I have been seeing Dr. Hatfield and Andrea for years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. This team always makes me feel like I'm the most important client that they see all day. I'm sure that's how they make everyone feel, but it doesn't matter to me, that's how they make me feel in that moment. My latest visit was an Ultherapy treatment and was shock at the results. I honestly didn't realize how much of an improvement the treatment had made, but thankfully Andrea had before and after pictures. If anyone is thinking about having this treatment, don't hesitate, you will definitely see results.

Great experience! Lydia is friendly and efficient at the front desk and my technician, China, was so professional, informative and she made the appointment very comfortable … I highly recommend China for your laser needs:)

OK people! I got diagnosed with rosacea about 10 years ago and have been living and frustrated with severe redness in my face this entire time. I've been through 3 dermatologists, several family physicians and a complete diet change through a Natural Path. A cream from the dermatolotist and the diet change kept it from getting crazy but it never went away and I would often struggle with bad breakouts every few weeks. Then I see Dr Hatfield once.once! He confindently says I've seen it before, there is no cure but we can treat it sucessfully. Within one week my skin is clear and have had no issues since! Did I say before I've been talking to different doctors for 10 years! To say the least I'm estatic about Ethemba Health.

Today I'll start off with - The inside of this building is very new - we've seen Richard Henry Hatfield twice now - He is very quick on his decisions it feels almost to quick like he's guessing - We were in room twice - Was 7 min in the doctors room max each time - That's real quick if u ask me - Been going here for the passed 3 months or so me and my partner still have no proper skin diagnosis - We were given expensive cream spray witch didn't work - So we were given a new prescription today - if it works I'll update this review - But it seems Richard Henry Hatfield has experience at his job for quite some time now as seen in picture #4 (Good Location) (No proper skin diagnosis) (Richard Henry Hatfield) (Newly Looking Building) (Very Quick Decisions)

I have been going to Ethemba for a number of years now and have never been disappointed in the level of service that I have received there. From seeing Dr. Hatfield for Botox treatments as well as scleratherapy, to also signing up for their weight loss program, each and everyone at Ethemba has been fabulous and extremely supportive. It’s never easy making the decision to go forward with any kind of personal treatment but trust me when I say that you are in good hands at Ethemba.

Love this place. All the staff are great and professional. Lydia is the first person you meet and I can't think if a better person for the job. She's amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and just the very best.

We met for a consult, and the rest is history. He listened when I described an issue I was having, listened to my solution, and fixed the problem. Dr Hatfield is kind, caring, and professional and I am beyond thrilled to have found him. I am very happy to be his patient, and his staff is always courteous and friendly. Also, he is brilliant at injections; no pain!

Dr. Hatfield is my Gp and I have seen him for years. He’s the best I started seeing him for Botox early last year as I could see definite signs of aging in my forehead and around my eyes he made me feel comfortable answered all my questions and made me feel confident about my skin again! I had a hydrafacial today. It was amazing. The technician was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help with my maskne issues.

Initially I was hesitant about posting a review wanting to be an anonymous client. I thought Botox was being vain, but was I ever wrong! I am in love with the results. Dr. Hatfield and his team are great! They make sure you are getting the best treatment. If it is something that you should be referred out for to have a better result, then he will. Referring you out causes him to "loose money" but he prefers you get the best possible treatment. That is a very ethical doctor who really cares! He truly is one of a kind!
