Called in with car starter problems and was able to get a tech to work on it shortly after stopping by. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they found the problem and fixed it with ease and for an affordable price. I would highly recommend this place for any related services!

I bought a new dashcam on Amazon and was very intimidated about the installation. Lucky for me I called Abby and he scheduled an appointment.

Evolution audio, I was very impressed, they are very knowledgable, I had problems with my wiring in my car. Took it to two other shops, all they did is cost me money, and then did not fix the problem. I found out from my neighbour about, Evolution audio With his experience, he was very happy as well, I will always take my stuff to these guys definitely a thumbs up for these guys, you won’t regret it.

I wanted to install a new upgraded headset into my 10 year old Sprinter RV van dash so that I would have Bluetooth, Apple airplay, radio, maps etc.
I found Evolution Auto almost by accident, and was very glad that I did.
Abby and his crew are very friendly and extremely knowledgable. Absolutely no sales pressure, just good information.
I was from out of town and had no appointment. Abby scheduled me in first thing in the morning and I was on my way home before noon. He even came in under budget from his original quote, which was more than fair to start with. It looks like it was original factory installed. Very pleased with it.

Acccurate quotes, and the best part is that they provide very clean and transparent work. They let you know whats going on, and they go above and beyond to ensure your satisfied. Yeah i just got my work done yesterday but i cant envision any scenario where I had any issues that they wouldnt be happy to help resolve.

Abby installed my dashcam in 2020 and he was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The level of customer service stood out as exceptional. A recent, recurring parasitic drain was not correctly diagnosed by Midas in the west end. I knew that if I took the issue to Abby at Evolution Audio he would help me. His technician discovered my remote starter was stuck in the on position and they reconnected the wires to my dashcam that Midas cut without my permission. Abby kindly declined payment for their service because he felt bad for my situation. You will receive excellent service at Evolution Audio. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to Evolution.

Had an older command start and Kasim went over and above to find a replacement antenna. After several attempts he was able to find a replacement that worked and installed it quickly at a reasonable cost. Great customer service, would highly recommend.

My daughter bought a used vehicle that had an Ultra Starter that didn’t work. We tried a couple of places and they had no luck fixing the issue. Said it couldn’t be fixed.

Then we called one of the big box companies in town and they referred us to Evolution Audio in the West End. I had never done business with them before so this was going to be a first.

I booked an appointment and Abby the owner had my daughter’s vehicle in the shop three times attempting to fix the problem. Never charged me once.

I was losing hope that it could be fixed at all. I figured a new starter was going to be required for sure. Abby took my number and he said he was going to look into it further to try and find a solution. I’ve heard this story before and it usually ends with no call back ever.

Not this time. I got a call from Abby a couple days after our last visit saying he thinks he has a solution and to bring the vehicle back in a fourth time. Amazingly, Abby had solved the problem and got the old car starter working.

The willingness of a business owner to go to such great lengths to help a first time customer solve such a small problem cost effectively rather than to automatically upsell them into a new starter was astounding and really speaks volumes about the character of the owner.

If you aren’t already doing business with these guys, then you should really consider giving them a shot at your next job. I know I will. They just turned a new customer into a customer for life.

Thank you to Abby and his team for installing a new Kenwood stereo into our 2021 Toyota Sequoia. The pricing was very fair, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding, as was the after-sale service. It's very evident that folks at Evolution Audio take great pride in what they do, and I would highly recommend them to anyone that values great service and quality work.

The absolute best service place for all your vehicle's electrical needs in the Edmonton area and possibly Alberta. I had chosen Evolution Audio based on their reviews and the reviews don't lie. I needed work done on my headlights. The previous place I went to installed HID head lights and they barely light up the road 15 feet ahead of me. I went to Abby and he took care of me. The new LED lights he installed put the other guy to shame. I got LED head lights, LED fog lights and the icing on the cake was a curved light bar on a 2008 Cadillac CTS4. Abby (the owner) is professional, experienced, and fair. You will not be disappointed. I will be taking all my work here going forward.

I wanted to express my gratitude to the gentleman who helped me today, I believe his name is Abby. I didn't buy my remote start by him but I wish I had! His shop was amazing with such a friendly team and wonderful service! I was having issues with my remote starter and was referred to Evolution Audio from the company where I purchased my starter from as their installer only came in on call. I called Abby and told him what was wrong and he asked me to come in even though they were about to close. He and his team stayed late on a Friday just to help me get things going and asked for nothing in return. They really care about their customers and are incredibly kind and helpful! I highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a remote starter installed a few weeks ago and it is amazing! Abbi explained everything to me beforehand (I drive a standard) so I knew exactly how it would work. When I had a few questions he was so prompt to answer them and get me straightened out. Now that the cold weather is here, I appreciated it even more. He also did my tinting a few years ago and it still looks brand new! Highly recommend!

I came in this morning and the Gentleman greeted me with a smile, and attended to me right away. All I needed was to get my fob hooked up to my car for automatic start. I only waited 10minutes if that. He did not charge me. I will recommend this place to all. I gave it a 5 star, because it’s the little things that matter! Will be coming back.

I bought a car and had some amplifier issues which i didnt know. Someone recommended me evolution audio. All i can say that these guys are the best of best. My issue was really complicated but Abby put alot of his time diagnosing and troubleshooting and guided me the best possible way. I never had service experience like that. All i can say that we do need more people like them.
