I love the staff at EP. Always willing to help with my questions, education & purchases. Great selection of products, Image Skincare & Caronlab wax are a few of my favorite products. Thank you for caring about the mental health of your family including your clients. Cheers to many more years of education.

I have been coming to Esthetics Plus for all my beauty needs for years. I was heartbroken to read the below review slandering their practices and employees. I have never received anything less then the upmost professionalism and top notch information and training when dealing with them. I can guarantee If you are thinking of using esthetics plus to help support your future business with the best training and products you won’t be disappointed.

Made two recent trips to buy professional supplies, apparently I am not welcome at the store. My partner and I have started to order products online, so we did not meet the new staff at Esthetics plus. Today much like the last visit, I felt like I was watching an episode of mean girls, as we were on display today while shopping, the blue hair girl, and tanned to a Fitzpatrick 6 girl, were behind the counter and refused to provide assistance other than to search up the account to attempt at declining us service once again.
The immature girls who giggle at business owners while they shop should know my team members and I will not be back, we will not be privy to your insignificant opinion of our appearances.
We were trained and certified by Esthetics plus, spent over $28,000 in clinical skin care devices from this location alone, and this counts for nothing today. After diagnosed with heart disease I closed my business, and now want to regain my complexion. I still hold the required training that EP offers in order to purchase product.
EP does not keep the training or certified proof of education on file.
So, if your sick or having a bad hair day, the front end staff may believe you to be a fake or dishonest.
Turn around, save a trip, you won’t be getting service. Not unless you are ok to buy post procedure care repeatedly. We all know the recommendations, but they have now turned into a mandatory rule.
Prepare to spend a minimum of $126.00 additional to every Ipeel item.
1 bottle of peel equals a mandatory purchase of $126.00 in post treatment packs.
So no, it doesn’t matter what skin care line you offer, your customers are forced to buy what Image sells, and nobody knows better than EP front end employees. (Really?)
Trainer Leah is on holidays, so today I couldn’t have anyone find my account history. The place falls apart unless the trainer is available, and she usually is busy.
Wal Mart now offers Image online and no training is required to purchase.
Had I known Wal Mart would offer the line, and the employees would change over to mean girls, I may have opted for different machines. Now I’m stuck with skin care devices which only use products from that store.
Looks like I’ll be going back online where everyone’s nice, and customer service is still a priority.
