Worst clinic, worst receptionist, worst everything here. DO NOT GO TO Evanston Medical clinic

They don’t even deserve a single star. I called twice for my medication refill request. They never responded to fax request sent by the drugstore. I spoke to front desk and she kept saying that they sent the fax and made me go back to the drugstore while she was on the call and when they confirmed that they never received one, She agreed to resend that. A couple days later I went back to the store to pick up my medication but nothing. They have bad clinic hours and walk in is not even accepted. I will never go back to this clinic again.

Make sure to call 100 times and you still might be waiting for an hour. Avg wait time for walk-in is 2 hrs or more. Even though you have an appointment you still need to wait an hour or more. Prefer not to go in unless its an absolute necessity and you have no other option.

Unprofessional staff don’t know what what they are doing. I feel sorry for the doctors

Worst admin. I am not surprised to see that a lot of reviews are all about the admin. Family doctors here are great, but you have to go through the admin first to get an appointment. Nobody answers the phone and no appointment reminders given to remind the patient of their schedule. They charge you a fee if you miss your appointment and you need to reschedule. Clinic hours is very short too.

Very unprofessional front desk. Nowadays whenever I call nobody picks the phone at once even twice or thrice times. I booked my appointment but when I went there the receptionist said that I didn’t book for my appointment. I mean how unprofessional these people are they forgot to schedule the patient at the time of booking. Less knowledgeable and rude front desk staff.

Too bad - they are treated unfairly- send the patients on there on choices - relation- layers.

I had a very bad experience with the front desk staff. It may be that the manager or employees have changed.

In my family member's recent experience, they booked an appointment, but when we reached the clinic on appointment day and time there was no appointment. OMG!

Due to the fact that the patient was there, we agreed to wait. Front desk said long time and when patient talked to manager employee backed off saying I never said long time. A front desk employee lied!

In the past, they were very good, but it seems the new staff is not willing to work.: - (

I am a medical professional and think Dr. Omar Noori is a very good doctor. I appreciated how quickly he was able to get additional medical care for me. The tests he ordered were what I expected.

My parents came from Ukraine. It was awful time for them. They've been stressed for a long time after arrriving.and I needed supportive medical services for both of them. Unfortunately they spoke german language well and know English quite a little. Doctor Suhad Al-Ali was so generous, delicate and dedicated to them. I've been positively impressed by his professionalism. Thank you doctor and all your team for such pleasant experience

PS: And if you need to sooth the reality pain, we've got a great business across the street that will take that edge off with a few edibles. They are are in the drug business as well, just don't claim to practice medicine.

Dr. Imran is my family doctor and I have nothing but praise for her. She shows genuine care for her patients and prioritizes both mental and physical health. My appointments never feel rushed and she takes her time to address questions or concerns.

Very bad place horrible experience, unfair walk in they let whoever they like to get in first, and when I asked the receptionist why did you let 2 people from the walk in list to go before me and showed her the names form the list she said because this is their family doctor, and this is the place rules! I have never heard of a rule like that walk in list is always for whoever comes first! Then I said I was here first but she started screaming at me infront of my 7 years old son and she scared him, I will never go there again, I don't recommend this clinic to anyone, bad receptionist horrible experience, when I decided to write a bad review I was chocked by how many bad reviews are already in

I don't recommend this clinic for anyone, new receptionist is very rude they don't respect walk in list order, the doctors there don't care about anything they spend a minute and want to move to other patients, save your health and don't go there

I had a relaxation massage at this clinic by Amanda. It felt good and am relaxed. Just want to take a nap. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience. I booked already my next massage.

I came in to simply get a referral for dermatologist, Dr. Ali literally did not look at me until it came time to look at my scalp. I’m not exaggerating, the man did not physically acknowledge me in the room. They offer a neat birth control product that I hadn’t heard about before, but will be finding somewhere else to get it administered. How am I gonna let a man who can’t make eye contact inject my arm?

Long wait time always, even if you go with appointment … I booked 1 p.m appointment and could meet doctor at 2 p.m, why to take appointment when anyways you are treated as walk in…

Dr. Al Ali, A very rude person, the Doctor does not act like a professional. This is not a good clinic as first impression matters a lot. Got there for the first time and there was no vital checked, the Doctor wants me to bring in my previous bottle for refill without examination. When I brought his attention to it he then rudely asking me to take off my jacket to check my blood pressure and said it one medical complain per visit, so I need to assess myself which is worst before coming. The Doctor is not experienced and lack professional ethics

Please do not go to this clinic if you are looking for quality care and service.

January 04,2021 at 1: 00 pm. I called this clinic. The first call was disconnected. I called back and mentioned this, however the front desk clerk "Asra" (unsure if she was truthful about her name) chose to ignore it entirely and continue taking my information.

I provided my reason for the call and could hear the clerk laughing. I addressed this and she denied it. I did not accept this and she did finally rudely say sorry. I said it was professional and she asked me to put me on hold and transferred the line to a manager without my knowledge.

I spoke to the manager and explained that I didn't feel the clinic was very professional but she also did not seem to care much and insisted it was someone else laughing in the background not the clerk on the phone. I wish there was a possibility to give lower than 1 star.

If you are looking for quality care and service do not go to this clinic. You will be extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

The doctors are good, but the clinic got no concept of time management. Even after taking appointment, expect wait times around 1 hour. I don't know why they bother with appointment, when the experience is like a walk in clinic everytime.

I was so disappointed I booked ahead of time for Dr. Noori and when I get to the clinic they scheduled me for different dr.the receptionist didn’t do their job properly,

I personally always have nothing but good experience here. My family doctor always takes her time with me and it is never feeling like rushed. Even if I go with any small issues, she never tried to shrug it off.

Even if I go in for walk-ins I never had to wait no more that 20 - 30 mins (granted I try to go in early in the morning when I am going for walk ins).

Poor excuse for a medical facility. I work in emerge at a level one trauma centre and while I would have loved to go there or to an urgent care of some kind, I simply didn’t have it in me to get there, not to mention wait as I knew I wouldn’t be an urgent case. I was very weak, short of breath, knew I just needed antibiotics and fluids so that’s basically why I went to the clinic. The only good outcome was that I got antibiotics. I had to ask for the doctor to check my vital signs which I knew weren’t normal. One of the monitors they didn’t even know how to turn on. But don’t worry, I showed them! This is a basic patient assessment which in my opinion, everyone is entitled to receive anytime they see a physician. Having a walk-in clinic so close to home is so amazing it’s just really too bad the physicians aren’t. Really hoping for an overhaul there.it’s brutal

Absolute garbage. The medical care is adequate, but it runs far, far, far, far, far, far, too slow. I cannot emphasize how inefficient and frustrating the wait times are. There will be 2 patients in the entire office and you'll still somehow wait 2+ hours in the front, not to mention the other 30 or so minutes once you are in a room.

This place is a joke! I was so happy that my family doctor moved out of there and started her own practice. I went in today (Sunday) as a walk in due to a bad cold at 2: 00pm and place closes at 4: 00pm. I was told they are not accepting walk ins anymore! Two hours left in the day and they are not accepting anyone else. This clinic is so poorly run and I have no problem taking my business elsewhere, do not go to this clinic!

I have made 2 appointments now and walked out both times. The confused look on the receptionist about appointment times? Can it really be that hard to make appointments? My husband and I will be looking for a better run office.
