This shop has absolutely amazing customer service. I called in to inquire on their diagnostic charges for a Check Engine Light that came on during our cold snap. They were very friendly and legit took the time to speak with me and advise on my best course of action. They weren't just straight to "Let me book you an appointment, as we can't advise what to do without you digging into your pocket first! " They legit had sound advise that was bang on correct and were more than happy to share with me. I will 100% be giving them all my business in the future. I would highly recommend checking them out for your service needs.

Stay away, all they want to do is upsell, get a second opinion and save yourself thousands of dollars.

They provide very quick service and genuinely give suggestions without overcharging. Roy was very helpful.

Initial price was steep for an alternator change. However, quotes for future work were well within reason. I am assuming the increased cost was the time to do the estimates.

Do not use these “mechanics” for any engine work. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing. They have 0 customer service quality and will not take responsibility for their mistakes. They also faked kms the first time and didn’t even test drive their work.

7600$ later and 3x back for a vehicle that didn’t make it a month of running. Still not running even though they broke a new timing chain. Save your money, go to professionals. Stay away.

That was an angry response above. Let me make my clearer response to why I don’t think people should trust this location.

My car went in with engine problems because coolant and oil leak / not running. My car had sat not quite a year because I know engine work costs a lot of money & had to save up for it because I figured it was head gasket related, but who knows.

So round one. They fixed head gasket problem. $5300 ish. Was excited my car was fixed and was able to drive again. Was expecting cost to be high because engine work.
Pretty sure they didn’t even test drive it or they at least lied about “km out” because I have pictures with time stamps on them with km when it broke down. 1 km difference.

3 ish days later, under 200km driven, driving engine light flashing - sound wise same problem it had prior. Towed it back to the shop. They were going to cover anything due to “unforeseen circumstances”, but took half off. $2300 ish
They also mentioned I should’ve bought a Volkswagen, which had nothing to do with anything & is just ignorant response.

3 ish weeks later. Car stopped running. Leaking. Towed again (waited a couple weeks). Apparently the timing chain (which I had done on the car by a trusted mechanic shop only 50-60 thousand km ago was “broken in many places which in turned cause more issues”. They deemed it not their fault, probably because it’s easier for them to get away with “shit happens”.
So they billed to diagnose it & I had to get it tow it out of there.

The car is not running, 8g ish later. People are aware engine issues cost money, ignorant of this owner to comment otherwise. What people don’t want is to waste almost 10g, 4 tows & have a vehicle that won’t start. Please use a different location, people with respect, knowledge, & accountability.

I have no words for this place, bought in my Touareg for a service sign that was on. I got a call in an hour asking for certain specific things in the service and if they were done or not. I mentioned yes, and the approx dates, to my surprise I was told you are good to go as it doesn't need anything done. They did conduct the diagnostics and all looked well as per Joel. I am so glad I found this place for my car as I am very picky with who dissects my German ride lol. The honesty is what I am talking about here, which is very rare with service shops. My loyalty now lies with Eurasia. Thank you

Edit: I never did edit this after my past experience. Their 911 mechanic is an absolute diva. Every car since this feedback until a few years ago I got back my vehicles and there had been had additional damage be it scratches or dents on them. Work subbed out (windshield replacement) or came back with trim not installed properly and paint chipped around then windshield which they didn't catch or care to listen to when I pointed it out. They've gone downhill.

I had taken my Porsches there since they were Eurasia in the old location with the old owner. Not anymore. Stay away!

If you own a BMW or a high end cars, this is the place. Literally half the price of what BMW quoted me. I'm pretty sure they have a shuttle service as well.

I've been taking my cars to Eurasia for years. Mostly for service reminders popping up on my dashboard. At the end of June my Mercedes engine was running really rough so I had to towed to Eurasia. Turns out the motor was blown. Conner explained everything to me in detail. He sent me pictures of the engine and invited me to take a look. It's never a fun call when you have to tell your client he has a massive bill coming but Conner did it with class and empathy. He went out of his way to keep me posted as they searched for a used/rebuilt engine. It wasn't easy to find. They stayed on it for weeks until they found an engine. They removed the old motor and installed the new one as soon as they got it so I could enjoy the car for what's let of the summer. Hats off to Conner and the rest of the crew.

No muss or fuss. In and out without issues. On time and budget. Much better than my experience with a related vehicle shop nearby. Will return.

I'm not a rich man. I saved.for years, to be able to buy my car (used). I've taken it to Eurasia, a few times, for service. In every visit, they've treated me fairly and professionally. Paul has assembled a staff that cares for their customers greatly. Anyone who knows him personally.would not be surprised. That's all I need to say.

Have been dealing with Eurasia for years between my 1998-M3 and 2002-911, this is the only shop you should take your European vehicle to once off warranty. Their tech’s have been around this industry for years and are all experienced in their fields. Front desk staff are very knowledgeable and make you feel like family.

Expert shop and advisers, patient and informative with less knowledgeable owners, helpful when on a budget, trustworthy. I've had my bmw and my wife's VW serviced there. Wouldn't take them anywhere else.

We've been using Eurasia for ~5 years now for Mercedes service. Friendly service advisors, Kyle and Wayne, keep us informed if there is additional work required. They explain the scope of work and we never feel half informed or uncomfortable about anything. Ralph is a great guy as well. We've asked him for advice on service matters and his explanations have been nothing less than awesome and detailed with no grey areas. We never feel like we're being duped and always leave Eurasia with good feelings after the service is complete. These guys go to great lengths to form positive bonds with their customers and they have created a positive trust level with us. Keep up the good work guys.

Well all of the above reviews are BS
I took my volkswagen just for a tentionar belt and somehow they damaged the fuel line and the valve, it cost me 1700$. So one day job turn into 8days, Thats not all when I went there to pick my car they adedd it another 230$
The worst of it was whe I was disrespected, guy name Wayne told thats what happens when you fix a broken vehicle, and I already had my vehicle at south side volkswagen and all it needed was a belt I thout I could save some money if I take ny wheels at Euroassia.since they were holding the cards I had no choice but to play nice. Here I tbought it was the other way around.
Don't trust me but are you willing to go through what I went tbrough my advice since they claim to be fair, its worth it to find out what the issue is and stick to that dont I mean dont except their advice.

My 2 friends and I were headed to Edmonton for an Oilers game in Jan In a limited edition 2008 Audi RS4. Half way from SKTN to EDM the car was running rough at idle and on load, but cruised along fine. This was accompanied by the EPC warning light and CEL appearing on the dash. We were able to carry on to our destination without further incident but the condition only slightly improved along the journey, so we searched for shops in EDM that could possibly take a look at the car.
We contacted Eurasia Thursday morning still on route to EDM and they told us they would get us in for a look and "see what we can do".
Too summerize a truly excellent experience: Not only were they able to diagnose and repair the problem, they did so while fully booked prior to our call with in 24 hours. This meant we would not be stuck in Edmonton over the weekend. And they provided us with free shuttle service to and from the shop. It turned out to be the high pressure fuel pump for one bank of the engine the parts for which needed to be overnighted in from Vancouver.
I Highly Recommend this shop for your car, Import or not. This was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
