We purchased new appliances which had specific water filtration requirements. Brad went above and beyond to research the appliance requirements as well as our city water supply to recommend a whole house solution.
After our purchase was complete, he was happy to assist with installation and filtration questions.

Staff easily solved our hot tub issues with our older hot tub that was not purchased through them. The staff showed expertise regarding all our questions. They even had what we needed in stock! Staff were super friendly, and willing to help even though the tub was not purchased through them. Very professional, class act team. Way to go Heather & Tom …great leadership!

If you want five star, after sales service, Everything H2O is where to go! I had a problem with my tub, as a result of my own doing, and Brad walked me through the problem-solving process over the phone. His amazing service knowledge allowed me to be able to be enjoying the tub today!

Purchased a 12 yr old used hot tub with some significant scaling issues from a friend for a good price. Wasn’t ready to buy new and wanted to see if the tub life was for me. Headed over to Everything H2O in RMH for advice to deal with scaling. Interactions with the staff were pleasant and informative.

The conversation progressed to a recommendation of the Mineraluxe line. Alongside keeping water parameters in spec Mineraluxe is doing an amazing job getting this tub on track. I can see the calcium scale eroding every day. Jets with moving parts that were scaled to the point of not functioning are beginning to free up. Some completely functional after two weeks. The shell is textured on this tub so difficult to clean scale. With Mineraluxe and some time, a small scrubby is taking it right off. The lines are expelling significant scale buildup and have better performance as time passes. The pumps sound better. The heating is more responsive. To top it off the wife, who has a sensitive nose, comments the tub smells fresh and inviting. Skin feel is great with Mineraluxe even when having a soak daily.

When the time comes to retire this used tub and take the plunge into a new unit Mineraluxe will be a must to protect the investment. Easy to use and great performance.

I cannot say enough good things about Everything H20 and their incredible team. Every time I enter the store I am greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by attentive staff who are always quick to answer any questions and help get any problem solved. Recently Everything H20 has branched out and started offering additional plumbing and heating services. In 1 day they have fixed multiple issues that other companies were unable to fix in multiple visits spanning 4 years. Johnny has went so far above and beyond in getting our plumbing and heating issues sorted out! I can’t imagine hiring anyone else after this experience! This is the only place to get your water jugs filled. They have everything water related that you could need. We get all of our hot tub products here and the staff are super knowledgeable and very helpful.

5 star experience for sure! Brad and his team fit me in last minute when I needed a new hot water tank and had it all installed and working within a few hours! Super impressed with the whole process!

Wow, service was great, I called in on a Saturday, they were here on Monday morning, replaced 2 hot water tanks, no fuss no muss, and they even cleaned up after themselves. They called the following day, to see if I was happy with their service, these folks provide the best products and service that I have seen in a long time.

Excellent knowledge and service. When we booked it did take over a month to get our fireplace install done but we did know that up front and is also a testament to their quality as it was just because they were so busy trying to keep up with demand. I would highly recommend them for your fireplace install and we plan on looking into a hot tub from them in the future.

Purchased a Blaze King wood stove from Everything H2O recently. The entire staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The installers were very professional and did great job getting everything set up properly. Qualify and efficiency of the Blaze King is awesome and I’m glad I have it in place just before winter. A special shout out to Amber and Jason.

My husband and I have had Everything H20 in our home a number of times. They were quick to respond and give us a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner and installed both doing a fantastic job. They also came to put new water lines on our hot water tank which we had newly installed 2 months previous by another company that had left the water line leaking. Discovering Everything H20 is a blessing. Nathan, Devin, John and the office staff are such great people and supply good old fashioned caring service. I purchased a Blaze King model Princess 30 wood stove from Everything H2O in Rocky Mountain House as I had heard good reviews from others and their price was very reasonable. The salesman (Brad) was very friendly and knowledgeable on the product. He was very clear on their installation process and what I could expect. 4 weeks later, as promised, their installation crew (Jay and Randy) arrived to install this wood stove. They were both very friendly and professional. The installation went very smoothly and they both were very attentive in ensuring the installation mess was cleaned up and I was satisfied with their work before they left my home. I am very happy with the product and the service that I received. I would recommend this wood stove and Everything H2O services to anyone.

We were very happy with the service. The technicians were always polite and courteous. They were also very neat and tidy. When we had trouble with our reverse osmosis unit, it was replaced quickly.

I like to pride myself on being fairly handy. This was one job that I thought I would pass on. H2O sent over a young gentleman by the name of Mitchell. I was totally impressed with his handiwork. He was very confident and was finished in a relatively short period of time. I was totally impressed. Mitchell is a former student of both myself and my wife. It was great to see him and how successful he has become. They set up an appointment immediately and the job was completed fast and efficiently. I highly recommend their services.

I have lived in the country my entire life and never enjoyed the water. The system we purchased from Everything H2O has made our water taste amazing! We get compliments on it!
