I brought my 2017 M240i to Euroworks in July 2023, it needed new injectors. We figured that out after 4 weeks of "diagnostics". Then, when warranty told me they werent covering it. (they told me the shop didnt even contact them until end of August) I decided to pay out of pocket. I brought them injectors to install. They then broke the tips of my old injectors when taking them out. So then told me they needed to pull the motor and remove the head of the motor to get the injectors out from underneath. After a week I gave him the OK to do the work. (keep in mind, this is Oct 17th 2023) i have tried to reach him over email and over phone. Whenever i call he says "i will go find out whats happening and i will let you know" then hangs up and never says anything again. I email everyday asking whats happening. No answers. Until i get a "i will get an ETA for u and let you know" again before not responding again for 2 weeks with no answer. Now its December 13th 2023, and he told me 5 weeks ago that it will "probably be another 2-3 weeks" (it was quoted as a 21hr job). I have now not heard from Indy or anyone in 2 weeks. No phone calls being answered.ive tried 20+ times. Email him daily with no answers.

Im worried they stole my car or sold ir or parted it out. Indy please respond to me so we can either get this car done. Or so i can get it towed else where

Be careful trusting this shop for work on your car.
Came in for a wheel alignment and was told that they could not complete it due to a bent front left side strut. They told me a repair was needed and that my tires already had wear even though I just bought and put on new tires a week before coming in. They also said it had failed by 6 degrees but also did not provide me with the alignment sheet, not even one for before they "tried" to align the wheels, which was highly questionable. I was quoted for a repair for $2k+ but did not agree to it as it seemed off. Eventually, I had an alignment done at Sheni's and not only were they able to do the alignment normally, they told me nothing needed to be repaired and also provided me with the alignment sheets showing the before and after.

Fabulous guys! Love their honesty and effort. I did not want to deal with the Aston Martin dealership and these folks seem to be the answer.

I brought my 2010 Volvo xc60 to Euroworks to resolve a rough shifting issue and a misfire. After seeing numerous mechanics throughout the city for several years to try fix the problem, Euroworks was able to finally fix my car, no more rough shifting and no more misfiring. I would highly recommend Euroworks for all European manufactured vehicles, especially Volvo. It takes the right people to work on Volvos and these are my new people to go to for all my Volvo needs. I was ready to give up on Volvo until I found Euroworks, they renewed my love for my Volvo. Great people who are passionate about imports and very fair pricing. After driving my 2005 Maserati Quattroporte from California, I found that my alternator was trying to come apart and needed repairs. I didn't know where to go in Calgary, and I'm glad I found Euroworks. They were able to do the repairs for me, and also found my front brakes in need of work. The alternator job on this engine is very extensive, requiring removal of the intake and fuel rails to gain access. The technicians clearly knew exactly how to work on this car, which is a rare skill these days. The car made it back to California with smooth sailing.

I had purchased an aftermarket grill for my audi. They agreed to install it. Even though the fitment of the part was VERY poor, the persisted and made it work. The install looks great. Fantastic customer service.

My 2006 Audi had a small oil leak so I brought the vehicle to Euroworks to diagnose the issue. I like to work on my own vehicles because it's hard to find honest mechanics that are interested in helping me and not just trying to sell me on things I dont need. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a good quote. I was having a good experience so far so I asked them to do the work for me. I even phoned up a couple times to get them to do more work like take my radio out of safe mode and give me access to the radio again. They did great work and didn't charge me for every little thing. I can't say enough about how happy I was with the service from all the people I dealt with.

Left my car the whole to be serviced and they charge for diagnosis and they recommend me engine shampoo again they didn't find the problem with the vehicle.really unfair people. They recommend me to take back after a week for another charge. Why they can't give I figures once you have paid money they charge me twice but no notification of the issues with the car

I had a major issue with my Audi 2.0T Engine, which the Audi dealership was less than reassuring about fixing, and even made it seem like I was an inconvenience to them. Indy and the guys at Euroworks helped me understand the problem, gave me many examples of how it might turn out and what to expect, and made me feel I was in great hands. They did a great job, diagnosed the problem correctly and completed the job as quoted. They then helped with a small post-repair issue quickly and for no charge. I highly recommend them for major engine work and for being treated as a very valued customer. I will be getting all my Audi service done with them from now on.

