I came here for the first time and had Ms Anzhela, she was amazing. I came in for a black hair dye and trim and she did more than an excellent job and best hair cut I’ve ever gotten. Anzhela represents how elegant the salon is and I am very happy with my results and she is my new favourite stylist and I wish I found her sooner. I do highly recommend this salon for that perfect look and all the staff was very friendly and patient.

This place lost a client very dishonest with the price of the products. 0 knowledge on the products that they sell and their hair services are pretty expensive yet the quality of the stylist work sucks! Never coming again

KM fixed my hair that was done by another salon in the mall. It was cut so badly, she done a great job with fixing it.

Nav is SOOOOOO GOOD at doing blonde hair. I came in asking for a blonde balayage and she made sure that it would be one that grows out really nicely because I only get my hair dyed once a year. I love having a stylist that listens to what you say. She’s definitely my go to stylist from now on

They got me in super last minute and was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. The stylists helped me pick the right color and cut and were so so so kind and helpful. They have a beautiful waiting room in the back and had great touches to the experience.

Kailee did fantastic job on my wife hair she is very satisfied how well she did her job the way my wife asked for for one the best hair salon in the city thankyou so much again we couldn't be happier it was worth the money

Anzhela (Angela) at Eveline Charles in Edmonton (WEM), has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now and I couldn’t be happier with her. Excellent stylist whose attention to doing things perfectly is second to none. From washing ones hair to the cutting and styling, Anzhela is superb. Always 100% satisfied.

I took my aunt in for her first luxury facial and my experience was horrid.

First, I would like to note that my facialist, that I’ve been to before, was phenomenal as usual.

However, the consultant stopped just short of insulting us both with her “advice”.

There is a gracious way of wording yourself — she did not use this approach.

I expect to have a consultation where pores and slight discolouration are discussed — don’t get me wrong, but to be asked what my concerns are and BOLDLY contradicted “oh no, you’ve got VERY large pores, oh you’ve a lot of discolouration, you definitely need our pro4 facial. ” It was evident she wanted to make me feel as though I looked so horrible I required the most expensive facial.

I’m not opposed to this facial —I’ve had it before, but it was very clearly an upsell leveraging on whatever falsified and imposed insecurity she could make me feel.

She did this to my aunt as well, whom is a rather reserved and quiet woman and, again, this was her very first facial and it made her very uncomfortable. I was also paying for both services, which the consultant knew, yet proceeded to upsell my aunt on product and even went so far as to compare her age and very obviously surgically altered face to that of my aunts as if to belittle her.

Instead of working on quick sales, more emphasis should be put on customer retention. I am very disappointed in the unprofessional and rude manner we were spoken to.

I had a horrible experience not once but twice! Left your establishment in tears! Would like to see how management will help with resolving this! I can’t even add one star! For almost $400 spent I didn’t get anything close to what I wanted! Yes absolutely when I placed my appointment they were told it was a boxed colour, I was booked in with a master not an apprentice, I told her no chocolate brown, no blond, as I am wanting to go grey more age appropriate for me! I walked out with bronze orange! I did tell her I HATED it and wanted to buy a wig immediately! She smiled and said she was sad I didn’t like it and showed me to the cashier! A master stylist.

Just had my hair done with Rima. I had highlights and I could not be happier. She is so sweet and kind and was able to give me exactly what I was wanting. I will be back Rima!

The customer service was really great. Kam was very friendly, approachable, and very professional. She introduced me to Susann, a clinical consultant. She was very detailed and well explained the problem of my skin. She was very knowledgeable and this is her expertise.
If you have any problem with your skin, I highly recommend Eveline Charles, West Edmonton Mall.

I recently took my daughter to get her hair done and Anzhela did an amazing job! She gave my daughter a confidence boost after seeing the results and was incredibly kind throughout the process.

I was so disappointed for Anzhela Kotlyarov’service. Verry bad service, never I come back! She was very rude!

I used to frequent this salon about a decade ago. Just went back for a well needed cut. Arrived at 9am for appointment but doors closed and lights off. They managed to open shortly after 9 but my stylist wasn't there yet. Decided to splurge for the top stylist. I didn't get much of a cut for $90 that I couldn't get elsewhere for $25

Horrible experience, would have given no stars if able to. I needed my hair fixed before going north to where there is not a hair stylist available and booked an appointment where apparently I was told I booked the wrong thing but she as completely unwilling to help me. She kept saying there is nothing I can do for you. It almost felt as though she didn’t want to do my hair or service me. I felt very much that I did not fit into the type of client she wanted and pushed me right out the door. Which is sad because I always leave hair stylists with an amazing tip for their services.
I will not recommend, next time I will most definitely go to QHair instead where I received an amazing service in the spring when I returned from up north.

