Hello,
I would like to get ahold of the owner of this business. I have had quite a few bad experiences the last few months with the older blonde lady…I think her name is Lisa maybe?
I pulled up this morning to get gas and as I was about to start, the pump went to out of order (please watch the cameras around 8: 00 am this morning…you will see and hear her) I went inside and she told me she won’t serve me as my van is a security hazard as she needs to see all the pumps and my van blocks it! Huh? It’s a Mercedes sprinter van! I have owned my own mobile grooming business the last 10 years, and have 5 vans on the road and I have NEVER heard of this ever! She also told me a few months ago that you don’t take esso gift cards at this location while trying to pay using one? !? This all started when I got gas, and asked for my free car wash as there is a sign at the till stating free car wash if we don’t ask you! I will contact head office tomorrow, but please let me know the owners information! I will not be going back to this location as king as this lady is working here. As a business owner myself, with 15 employees I would never allow someone to treat my clients this way!

**Expensive car wash**
I purchased the premium wash today for my car, however once in, the cycle seemed to be set to warp speed, very little tri color foam actually got onto the car and was very spotty. The little foam that did get onto the car had no time to slide down the paint or the glass as is intended, it really wouldn't have mattered anyway because there was so little foam applied. Then a warp speed rinse and then dryer.well the dryer timer said 2: 00 minutes, at about 1: 00 minute with the dryer unit sitting right over my sunroof, the drying system turned off. I was still mostly inside the building and the car sensors should have still been activated.
In short, not enough cleaner or time for the actual washing cycle. The dryer does not give you the time it says and basically the wash price of $15.99 is a total rip-off.
As a comparison, the same money gets you a far superior wash from Co-op just down the street with a much longer cycle.
Happy Bays car wash just across the street is superior and will cost you less money.
Yes I could have driven to the kiosk and complained and received another inferior washer but I value my time.

They have so many expired products and the manager said that nuts dont expire. I hope you dont get customers as long as you sell expired products.

Low rating is due to expired nuts and milk a bunch of us got and later on discovered they expired months ago. The nuts tasted very stale and once we checked the expiry date, we discovered they expired back in March and April.

Open all night but night guy is mean and wont let people use the bathroom because he is convinced that everyone is going to do drugs in there. Jerk!
