We rented through ESTATEVIEW as first time renter and our experience was nothing but exceptional with the team. Particularly Mr. Mirza had always been available throughout the tenancy period.
As it was our first time renting experience, we were briefed and treated well during the tenancy time.
Unfortunately due to some changes we have had to relocate to different part of city and we couldn't find new place with ESTATEVIEW, otherwise it would have been our first preference to rent through them again.

Just want to say thank you to Mirza and his team for professionalism throughout these 13 months we rented and wish to deal again in future.

Worst experience ever dealing with them. Whatever you do they’ll not give your deposit back.

Worst service ever, all they want is to keep your deposit somehow. No matter what you do they’ll not return your deposit. Don’t ever deal with them very unprofessional

They’re so unprofessional would never ever recommend anyone. They’re scammers, they’ll not refund your deposit. Don’t deal with them. They’ll ignore your calls when it’s time for deposit return

They don't even deserve this one star. Horrible business. They bully and manipulate tenants. And don't fall for anything they say is nice because it will cost you some other way. They lie cheat and do anything to keep your money. Unless you are desperate to rent from one of Calgary's many rental companies. Beware of Holly Milanko. She has other people sign her name on documents and she uses a person's mental health against them. Unfortunately, my cousin was one of her victims. Her "better than you" attitude comes out when she is in a position of power. @ Mirza > Firstly, it is alarming that this sweet talker person is intentionally giving clients a hard time without providing proper services since he has been taken over. Clients should be able to rely on their management company to guide and accommodate them through any requirements and provide expert exhortation, not cause them dispensable hassle. Furthermore, the fact that this person is not upfront about obnubilated charges is concerning. Clients have the right to ken what they are paying for and should not be blindsided by unexpected fees. It is withal disconcerting that this man does not recognize clients later on, which betokens a lack of professionalism, experience, and care for clients. Clients should feel confident that there is a commitment to their case and recollect them. This man is 100% Fraud & The 1 Scammer in this city.don't trust him for any kind of reason & his intention is to give hassle without providing your service. There are so many hidden charges that he'll not tell you before starting work. Take email or written notes from him and keep your recorder on if you need to deal with him otherwise, you'll be in trouble & later on, he'll change his word and don't forget to collect all documents from him otherwise he'll create an excuse to charge you. And don't forget to report the way you've faced the hassle to help others. So stay out of this person from any sort of assistance.

If you would like to be denied service as a customer use Darshan Sidhu.he may be a top producer but has a great way to deal with customers. Very unprofessional Buyer beware

Mirza, the property manager for my building, is very nice responsible, kind, respectful and attentive manager. He responds to your needs and concerns in a timely manner. Since he has taken over, the building is safer and cleaner and more comfortable.
Am very satisfied with his knowledge and care.

They’re scammers. They will never return your deposit. Never ever deal with them. We were charged for literally nothing and they had no explanation to give. If you want to save some money, don’t consider them. Worst experience ever.

They took months to solve the minor problems, careless attitude and very arrogant once you rented a property from them, not recommended. ’

We trusted this company for over 10 years with a realtor darshan sidhu. We bought a home in a community we loved, amazing location, beautiful home, but Sid scammed us because the property we bought was a property used for grow operations which is illegal and causes black mold to grow all over the interior of the home. We have many health issues in the family and if we moved in we could have been seriously sick with diseases and cancers. And on top of that he took to his lawyer (sidhu law) which they scammed us of 50k of property leans and other nonsense reasons. We were heartbroken, devastated and stuck of all sides. When we confronted him he tried to play it off like he didn’t know it. Then we said “then we will return it to the bank and say you scammed us”. He didn’t want that so he bought the property back from us for less then what we paid. We asked a couple of family and friends who might have some advice and they told us “oh yea he did the same to us” and “he has a history of this stuff” so morel of the story, don’t but from darshan sidhu, don’t trust him,

Took them over a week to get back to me, only to tell me the landlord refused the application.
I was helping my son to rent a place of theirs. It was actually a slum hole but a new start for a young man was all he thought. He was so sure they would give him a chance.
Well they hadn't even bothered to call 1 reference and refused him. So it's sending me a message of we were white people trying to get into community we are not welcome in.
Regardless if they say it was not about race, they are VERY hard to communicate with/get a hold of. And they flat up lie. Cause I know for a fact not one person was called on his reference.
So name and appearance is what they judged him by.

Estateview was my property management company for approximately 4 years and overall was a pleasure dealing with them. I was the condo board president for 3 of those years and found the company to be great for flexibility and most always dealt with issue in a 24 hour window. For about a year during this 4 year span there was high property management turnover which was a bit of a hiccup but now we have had a consistent property manager Maninder and she has been fab. Rabinder has also always looked out for us especially when there was employee turnover and still gave our condoboard/ property the attention it needed. I would choose Estateview again if I needed a property management company, and had previously been through 3 others prior!

Since moving to Estateview, all condo issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. They are very easy to communicate with and have improved the boards' finances. Recommend to all.

I do not recommend this at all most especially if you are renting. The contract says'' IT IS AGREED THAT SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF TENANT FOR ANY REASON FAILS TO OCCUPY THE ABOVE MENTIONED PREMISES. To me it doesn't sound fair at all. Do not sign a contract like this. You will end up losing money. If you work hard for your money save it, there are lots posted out there that you can find. You don't deserved to be treated like you don't have any other choice. I had the worst experienced ever! Waste of time and money! Most of all do not sign the contract before final inspection, you will end up cleaning and fixing other peoples mess, not worthy especially if you don't have that much time and have small kids.
Note: They will call you and have you signed the contract before final inspection to give you the first priority to get the house bec lots are interested. What a joke, we learned so much from this experienced.

Called the manager morning on our moving date didnt answer, texted us talk to you later. He phoned back around 8pm on the said our moving date, so We have to pay rent for 15 days on where we are staying.

We were told that the owner of the house suffer 1 month rent-loose. What should we do with all those stuff in there?