When I phoned to ask how much was it to dye hair, black, the lady told me $85. But when I got there, they charged me $168. It was a total rip off and will never use or recommend them to anyone.

Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. To my delight there were 2 ladies at each till. One for check ins and one for check outs. I was promptly greeted with professionalism and grace, then taken to a place where I could hang my jacket and put on my robe (I just love the robes, they provide me with comfort that I will not get any hair dye on my shirt and makes me feel like the bell of the ball). I was offered refreshments and taken to the lounge to relax on their very cozy couch to wait for my hair stylist. In the lounge there is a beautiful chandelier (I just love it, it makes me feel like I’m in a mansion). Within minutes I was greeted by my stylist Anzhela Kotlyarov. She looked stunning as always. I always feel I’m in good hands when my stylist looks sharp. Anzhela was upbeat and friendly greeting me with her beautiful smile. She took me to her station (I love this station because I can people watch out the window during my hair process). I was again offered refreshment and she ensured I was comfortable. The atmosphere in this Spa is so delightful! Anzhela did a 110% job on my hair as always. She always matches my colour perfectly for my roots. I just love her finish when she uses the products on my hair. She always shows me what she is going to use and let’s me smell them to ensure I am satisfied with what I am putting in my hair. She also provides me with a mirror and lifts up my hair to ensure I am happy with the colour matching. Once again Anzhela you nailed it. Thank you ladies for a wonderful end to my day. I went home feeling 20 years younger and very relaxed.

I am very pleased with the haircut I received from Anzhela Kotlyarov! She is an excellent hairdresser and listener. Chris was also wonderful, it was a great team effort. I am a hairstylist myself and it was great to learn some fresh technique. I would highly recommend Anzhela!

The stylist, Jessica, was incredibly kind, receptive, and positive. Received a great haircut and pick-me-up! Although she wasn’t familiar working with curly hair it was a fun learning experience for all!

Overall it was a great first-time at Eveline Charles! I will be returning to Jessica in the future. Highly recommend this stylist!

I requested 2 services & scheduled the 2 appointments 2 weeks ahead.
When I arrived for the services they scheduled the 2nd service wrong. Very Dissapointed as I drove into Edmonton specifically to receive both services. I could of scheduled at alternate hair school for both services if I was aware of their Error.

Highly recommend Anzhela, She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with my hair cut. She was friendly and very professional. If you are looking for a good stylist, I highly recommend her.

I have been going to EvelineCharles for a number of years. I especially love getting facials every few months to treat my dry skin. My go to person is Lagita.she is always welcoming and cheerfull as well as being so knowledgeable regarding skin care and gives me the best advice for my skin care routine. Always a 5 star treatment.

Kim is lovely, does a great job, very personable, very professional, very likeable. She knows what she is doing, I always enjoy the experience.

Angella went above and beyond. She did a great job on my hair! I truly love it. She styled my hair so well! I will visit her again.

I'm at not happy with at all, they just ripped of my money. I was overcharged it was just a simple haircut. Not going there anymore. They have to explain customer prices. I did call them and ti was told it will cost about $45 and in the end was $70 for doing nothing and didn't give a receipt and try to push customers to do washing, styling or whatever they can ad 2 or 3 dollars extra.shame.

Anzhela was amazing! Listened to exactly what I asked for and did it. Her attention to detail and perfection is like no other. First time I left a haircut so happy)

I got my hair done today and I got an amazing stylist named Anzhela. She did my balayage so well. I recommend her 10/10.

I have been going to Eveline Charles for many many years and usually just book which ever stylist and colourist is available to fit my schedule which is usually spur of the moment. I have always been happy. For my last appointment I had the pleasure of meeting Anzhela K. I didn’t really give any instructions other than to please keep it longer than shoulder length and jokingly told her to make me look younger. Other than that I was open to suggestions. She told me what she recommended and her reasons why and away we went. I ended up with a new hair colour, layers, and bangs and could not be happier with the transformation. She was true to her word and I honestly do look younger with bangs! The best part is that when I tried to recreate the style the next day I was able to do so which almost never happens. I will be making time in my schedule for future appointments with Anzhela because it was definitely worth doing so. I should also mention that I had my eyebrows threaded and my first laser treatment done by Farana R and am beyond thrilled by her skill as well! She fit me into her schedule, explained the laser technique and the results are amazing. Eveline Charles West Edmonton Mall are really lucky to have two exceptionally skilled employees working for them.

Booked from the online booking system however they texted me in the morning told me they don’t have a room available. Maybe need to update the online system.

