Evolved Strength Training Studios

I was at a store recently, I had squatted down to investigate items on a bottom shelf. When I stood up, another shopper commented on how I got up without needing to resort to needing any type of assistance. It didn't cross my mind to wonder if I could do that. Thanks to my trainers and the program at Evolved for helping me be as strong as I am able to be.

I have been doing this workout more than 3 years and love the increased health and fitness that that Evolved Health has given me. All of the trainers are exceptional and I find Dakota to be especially inspiring. I am not a gym rat, so this workout is perfect for me.
