The reason for this good review is ANDREW GRANT - he was and continues to be amazing with the installation of our new vinyl fence. Despite Everlast having some manufacturing issues with the colour ordered (finding stock), Andrew has gone above and beyond our expectations to keep us informed, though it is not his responsibility. I would recommend asking for Andrew if you choose everlast.

July 2022 we had our Everlast vinyl fencing installed on both sides of our home by Keenan, Dale and Hunter. They were punctual, hardworking, knowledgeable and friendly. The fence was up in no time. Ben & Keenan were super helpful with a couple additions we needed last minute.
April 2023 we had the back fence installed by Aaron, Jeff & Brandon. These gentlemen were great! The fence was installed quickly. It looks beautiful with the picket accent at the top.
Ben was great to work with in getting the measurements and setting up the project. Ben has been amazing. He is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating.
We are truly pleased with our fence and service provided by Everlast.

From start to finish my experience with Everlast Fencing was amazing. Ben met with us to do the estimate and answer every question we had. Neighbour's had the fence done and we split it with them. The majority of the fence was done fine, but as it was wrapping up we had a gap in the back where it was sealed before. We have 2 dogs so this was obviously unacceptable. The sub-contractors on site initially didn't want to address it as "vinyl doesn't connect to wood". We had to talk to the primary contractor taking care of this who said it would be taken care of. My girlfriend did say "we just want it sealed, it doesn't matter what it looks like" and oh boy did they take that literally. Our fence corner is now a piece of plywood with a steel post (picture attached). I get that it's sealed, but this is terrible work and an easy cover up of that. "doesn't matter what it looks like" would still obviously mean a fence, a different panel would have been fine. Plywood with an exposed post is truly something else. Teardown houses are literally sealed "nicer".

The fence portion that went well is nice, but look at that corner piece where it was previously sealed. I mean come on. I could never imagine leaving something like that as a solution to a client install. This is YOUR WORK - take some pride in what you do. They even used my board, didn't even provide their own wood.

I'll fix it myself. Real expensive in both time and money for this tier of work.

Fantastic company and we could not be happier with how our vinyl fence turned out! Ben was very attentive and professional throughout the entire process. His installers were exceptional and very hard working, especially Keenan. They had very good attention to detail and made sure everything was installed properly to last a lifetime. Definitely would recommend going with these friendly folks if you want a quality fence done right!

Everlast was excellent to work with to have a new vinyl fence installed at our home in a mature neighbourhood. The tools used to install the vertical posts were far less disruptive than an auger (for wood fencing) so our and our neighbour's established trees were not damaged. Ben (General Manager) has been responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant. The crew was fast, professional, communicative and installed a great product. We have only had the fence for a week but I am super happy with the entire process so far. And for just a little bit higher cost than a wood fence, we have a zero-maintenance, lifetime fence installed with minimal disturbance to our landscaping that has added great value to our home.

Had new fence installed to match existing fence which was also installed by Everlast. Ben our sales person was wonderful to work with. Always available to answer any questions we had. The installers were courtesy, efficient and professional. We love the look of our new fence and the privacy it gives us. We highly recommend Everlast!

The fence is good quality and a big improvement from the old fence. There were a few minor hiccups with the install, and a resolution was made. Ben and his installers were very accommodating.

If you’re thinking about getting a new fence installed then look no further. We cannot say enough about this company. Everlast Fencing was amazing from the minute I spoke with them until the day the fencing was installed. We called around and spoke with several other fencing companies. I was left slightly disillusioned with the attitude and the lack of customer service with some of these other companies. I can happily say this did not happen with Everlast Fencing. We had gone to the home and garden show and met with Ben from Everlast Fencing who impressed us with his knowledge, his charisma, and his professionalism. He was extremely well-versed in the product and his knowledge of fencing in general. He arrived at our home a few days later, we explained to him what we had wanted. He asked some very detailed questions which got us thinking about some different changes that we wanted to make. And he came up with the solutions for those. He gave us a quote that was within budget. Then the rest was up to the installers. I will tell you, that the installers who arrived Andrew and Rachelle a husband and wife team were so much fun, professional, extremely detailed oriented. They have perfectionism down to a fine art! They made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the job. I had some questions they were an able to answer and did such an amazing job we are absolutely enthralled with our new vinyl fence. Sadly customer service seems as if it is slowly deteriorating these days. However, not with Everlast Fencing. Thank you doesn’t seem enough for the hard work & dedication of Ben, Andrew & Rachelle. White Vinly Fencing - Exceptional job and responsivness from the manger Ben. The workers showed up as planned and did an exceptional job. Our yard was not straightforward and they made adjustments as neccessary. The fencing looks great and you can tell the difference between thier professional work and the one the neighbor did themselves. The work was just done this week and we are getting compliments already. Looking foward to enjoying the privacy of my yard for summer. I would highly recommend them.

A company that goes above and beyond in every manner. Their attention to detail and streamlined processes helped our large vinyl fencing project reach completion with no errors.

