I use this station for the occassional top up because of the location. It's just down the road from me so it's pretty covenient. I usually pay at the pump so I don't have much interaction with the staff or have the need to step inside. On the few times that I have, the staff have been friendly and the store was clean and uncluttered. The price of gas was reasonable and there's also the convenience of using and getting optimum points both at the pump and in the store purchases.
So I usually fuel at Costco because the price is good when you have a membership. However, Esso had a pretty good price for fuel so I decided to go there since I also have the presidents choice points card. No way of figuring out how points work at the station, so I went inside to get better instruction. Came back out to do it again and follow the instruction from the teller working at Esso and well…It didn’t work. Not too happy about that. I didn’t have patience to go back inside. Really guys, either Esso or presidents choice needs to make it easier for people to use and add their points card. I lost 200 point with Esso!
Often have issues with the auto payment on the pumps. Spent time with the pump on error. Staff inside did nothing for a time while I tried to get the pump started. Use a different station.
Guy named Parvez was very kind and helped me so much with what I needed. He talked with me as a friend and made my visit to this location amazing. The only gas station in Calgary where customers are treated as a family. Thanks Parvez, Your service is much appreciated.:)
This location lacking up keep and maintenance. Pump 4 has been broken for a year now. Speedboass dont work. Super annoying having to switch pumps every time to pay
Just bought a luxury car wash (the best one) for $16.79. Apart from the fact that it washed so quickly it used the bare minimum of soap and water and the actual drying time was less than 30 seconds. Used this car wash because the regular car wash at co-op was closed for the night. Had to use the Esso car wash as the regular car wash at COOP was closed for the night. Too bad. Will never use this car wash and recommend the COOP at Crowfoot or Dalhousie.
No receipts at the pumps - you have to wait in line, even if you paid at the pump. I suspect this is so they can try to sell you a car wash, or they are just too lazy to put paper in the pump receipt machines. You have to hold the pump handle manually. It smelled like spilled gas everywhere. You have to manually enter your PC Optimum number. The windshield squeegees were all torn and loose. The washer fluid was just dirty water. It was the same a month ago, so I suspect this is the norm, not just a bad day.
