NOT HAPPY (BOTOX - NO results)
I went on September 1/23 for the $99.00 promo PLUS paid for additional units which I think I received 48 units in total. I asked for the maximum amount as I don’t like any movement in my forehead, 11’s or crows feet.
I have been getting Botox for 13 years so I know how to prepare and take care of my face before and after treatment. I know it can take up to 2 weeks for full results, so I waited patiently. After the 3rd week I decided to contact Etanda to let them know I am not happy with my Botox as I have full moment in my face (everywhere) I went in on October 2,2023 for a follow up and had Christina use Dysport and redo my full treatment. It was great as she didn’t charge me the second time and was nice about redoing it, as I think she could see I had zero results from 4 weeks prior. It is now October 21,2023 and I still have zero results from my Botox (dysport) treatment. The only result I had from my treatment in which I have never experienced before is one wicked headache that lasted about 3 days. I am someone who doesn’t ever get headaches so I found it very odd.
I will NOT be going back or recommending anyone to go here for Botox. I have never experienced this before and like I said, I have been getting Botox for the last 13 years. I take extremely good care of my skin, take zinc, drink tons of water, take collagen and the list goes on.
I was going to contact Etanda again before writing my review but I figured it would be better to just go somewhere else to get my Botox done from now on, as it’s an hour drive for me to go there.

So Wow! The expertise of Claudia was so valuable! Her knowledge, experience and friendly communication style made a potential painful experience comfortable and effortless! Thank you for this wonderful experience and I even purchased a gift certificate before I left for my Stepdaughter who loves Botox because I am so pleased with everything at Etanda. I’ve been in before for a hydofacial as a treat. This is my new spa! I’m planning to be back for more treatments and can’t wait!

I have a small forehead and small eyes. I have had 2 other experiences with botox that were very negative and very scary. It was awful! People tend to use wayyyy too much on me.

Upon my appointment at etanda I explained the previous bad experiences I'd had and how scared I was to try it again. I explained very carefully what I wanted. I said I would much rather do less than more. I'd rather have to come back and do more than to have too much. I also said that i wanted it to look natural. I am not an expert so I have to put my trust in the experts here. I don't know how much I should have. That's literally the job of the person doing the injections. We put around 28 units in my forehead.

After 2 weeks, it looks so bad! My eyelids have drooped so much that my eyes are like half the size before. It looks like my forehead is sliding down my face. One eyebrow is higher than the other. I do not want anymore botox in my face and that's the only way to fix that now. I'm so angry and i feel so violated. I complained and said I wanted a refund but was told I would have to come in. No. Not happening. I have really bad anxiety and it was so hard to go there in the first place. There is no way that I can go back. My trust has been betrayed and I do not trust them with my face. I explained that I have very bad anxiety and how awful this while experience has been and how I am.not able to go back but they did not care.

There was absolutely no compassion for my mental health and well-being. I literally do not even want to be seen In public right now with how my face looks. It's embarrassing!

Do not go here. They do not care about their clients.

Used to go here but the high pressure sales tactics was a major turnoff! Plus they didn't appear to care or appreciate their customers!

I had my appointment with Breanne for Botox. Booking was easy, clinic was clean and beautiful, staff was welcoming and knowledgeable.

The owner is an absolute sweetheart. Her, along with all the other staff are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and ensure you are comfortable. I have had Botox and filler, and they are happy to answer every question, as well as ensure the quality of their work. The skincare they carry is also top of the line, and I recommend them to all my friends and family. My mother is now a client as well.

Super satisfied! I wanted more definition on the outline of my lip and top lip and i’ve never been more confident! She was so gentle and kept talking to me during the whole thing! Was also numb during the whole process! Highly recommended

I went in for the 20 units Botox for $99, booking was easy and they seemed really nice to deal with. Upon arrival the receptionist was super friendly, I was very early and had zero expectation of being tended to until my actual appointment time but Christina took me in as soon as she finished up with the client she was with. She seemed annoyed, came across a bit snobby and off put. Everyone’s entitled to having a bad day here and there so I tried to lighten things up with some conversation but it seemed as soon as she found out I wanted to stay within the 20 units she became even more annoyed.
As a new client to that clinic, my intention was to use the 20 units to see if the clinic was right for me… unfortunately I don’t think it is.
The clinic is beautiful but attitudes sell products and procedures. I can say with confidence, with the attitude I got from Christina (the founder of the clinic), she clearly doesn’t want my business.
One other statement… aftercare instructions were minimal at best.
Food for thought/ Constructive criticism: Every customer is a paying customer, treat everyone with kindness and respect to grow your client based family. That’s where loyalty lives.

