Absolutely one of the craziest car washes I have been to in a long time 12.00 down for prewash spray and a once over wash. So not going back to this establishment I would give zero stars but it won't let me. Save you money and do it yourself

Its has the car wash close by, Its machine for the receipt is not working and the road was quite bad.

No bathroom available. This is ridiculous, it's a gas station, there are a lot of people who travel for work and have driving jobs. This has been happening since covid and it's not acceptable.

It's all the same, some managers actually take pride and integrity with their business
Some not so much. You get the picture, garbage emptied, nice squigeez, paper towels, bathroom clean.etc.

Worst experience ever on esso on this location, I was here filled up gas on Sept. 20,2021 around 8-9 pm. The guys on duty are rude, no proper customer service training.

You decline the service to pay for supreme plus. Acted very poorly matter as a mistake to not acted quickly to prevent the error with a sign but still continue to say to others. Very unprofessional. Called manager but no action. My words dont lie but a picture can show more than words.

As I have previously mentioned the car wash here is a joke and a waste of money. I never use this car wash anymore but I was here today to fuel up my vehicle as this is my go to Esso gas station. It was exceptionally windy, blustery, and cold today, for a spring day, so I hoped to get my car fuelled up and be on my way. Unfortunately the fuel pump I was using was reeeeaally sloooooowww. Froze my face while fuelling up. Beginning to think there's no reason to go to this place at all.

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH. Wish there was an option for negative stars. DON NOT USE THE CAR WASH. Paid for a full 14.99 car wash, the rinse does not even get all the soap off of the truck, got home and everything below the door handles was not clean at all. So called the store and was told nothing they could do- have to go into the store immediately after the wash for them to inspect because I didn’t he hung up. Worst automatic car wash I have ever had-my 9yr old could have done a better job. And even worse customer service.

Wish I could have given zero stars, the management doesn't even deserve ONE STAR, so this one measly star goes to the poor clerk serving a life sentence at this horrible establishment under horrible management that asks their employees to lie! I've been going to this Esso for 20+ years out of "convenience" - but today I phoned to ask if they could grant a few days extension on my $15.49 (already overpriced and not the best wash - but convenient) since I purchased it pre-COVID and I didn't see the point in using it while we were barely going out for 2 months and we still had winter conditions and the 2 days before it was to expire it was POURING RAIN! Wash expired on Friday and today is Monday and I was going to go tonight after work.

The clerk told me that they are not permitted by management to give extensions so I asked to speak to the manager and I could hear him talking to her and asking her about the extension and that the customer wanted to talk to her and she didn't want to talk to me so the clerk came back on the phone to tell me "she just left" and I said, "you mean to tell me that I just heard you talking to her and yet she is asking you to lie to me and tell me that she is not in" he was very apologetic and sounded embarrassed about the situation and that he understood why I would be frustrated.

I will boycott this place and they will lose more than just my gas money from now on in. What an absolutely distasteful way to run a business. I wasn't asking for a freebie, I PAID good money for the car wash, merely needed an extension of 3 days on the expiry. I actually thought this was illegal in Canada to do this when someone pays for something, I thought it wasn't supposed to expire? Super disgusted, terrible management! I see that I'm not the only negative review, there are plenty of others. Buyer beware!

The girl that works in the morning is the best employee I have seen there in a long time and I have been going thre since it opened she is awesome

The manager of this location does not care.she just shows up, gets paid and then F's off.she has yet answer my questions

Not a clean car wash at all. I paid $14.69 for a full car wash and did not get a full car wash. Barely some soap sprayed then rinsed with water and thats it. Did not get anything that I could say a full car wash. When I left I parked on the side and checked the car and there was still dust most of the spots and when some one sees it they can say I didn’t get a car wash but. Not going again because its waste of money.

Almost $15 for the top of the line wash and wax. Car wash does a terrible job. One pass of pre-soak, one pass of high pressure wash, Clear coat rinse, no wax. Car still filthy, sides and front window still have dirt and the wheels and rear of vehicle looks like they weren't touched at all. The Petro Canada up the road cleans better but they have the brushes that scratch your paint. Going back to Coop on 135 Ave and St Albert Trail, way better wash. Complaining does exactly zero good, they already know they are ripping off the customers, it isn't an accident.

This place needs better management.
I did things in the wrong order.
Should have tried washing windows and lights first.
I pumped $95.00 worth of gas into my fuel tank. Then i went to wash my windows. No washing liquid in the buckets. I informed the person at the till. She says that will be $4.99
I said no. The bukets are empty.
She says we sell for $4.99.
I said to wash my windows.
The she says mabe you need a car wash.
No.i need to buy gas elsewhere.

The worst customer service in the city, the guy is mean to people, i will never go there anymore

Car wash not good in this place, don't waste money!
Service not nice when you complaint about dirty car wash too.
I talk to a worker who looks like a boss in this shift and he doesn't care about your concern, not polite, the way he look at you very bad.

Went for a car wash. The dryer didn’t work. Went to the counter to show them my vehicle. The clerk told me the manager would call me. It’s been a week no phone call. Go to shell or Petro better service. Paid for a service that didn’t work. No phone call back. Very disrespectful.

Dont waste your money on the carwash! The new 7-11 carwash does not work. It didnt clean my car well as it still had dirt, bugs, and bird poop still on it. Also the dryer only worked for about 20 seconds so it left water spots all over. Informed the clerk and he said because its 7-11 carwash now and not esso his manager can only deal with it so I left my information and it's been two weeks with no contact. Very disappointed, and a waste of money.

Was just at pump 2. But regular button and supreme started to pump into tank. They did nothing to help me or rectify issue or refund. This pump is busted don’t fill up here.

Be aware the 2.5 discount is a fraud. They don’t give it to u. Instead they give y a bit extra gas at the full price. This is a rip off.