Was promised to have a fence installed by the start of October by a sales rep. After paying the deposit receive an email scheduled for the last week of October. When I emailed for more clarity on the timeline I was told I was told that the sales rep couldn't have told me the first week of October, and was pretty much called a liar. I asked the company to contact me back with a timeline in which they agreed. They did not reach out to me after a month, so I asked for a refund, only to find out they're taking 400 dollars of my deposit. I will take my money elsewhere, and advise caution dealing with this company.

In regards to your response the email sent on September 7th was after you received your over 3000 dollars deposit, based on your sales rep promise of the start of October. Also Bill Knight told me that the work was scheduled sometime mid November when I spoke to him. He also said that the date wasn't guaranteed because of shortages. I do appreciate the response. I don't appreciate your company lying and saying that the work was to be done this week.

We had a long privacy fence installed by Everest Fencing. There were weather delays, but we were kept informed. Communications were excellent. The job was done while were out of town and while I was apprehensive about it, Ben sent me pictures as the job progressed. We done, very professional.

Everlast vinyl fencing was very easy to work with - Ben was especially was great. We saw him come out a few times during the installation to check on the progress and followed up with a final inspection. A few minor glitches were caught and rectified super quickly. The installers were polite and very friendly.

The crew from Everlast Vinyl Fencing installed a 4' vinyl with a 1' lattice fence. Took out the old picket fence and installed the vinyl fence in a 12 hour workday. Good customer service with careful installation being mindful of garden plants, answered questions and completed job in a timely manner. Would certainly recommend this company and crew.

This is an easy review for us to submit. We just had a great experience with everyone at Everlast. Ben is in sales and he came to our home and made us feel really comfortable with the vinyl fence that he helped us to spec out. Everlast Vinyl Fencing installed my fence in July of 2016.right from the first day I should have stopped work, everything I was told that was going to happen did not. I was told they would remove my old fence posts. They left them in and in result that was never going to allow for keeping my sections at nice 8 foot intervals. I have 6', 8', 3' and some funky 2 foot slanted sections on corners of my property that they put on an angle because they did not pull out the old posts. I was told they would put handles on my gates I have none. I was told I would be left a few post caps they left none. I was told I would be left a few replacement panels in case of damaged from rocks etc. I was left none. I have a huge crack and hole in one panel that I can not replace. My very expensive fence looks like I got it from some Hillbilly! My fence is not level in any section all of the gates do not match as the vinyl they used is of such poor quality, all of the the pieces that hide the trim work are busting off, South side of my property looks like a roller coaster ride. I can see why I got such an awful job. I came home one day from work and found the fence installers snorting cocaine off my patio table. I have tried several times to rectify this situation with Everlast Vinyl Fencing but they refuse to fix the problem.my only recourse is to give this nasty review in hope they will do what is right and repair the fence I paid thousands of dollars for. Do not put your hard earned dollars in the hands of this incompetent company.

If a 10 star rating was available it would be well deserved. Rommel and his install team were brilliant with their creative work around a very old and large Pine tree. They worked hard to preserve it and provided excellent results with ease. It was a huge relief to me. Job was completed with satisfaction!

Everlast installed my fence but left a small 3.5 foot section as landscaping was being finished. Tried to get them to come back and complete my fence but they wanted to charge me $1500 for less then 4 feet.

I was looking for a fencing company that could help me figure out a problem I had. The problem was that we had a dog and wanted to make a dog run. After contacting several other companies no one could assure the completion of my small task. Arthur came after I had called his office and booked an appointment. He assured me no task was too small or big. My dog has his little area now and the quality is superb.

I would not recommend working with Everlast Vinyl Fencing or any of the Mosaic Home Services group of companies.

They installed my fence but installed my gate too low with about a quarter inch clearance. We could not open it the first winter, because when the ground froze it pushed the sidewalk up 1/4". In spring, we called, and they came back and did a slight adjustment, which appeared to work, however it was still too low to the ground. This winter, when the ground froze, the gate was immovable once again. I called again this spring, and now they want to charge me for coming to raise it. My neighbors and I were told it was lifetime warranty for materials and installation. Now they say the installation warranty is only for a year, and even though it was installed incorrectly, and adjusted once, but only slightly and was not fixed, I will have to pay them to come and raise it two inches, which is what it should have been in the first place. A gate should never be installed with so tight of clearance to the ground.

Also, the post on which the gate is mounted was supposed to be cemented in the ground, so it would not shift, but it moves all the time and the gate latch is in operable most of the time without pushing on the post which is supposed to be solid.

The person on the phone whom I spoke to, was inflexible, although offered me a discount to have them fix their improper installation, did not listen to me, and just kept stating their policy.

Heed the other warnings about this company that they do not deliver as promised, prices go up, and work is not great, although the materials are top quality.

I have not dealt with any of the other companies that form this group but would believe they are all managed similarly and share their customer service philosophy and would avoid them all.

See my review for Mosaic Home Services and their response to see their lack of ethics. They took a photo after I repaired and adjusted the gate and claim it was their work and that the gate was installed correctly.
