Nasty customer service. Staff is fine when the Boss is around. When Fong isn’t there, Forget it.
Amanda, over processed my hair, and turned it green and if I recall, some other ditzty bird was a real piece of work, can’t remember her name. Never will go back there. I paid good money for services rendered and was generous tipping. No. No and NO.

What is wrong with people? Cara was so rude, accused me of being late after I sat there for 8 mins while she was getting her head shaved. She walked up as I sat there and said "Sorry, I was getting my head shaved since you were late. ". "Uh no I got here right on time, the other lady greeted me while you were getting your hair done. "
Then she basically called me a liar, "No I saw, you did not get here on time. " with an I don't care tone and body language, like 'whatever let's get your hair done' as she dismissively turned expecting me to follow. The other lady confirmed twice that I was there on time.
So oh heck no, you and your poor attitude are not cutting my hair. I told her how angry I was that she wasted my time and my afternoon, waiting to get to the appt then now having to reschedule with someone else. Wow! Never again Evolution! Andrea, (was given when I asked about the owner) I hope you do something about her. I used to come here all the time. Moved back into the neighborhood now, but sadly I won't be coming back after that.

I took my son for a hair cut here and it was an awful experience. The hair dresser didn’t know what she was doing at all. She soaked my son with the hose and kept blaming him for sitting up after she got a bunch of water in his ear. My son fell over cords that were exposed beside the chair when he got up and he ended up falling and smacking his face on the floor. My sons hair fade is extremely noticeable. Definitely won’t be back here! Maybe train your stylist more before they work on clients.