I had to Etand for facial treatments, my face is firming and lifting after the treatments. Good effect and reasonable price. Tory is very nice and professional. Thank you Tory and Christina gave me some information which I was concerned.

I went in for the new client Botox promotion for $99 as I had just moved here and needed to find place for skincare/Botox and was disappointed with the service. I made the appointment and was called to reschedule it earlier but couldn’t due to work, I did say I would come right after I got off and made it 20 minutes early to my original appointment which they acted like that was fine but everyone was very rushed to get out of there as it was the last appointment of the day when I got there. At previous skin spas in Ontario the injector would always show me the bottle and fill it in front of me but that wasn’t the case here as it was quickly filled to the side on the counter. I was asked for a quick run down on problem areas and after two seconds it was complete - I wasn’t given any information on how many units were used where so I could know that information for next time and was rushed out. While leaving I did ask about other procedures they did and was told to grab a brochure. It felt very unwelcomed and rushed. My really didn’t have much of an affect compared to previous times I have had Botox, I never really got the Botox feeling 1-3 weeks later like normal. I waited a good month to see if results kicked in and it’s pretty minimal if any. The nurses were both out of the parking lot before I was. End of the day the nurses were friendly and maybe they were just hungry/tired after a long day which I do understand. I believe people have good experiences there, this place is just not what I was looking for.

Had oxygeneo facial with Tory. She’s professional and knowledgeable about skin care treatment. Asked her advise what is the best treatment for my skin and would love to try her recommendation.
Update: I was happy earlier so I told my sister to make appointment. Unfortunately they disappointed her. They ignored her until she left. I changed my mind, won’t recommend this clinic to anyone else and won’t make another appointment.

Cons: The owner of this clinic gave me botox and was so rude. She came into the room, didn't say hi and didn't introduce herself. No welcoming or anything. She acted very stuck up. Didnt ask how i was doing. Not friendly at.all. They let anyone open up clinics now a days I guess.

Pros: They fit me in right away when I needed to get botox touched up. Came in for a $99 special for 20 units of botox.

Christina is nice, professional and friendly I just love her, I have an appointment soon for my neck with Troy that I’ve had a chat with and she had no problem to answer all my questions, so good to talk to professionals that they know exactly what they are doing. I’m so happy I found this place I highly recommend it.

I have went two times to get half a syringe of filler in my lips and Christina has done it. I told her what I was looking for but that she could/should put it where she thinks best. I'm glad I did because both times I went, my lips came out perfect. I made sure to go for my 6-7 month re-touch to ensure I have the best look. Christina is extremly nice! The other girls are really nice as well. Great teamwork. I would recommend Etanda to anyone looking for filler. 10/10!

I’m a new client of Etanda Skin Solutions and I am very impressed with my experiences so far. Christina is an artist and a master of skincare and the staff are all very friendly, professional and helpful. One thing that stood out was how punctual Christina was for both of my appointments. I’m always on the go and I felt that my time was appreciated and respected at Etanda.

I have visited a few different clinics for various treatments over the past few years but never felt like I connected with one, until I met with Christina at Etanda. She was very knowledgeable during the consultation. Instead of trying to "upsell" me, she was upfront about a concern area (forehead wrinkle lines) not yet needing treatment (Botox), which ultimately saved me money. I trust her completely and will be making Etanda my permanent place for injectables.

Went today to try and see if I like botox. The front receptionist was so nice. I felt welcome right upon arrival. After some quick paperwork my appointment started exactly on time with Christina. She explained everything and went to work. It was really no more painful than a bad mosquito bite at the worst and at times I could barely feel it. And the whole thing was quick! I was out and ready to continue the day.

Botox does take a week or so to show results so I will update later.