I have been seeing Isidra for over 15 years as my waxer and I can't imagine my life without her. She is always so positive, caring and genuinely cares about her clients. She likes to go on vacation to see her family and she always says "I'll call you before I go so I know you get in! " and that is truly one of kind customer service. She has met my spouse, always asks about my family and how everyone is doing. I highly recommend Isidra to anyone who is looking for quality and caring esthetician.

I came here back in August and had an amazing experience so I came back again today to see Anzhelia! It takes about 15 hours to drive here from my home town and finally we are able to have more freedom to travel which has been so great! We have been loving the warm weather and the fun things to do and see.

I was new to edmonton and needed a hair dresser I could trust to colour cut and style my hair well. I tried other salons and hair dressers and I found there was always something I walked away not feeling confident about. Michelle at Eveline and Charles is absolutely without a doubt incredibly talented, I always leave her chair feeling confident and gorgeous.

I had a spa day at Eveline Charles for my birthday and can I just say I’m so thankful I did! Natasha J and legita (I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) we’re so incredibly friendly and provided 10/10 services it’s so evident that these ladies want to make you smile! And if you’re looking for a lovely massage I insist you go see Shareen she is wonderful I was so relaxed and my muscles are happy. Nav handled my hair and can I just say she is so fun to talk to and did an amazing job on my hair. Overall I have to say I will definitely be returning to Eveline Charles for all my future hair and spa needs, thanks ladies!

Came today for a haircut, I was booked an appointment with Merima. I honestly had no idea what I wanted to get done I just knew that I wanted to cut off some length. She was able to cut my hair with the little information I gave her and I’m super happy with the results, she even styled it with some lose curls! She as very friendly and nice. Merima didn’t seem to mind that I wasn’t too much of a talker but the small conversations we did have were very pleasant. I’d visit her again for my next appointment:)

It was an awesome experience I had Lammy she was awesome she did my classic eyelashes even the classic filler and the haircut and did the colouring all of it was my first experience and she made it a beautiful blessed experience I'd recommend her to friends and family

I had a great experience at Eveline Charles! I had Anzhela as my hair stylist and she was great. I had really long hair and I wanted to cut it into a bob and it looks amazing. The price was reasonable and worth it since I had really long hair.

Michelle does an amazing job every time, really takes the time and effort to work with you and ensure you leave with exactly what you had your heart set on. My hair looks beautiful, thank you Michelle! Staff is friendly and accommodating, clean and welcoming atmosphere as well. Jamie is absolutely amazing. No joke. Part of the reason I moved back to Edmonton was because of her ability to give me exactly what I want. I just had a cut & colour done by her yesterday and my friends and I absolutely love it. It turned out perfectly.

I highly recommend Jamie. Make sure you book in advance. You won’t be disappointed you waited - once you see the results.

I’ve been a regular client of Eveline Charles. I love to do my hair cut with their professional hair stylist particularly Christine and Andrea are my favorite. They know what style that I was looking for, very friendly and professional. Very very happy with the service.

I always get great service here! The only problem this time was trying to get a booking. I had to call three times. Maybe short-staffed because of CoVid?

Lamont did my hybrid lashes and also the touch up a few weeks later. I love them! Looks natural. She’s very professional and made sure I was always comfortable. Highly recommend.

Natasha is always provided our family with the best cuts and colour service. I would recommend her to anyone. Always listens and gives suggestions.

I have been seeing Merima, and to say that I am satisfied with every visit is underrated. She saved my hair and she convinced me to try lighter highlights, WHICH I LOVE! I have brittle and dry hair, but thanks to her my hair is shiny and slick. Highly recommend Merima!

Natasha at West Edmonton Mall has been doing my hair for years. She is the real deal. An incredible artist and stylist and a great human being. I met her when Evelyn Charles had a downtown location and although I am a VERY nervous driver, when she moved to the West Ed Location I made the trip to West Edmonton Mall because that is how good she is. I highly recommend going to see her. Also if you are a person who doesn't like much chit chat, she will feel you out and be quiet. If you do like to talk, she will do that too and is very educated and open minded about many things. I always go home feeling amazing and like I have spent time with a really great and interesting person. You would be lucky to have an appointment with her.

The stylist I see is Andrea and she is absolutely amazing! I have been going to her for almost two years now and every time I go she nails it out of the park and I am just in aw of her work and get so so many compliments.

I had a great Mani/Pedi experience with Shae, my hands and feet were totally refreshed and smooth and I love the beautiful nail polish with French tips.

Wonderful service, Anzhela K. Very professional, and knowledgeable in what she does. Took extra time to understand my needs and explain what would work better for my type of hair. She made my hair look so much better, I will definitely return.
