Very disappointed,
Guy names houl, walked in asking for $25 on pump 5 “91 grade” he replied back their is no such thing as “95” grade while laughing while he was on his phone watching videos
Forgot my debit card returned 5 minutes later houl mentioned “I was waiting for you” after I said I’ll be back and kept questioning my request for gas saying their is no such thing
“Houl” continuing to laugh and discreet myself after I’m leaving his eyes were blood shot and low looked like he was high
I’ll never return to this gas station again because of “houl” watch out for him he’s disrespectful

Why are the gas prices always higher then anywhere else? Most of the time the coffee machine is empty. The staff allot of times are on their cell phones ; not very friendly.

Staff member wasn't wearing a mask and had a so what attitude when asked about it.store was a mess as well.

I'm disappointed they aren't able to keep their key product in stock. I'm not sure whos mistake it is it looks bad.

It's a gas station but it's clean and people are friendly. I stop in before work with the other people on the night shifts

I bought some bread and found it moldy in the morning. I notified Fateem on the phone and he argued that the bread wasn't expired. I'm sure the management will take this as an opportunity for learning though.we'll see.

My son was in Esso gas station and they charged twice for filling the tank.
Asking inside my money back and they weren’t able to help me
Asking to talk with manager but he did not have time to help me
Worst customer service ever.
I am not going to go there anymore.
Nobody answer the complaints
The cashier tried to trashed my receipt so they could not be traceable anymore.

I filled up my tank yesterday in this branch. Unfortunately after 50 km it dropped quarter. My vehicle is Toyota Camry 2.4 lt, it’s not a muscle car. I couldn’t figure out because it never happened before on other stations. I believe they are pumping air/more chemicals which is cheaper than gas on vehicles for making more money. Also my personal review for comments. Those comments look so pretty fake!

Prices are wrong won't honor posted prices, was antagonistic when told about the issue and wouldn't honor posted price. Left without buying anything.

Soda fountain has been out of service for at least 3 weeks. Several flavours of Froster have been unavailable for weeks. Pretty sure clerk was drunk one evening. Not impressed.
