When I decided to sell my pharmacy, I knew that it was a big decision and that I had to do a lot of preparations. When the time came to proceed, I am so happy that I choose EVCO to guide me. The benefits of EVCO are that they do this all the time and they are aware of all the obstacles and nuances. Each Pharmacy will have its own characteristic and will require a special type of buyer. EVCO can guide you through the process. Firstly, they will carry out a thorough evaluation of your Financials. The founder of EVCO [Max Beairsto] is not only a pharmacist but also an evaluator. He is industry known, he had written many articles, given talks and seminars. His evaluation will be the gold standard evaluation for obvious reasons. He fully understood my goals and needs. As well EVCO, had a list of qualified buyers for my store, which eliminated many buyers who would not be able to put the deal together. I would whole heartedly recommend EVCO should you be considering selling your pharmacy. I spent majority of my working life building my business, I was glad that one of the final decision that I made was one of my best by choosing EVCO to help me guide the complicated process of the sale.