Indy, Jaz and the entire staff at Euroworks are very professional, knowledgeable and great service people. I would recommend anybody with high end luxury vehicles to check them out.

Can’t rate this place low enough. Items taken from inside the car, parts missing, wheels scratched, interior pieces broken from work that was not asked to do. Said they were going to look into it, I’m assuming they never did as they won’t have any contact with me anymore. Had to replace various items out of my own pocket due to their poor work. They also did not fix the problem that the car was brought there for. If you’re looking to take your car somewhere for good work, doing it in your backyard would probably be a better option. Terrible place.

They charged my husband over $6000 to replace the engine in his car. My husband provided them with the replacement engine and most of the parts, so what could they possibly charge $6000 for?
When returned, the car still had all sorts of issues. I've taken it somewhere else to finish up the work and this place said they see a lot of customers overcharged by Euroworks.

Really amazing experience. Had some trouble with my C300 in the engine and was trying to book an appointment. I was talking to Hunter who was really helpful and went above and beyond helping me through email. The next morning I went to the shop with no appointment but Hunter managed to make some time for me and took my car for a test drive and fixed the noise from the engine which had some lose bolts from my previous Auto shop and did a quick diagnostic test. Within an hour I was good to go and they charged me nothing.

Called and spoke with Roman about a vehicle I was interested in purchasing elsewhere as they were the last listed service, and he was super helpful in answering all of my questions.

Took a CLK convertible in for a bit of work and service was efficient and affordable. The shuttle to the Max Bell LRT makes drop off and pick up really easy.

My vehicle is a 2007 ml 63 amg.i had some upper engine issues and needed a driver side head replacement.parts for this vehicle are a challange to find.the shop i deal with in kamloops called euroworks who said they had a cylinder head.my shop manager.paid around $ 5000.for it and put it on the company charge card.waited for about 2 months and were told that they didnt have the part and were getting it from florida. 6 weeks go by.by this time my cylinder was sent to vancouver and re built.my shop asked for a refund and that is when the runaround began.manager wasnt in.or sick.excuse after excuse.my vehicle went in for repair in sept 2001.got it back in march of 2002.i am telling this story for others to beware of any dealings with euroworks.my shop did not want to get involved in my writing a review.honest people do not do buisness this way.if you csnt deliver the part.refund the money.buyer beware

Never meet such a friendly dealership and i been around many. Staff from front to back are amazing. No pressure to buy vehicles and very fair when it comes to repairs. I am on my 8th vehicle form euro works.keep up the good work guys. Much love and respect.

This is in response too euroworks comment on my fiancé’s review below. We never asked for discounts, not once. That is a sheer lie. My fiancé asked “there’s nothing you can do? ” In regards to the fact we had been told the car was ready for pick up around a nov 12th (via email). So me and my father in law drove from okotoks to euroworks to pick it up. Once we arrived we were told it was not ready so it was a wasted journey with no apology even offered. So anything you can do? From a customer service stand point. Offer to drop the car off maybe as we Had a 1.5hr wasted trip due to their incompetence before. And self diagnose? Simply offering some insight as we did a lot of research before bringing the car to you? Offering some research is a crime in the auto industry? Of course it got approved? I’m not gonna drive a car away in pieces? Your lack of responsibility and denying any wrongdoing is comical. I hope your realize your responses to your negative reviews do more harm than the negative review itself.

Lastly I have never faulted your mechanic work. The car does run perfect. I’m not here to slander anyone falsely. Their mechanic Brayden is an absolute wizz kid and probably the only reason they still have repeat customers. He should open his own shop, we would be happy to invest.

However the customer service you offer has declined immensely.

Highly recommend. This is a fabulous business. They are knowledgable and very helpful. They have always made me feel very comfortable and informed when making decisions. So glad we found them.

