I can not believe the attitude and the gull of the man named "doug" who works night shift. Even the worker at Tim Horton agreed this guy is straight up unpleasant to deal with. I recommend not going here between the hours of 11pm-6am unless you want to be belittled and talked down too. This guy does NOT belong in customer service.

This is my go to corner store. Clean, fast and friendly service. Ample parking and well lit Management is doing something right here. There's even a Tim Hortons if that's your jam.

Went here about 3 pm today. Sign on door says no more than 5 people, but no one at door to tell you how many people are in there, you cant see either due to the rows, we walk in, count 5, wait outside. Others come, now there are line ups on both sides of door, since their is NO signage to start lines. Guy leaves, we go in to be hollered at by an older lady in the back. She tells me there is a line, I said I know, I was first, then tells me there is more than 5 in the store. We go outside and 3 people come out (which shld have left only 1) she waves me in from inside of the store.
Once in there, their are no arrows anywhere telling customers which way, and another angry customer gets into it about who goes first.
Very poor management dealing with this covid regulations.
I wont bother going back there, lots of gas stations in this town.

A lady in there was absolutely so rude to me
Just wanted to grab smokes. Yes I had a tiny lil dog with me and I couldn't tie him up outside
She could've been more polite but NO she was just rude and the look she gave me WOW
It would've taken less than a minute to purchase
I use that Esso easily 4 times a week
Not anymore!
Thank you for being rude I will NOT ever make the mistake of going to another Esso anywhere!

Omg I see why you dropped so far from being the best with service below standard and we'll stale bagels again errrr just serve coffee and leave the food to somebody else

If I could give this place 0 stars both the gas and Tim hortons hire incompetent staff. Bought a prepaid card and lady at till didnt know frist thing about it working nights. And the Tim hortons staff would rather talk then do there 20 mins for 2 coffees. With no one in line and dead store. When I complained about the long wait I got theres olny 2 of us if you can do better job. You fat cow your pouring coffee it dont take 2 people.
