I highly recommend the Evolve Chiropractic & Wellness Centre. I have had the pleasure of visiting Andrea Sobkow for massage therapy and she has done wonders on my neck and back pain. She is knowledgeable about muscles, recovery, and is a master of her trade. She is a pleasure to visit and truly cares about her clients well being.

I also visit Rob Macswain who has helped me after a knee injury from running. After a few weeks of treatment I was running my personal best and feeling stronger than ever! Rob provides relief through dry needling, and individual curated exercises. He is extremely knowledgeable in physiotherapy and provides outstanding care.

I can not say enough good things about Andrea and Rob- you have to visit them if you care about health, wellness and living your best life in your best body!

I have been seeing two therapists at the clinic for deep tissue massage, Andrea Sobkow & Alecia Ostermann for 5 years now and Rob McSwain for physiotherapy / dry needling for the last three years. I was involved in a sports accident 20 years ago and have been receiving both types of treatments from other therapists in the city. These three therapists have been able to give me relief from the pain I was in for so many years as well as show me what was needed to strengthen my muscles to get me back doing the activities that I like. These are top quality professionals like no other in the city. I highly recommend them to help, you will not regret it!

Best service! I called in last minute because of a stiff neck. Holly was able to get me in right away (within 10 mins after calling) for acupuncture and cupping. I came in in pain, not being able to move at all and walked out 80% better. The next day I was back at 100%. Highly recommend Holly and Evolve!

Sasha gives the most incredible massages in Calgary. Anytime I end up going somewhere else I immediately regret it and come back to Sasha. Her technique is one of a kind.

It was difficult to give a rating as I had both a positive and negative experience in regards to two different treatments.

So, firstly, Michelle (nurse injector) was incredibly nice, she really listens to what your goals are and overall just am incredible experience - she gets an absolute 5/5.

I also had a massage with a RMT and unfortunately I have had neck stiffness and constant headaches for the week since. I left feeling more tense than when I had arrived, and unfortunately my muscles still haven't relaxed since. I'll be going elsewhere to hopefully have this sorted out. 1/5

Dr. Ryan McDonald is the best! He is knowledgeable and personable and put mind at ease for my first chiropractic appointment as I was very nervous. I have had two treatments and the pain I have been experienced is lessened and he also gave me a brace, and exercises to do at home. Thanks Dr. McDonald!

I've been seeing Dr. Kayti Bates over several years to treat a range of injuries I've suffered from skiing and weight lifting. She's highly skilled both at acute treatment during the appointment and providing long term exercises and programing for a long term recovery. She packs a ton of treatment into a follow-up and has an incredible memory for specifics that work for each patient. I highly recommend.

I've been going to Evolve for 9 months and it's been life-changing. I've been seeing Stephane for Manual Osteopathic Therapy and more recently Dr. Holly Locke for Acupuncture to manage the pain from an old injury that has been bothering me for almost 15 years. They are both professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Additionally, I see Alecia for massage therapy almost once a month to deal with any residual pain or stiffness. She is just amazing. My pain is now manageable and for the first time in 15 years, I can walk, hike and take on other physical activities without the fear of unbearable pain. Evolve Chiropractic & Wellness Centre has everything I needed to regain my health in one place.

My initial visit with Rob was fantastic. He is clearly incredibly knowledgeable, offering lots of super specific shoulder rehab ideas, plans and modalities that I haven’t ever heard before. I’ve been through the ringer with Physio’s over the last few years, and I finally feel like Rob knows his stuff well enough to help me recover and feel comfortable getting back to tip-top shape.

Kayla is the best masseuse, she just knows the body and how to make you feel good. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Ryan was great! I highly recommend paying him a visit if you have any type of back pain. His treatment is precise and effective and he is also very funny which helps you to forget the pain you are in!

She has a great energy; she listens to my concerns and has made great recommendations to improve my overall health. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Rob is amazing and one of the best Physio’s I have worked with! I appreciate that he educates his clients, he is great with follow up, post rehab exercises and referral if necessary. I refer majority of my clients with injuries to him, they have had great success with his treatments. I also have him treat my boys when something comes up, they are all young athletes in Gymnatics, track and basketball. Personally he has treated me for patella tendon tears and tracking issues! The clinic atmosphere is really friendly and professional!