A very professional and friendly place. Prompt appointment scheduling, first time there. Even though it's high end maintenance at reasonable prices, there is a mini showroom with 3 or 4 BMW s, Audis etc for sale. Also a few Ferraris and a Lambo to drool over (not for sale). From the minute you walk in, lovely Morgan greets you and she directs you to the techs who are awesome. My vehicle needed a part and the securely stored it the few days required.

Things to improve on; it would be nice if the car had a quick wash as it was pretty dusty in the storage lot. But some people are particular how they wash their vehicles. After Covid, if you can get a shuttle service going that would be awesome, he can be the guy that washes the vehicles too and takes the California duster to your showroom cars.
Reasonable prices and great service. I'll definitely bring my vehicle back.

I went to Euroworks for a second opinion on a BMW engine diagnosis done by another shop. I told Euroworks I think it's a leaking #1 injector. I'm not sure if they actually did any testing relating to the injectors. The test report, for which I was charged $150, said the injectors were all fine, they swapped the (relatively new) spark plugs and coils around, and the tech recommended I keep driving until the check engine light comes on or something really fails. The proposed solution was to replace all the spark plugs and coils and pay for a tune. Also, they told me it is overdue for a "major service, " which even according to the BMW dealer is simply not true, and recommended replacing the timing chain preemptively out of precaution. Similarly they missed telling me about an actual service bulletin from BMW in regard to replacing a turbo oil feed tube. After this, I went to a 3rd werkes shop in Calgary, they positively diagnosed the leaking injector for only $120, and had the new one installed the same day.and the problem has never once returned.

Bottom line, I do not recommend this shop for BMW repairs. Maybe they do good work for other brands, or for simple jobs, I don't know. Also, when walking into this shop I just didn't get a good feeling about the professionalism of the staff or the competence of the staff, and it turns out I should've trusted that feeling.

Great service! I would definitely recommend to my friends, got the service done in a timely manner and did not try and push me into getting things I didn’t need. It’s hard to find a company that won’t try and take advantage of a young girl who doesn’t know a lot about cars.

Professional from start to finish. Jordana was very accommodating to my requests and timeline. Repair was done is expected amount of time at a reasonable price.

Been going to these guys for nearly two years; I know cars, and it makes me feel great to know that Euroworks understands the need to be up front and honest with customers like myself who know their cars inside and out, but who can't always work on them themselves. Joel and Indi did me a great service this past week, quickly figuring out the solution to an annoying problem, and without costing me an arm and a leg in the process; definitely better than going to a dealership - better service, better prices. Had the vehicle in for a third party pre purchase inspection and their technician claimed there was evidence of the vehicle being in an accident (car has clean Carfax) and blew my deal. The claim was unfounded and no call was made to discuss why they felt this to be the case to get further information. Bad assumption and will not be doing business at Euroworks and will not be recommending them to others. Incompotent!

Was referred here by a friend & so far I am thoroughly impressed. Friendly staff, cozy waiting area, and the work done on my C63 has been nothing short of grade A. Cost of my service was $480 less than dealer quoted me (transmission service & oil change). My father is now bringing his Audi here as well & was impressed by the oil change report & cost. Can't say enough good things about the service & the money these guys have saved us, would highly recommend.

Euroworks has provided me service I can trust. I went to them when I was told by another shop that I needed work on leaky front differential urgently. A $1500 cost. I took it Euroworks because I needed the work done asap because I was going on a trip and needed my car. Euroworks could not see the same issue. They took my back several times over a few days to see the leak and there was nothing. 2 years later, still no leak. They never charged me for all those tests and I am now a loyal client that trusts their opinion and I know they are not just wanting to charge me but actually care about client trust and relationship. I would recommend them.

I'm the type of guy who works on my own vehicles. When I can't do it myself. I had to start looking for a shop and I don't like shops / dealerships. I always have my guard up when it comes to them.
The staff at Euroworks are friendly and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to your car. In this business your have to be.
What makes them different is they're honesty. You don't get that anymore.
Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Go see Joel and the team at Euroworks to guide you in the right direction and get great service, fair pricing and like I said, (Honesty). Great work Euroworks!
