was good.

Now this is some good gas. I drank so much to the point I became full. Its delicate taste is complimented by its secretly sour undertone. 10/10

There's one staff here (a black lady) who assisted me twice.she speaks very quiet at the back of flexy glass and does not try to communicate loud enough, seems irritated when I asked to repeat what she said.

As a store front liner myself, I believe that if you work in store front/customer service, you should represent you company properly because your attitude especially towards customers reflects your company.

Gas is the cheapest in the area but the pumps aren't very fast (when paying it's slow to react)

I usually fill up gas here. But I only go inside if I really really have too. The staff are this location is fairly rude. No greetings, no comments. Even when it's not busy they never say anything just stare. But there is one Gentlemen here who is kind and always answers with kindness and doesn't glare.

My go to gas station! Prices are always slightly cheaper here than other gas stations (minus Costco), and it's nice to collect PC points. Always clean, seems well maintained. Haven't been inside in ages, so can't say much for the convenience store or staff!

I got luxury car wash from this place worth of $15. Car cleaning was perfect but dryer didn’t work properly. So there were water spots on car (it was not dry enough). I told lady working inside and she talked with her manager. But manager didn’t talk with me and said its not there fault. I ask for rewash to move water spots marks. But they denied. Not recommended this place. Waste of money

Personally I love the staff here.they are so welcoming n remember you. I have been going here for 4 years and will continue to keep visiting my favorite store

Good location and friendly staff.

The reason why I am providing a low rating is that the kiosk to enter the car wash is horribly placed and it needs to be addressed. The only way for me to use the screen to enter my wash code is by exiting my car to stand in front of the kiosk and I'm 6ft tall.

It's an annoyance in good weather and I will absolutely not use this gas station if I need a car wash in the winter because of this.