Rob MacSwain - Physiotherapist - is pleasant, energetic, thorough, and I left his clinic with a feeling that my therapy was being taken seriously, by an educated and competent professional. It's evident that he has an interest in not only treating my issue, but also educating me about my anatomy and treatments. I will be returning regularly.

She was very good professional while being pleasant and fun. Did a wonderful job with suggestion on how to help myself going forewords.

Have been going to Steph for chiropractic work for a few years now and am always happy with the service she provides. Very friendly and always feel better after the visit.

Worst experience.
I asked to book an appointment for dry needling treatment with a chiropractor. On my appointment, I barely got any dry needling done. The chiropractor started adjusting my neck and back. I didn’t say anything abt it and thought she’s a doctor and she might know better and let her do her thing.
The chiropractor did few neck n back adjustment and May be 2-3 spots for dry needling. The treatment didn’t do a thing to me. I called the clinic next day to talk to chiropractor but the receptionist said all chiropractors were done for day and someone will call you tmrw. I didnt get any call or email next day.
I called them again abt not getting any response from the chiropractor. The receptionist told that we dnt do dry needling at first appointment. Like seriously, I mean then why u guys even booked me when I called and specifically asked for dry needling. Why didn’t even chiropractor mentioned that we dnt do dry needling at first visit.

Didn’t even gave me my receipt after charging my credit card.

My massage with Sasha today was hands down one of the best massages I've had. She was able to use deep tissue massage to help me leave the clinic feeling 100x better than when I arrived. I will definitely be coming back.

Dr. Ryan Macdonald is a friendly and professional but best of all he’s very good at what he does. I’m definitely seeing results which is great when you’re being frustrated by injuries. Would highly recommend.

Andrea is so wonderful. Super professional, great conversation, was able to provide educated answers to all my questions and made a noticeable effort to ensure I was always comfortable. Be warned though, she's got the hand strength of a silver back gorilla. It can hurt in the moment, but you feel outstanding because of it later. No pain, no gain, she's highly recommended.

Max was a true professional, very knowledgeable and helped fix my very unhappy back. I highly recommend his services as a massage therapist.

I have been going to her for a few years now and I am extremely impressed with her work. She is a very knowledgeable doctor and understands me, my past and future injuries and works continuous with me to ease the pain and realign me. I have worked with many different professions in her field, including ones that work with NHL, NFL and CFL players and her work is superior to theirs. I highly recommend Dr. Kayti Bates.

Twice now I've had excruciating neck pain to the point where I was unable to turn my head and in tears because of it. Dr.steph has fixed me up both times back to being 100% range of motion. I highly recommend her to anyone experiencing neck pain, she is a life saver! Thank you so much!

If you are looking for a Chiropractor that goes above and beyond I would strongly recommend Dr. Kayti Baytes. She really takes the time to understand the root of a problem rather than just addressing the obvious point of pain / issue. She takes real time each session to work on the issue and she practices a wide range of treatments so I don't need as many appointments. I have seen many good Chiro's, Physio's and Sports Med Doctors over the years and since I've started working with Kayti I haven't needed as many alternate treatments. The staff at Evolve is also great, would strongly recommend this place!

Dr. Defosse has literally been a lifesaver for me. After struggling with chronic pain for 5 years from a shoulder injury, I left my old chiro at another Calgary clinic and came in to see her to see if she would be able to help. Within a month, I was able to go 2 weeks without having to see her and virtually pain free. Adding to the pain relief I've had since starting my journey with her May last year, she is positive, knowledgeable and down to earth. She is an asset to Evolve and to her patients.
The front desk staff are also so friendly.

Dr. Puneet is simply amazing, I had a pain due to pinched nerve that I couldn't sleep, first appointment and she made a miracle, I'm still in treatment and very happy with my choice, plus the clinic is super clean, and comfortable, and the receptionist is someone who really enjoy to work with people. Insurance accepted and they direct bill.

Helmut never ceases to amaze. He hones in on problems like he has a sixth sense. And treats issues precisely and effectively. Highly recommend.

Been going to Evolve for a few years now. All of their staff have been great, from the front desk to the therapists. Big shout out to their Osteopath Stephane. He is a miracle worker!
