My experience was wonderful.they had good staff and service they also explained me the process of the solor panels and gave me a timeline start to end and they did exactly what they told me. 10 out of 10 for me

Working with Evolvsolar through the whole process was smooth. We looked at a couple quotes and the quote from Garrett with Evolv was much better. Payment and general timeline processes were explained from the beginning and we were helped and reminded along the way of what we needed to do on our end. Install was about 2 full days of on roof work, with the guys briefly explaining the panel they installed to monitor the panels. June 28 - Nov 21 was start to finish. I still chat with Evolv regarding grant processes, solar credits, selling excess engery to the grid, setting up and using the app (little complicated, but trying to maximize profits of the panels). Evolv has been great to work with.

EVOLVsolar staff and management are awesome people. They are very helpful and I highly recommend them for residential and commercial solar projects. They did excellent job in helping me on a 465kW commercial solar pv project.

I sought out bids from solar companies via a government portal for a solar system for my home and Evolv was the only company to actually answer within about 2 weeks (they were only a day or two after I posted), so that was a good sign from the start. Everything after that carried on in the same way - they were consistently attentive and quick to provide answers to questions. I was initially unsure about timing of the project and they were happy enough to wait several months before getting back in contact, no high-pressure sales tactics, very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. When it came time to start the project there were one or two minor miscommunications about when the crew would show up, but ultimately it was such that they were able to come early and get things installed sooner than expected - the guys doing the work on the house were trustworthy, so I had no issues with leaving them to it with the house unlocked while I was away at work.
My only complaint/suggestion for improvement would be around signing up for the solar club. It may have been because my consultation and install was drawn out over >1 year, so it's possible that I missed something, but it wasn't clear to me initially that I had to sign up for the solar club or I wouldn't be paid for my generation. This ended up costing me a few months of summer revenue, but over the lifetime of the panels it shouldn't make a difference (technically I also didn't ask when I was unsure). A quick email after go-live of the installation would have been a nice benefit, just to refer me to the solar club and let me know that I'm changing electrical utility providers. Again, more of a suggestion, not enough to change my rating.

Going solar with Evolvsolar has been a fabulous experience. From the initial contact to the final flip of the switch, we are pleased that we chose Evolvsolar. At this time we are generating over 20 kwh a day and it's only early March. Joanne in the office got the ball rolling and Lian took over from there. They always answered any questions we had. The crew that installed the system were very professional and did a fantastic job. Yes, we would highly recommend Evolvsolar to anyone.

EVOLVsolar did an excellent job installing a 14.5 kW solar array on our house. We appreciate how they were open to making revisions to our project and worked together with Renoteck Home Solutions to install the solar array on our new metal shake roof. EVOLVsolar completed the solar installation in a couple of days. They do a comprehensive job with little intrusion into your privacy. The work they do is neat and complements the house.

I was curious about the costs, efficiency, expected longevity, etc.of a solar system on my garage roof. Having seen positive reviews of EVOLVsolar, I contacted them and received a detailed, realistic outline of what I could expect. And then they delivered, professionally and on-budget (despite suddenly rising costs at their end). Lian and everyone I dealt with were responsive and helpful. The installation team was great, working even on some brutally cold days. The system has now been running for a few months and, even in the winter, is proving to generate a LOT of power. Full marks for everyone at EVOLVsolar!

Mr. Si，Lian helped us to go through the greener home application. He is very nice and patient and extremely persistent guy. I recommend this company because it has many of loyal employees to help their clients with heart. Honestly the process is not smoothy at all. We decided to have installed solar system since January 2022. But we have to apply online for government findings which was not easy process. Keep waiting and waiting, we lost our interest. But Mr Si kept updating with us and suggested my husband to give them many phone calls to push them to speed up. Until now, we still don't know when will they finally give us funding to save our earth and not waste our precious human energy! However, I definitely recommend this company and this nice guy. He is very kind and does not mind the trouble to help you through!

This is the second system that Evolvsolar installed for me. My roof mount system was lost after 3.3 years when my shop burned down so I had them install a ground mount system. Jeffe and the boys installed it very quickly. The inspector told me he has seen a lot of bad work over the years, but any EVOLVsolar job that he has looked at is always top notch. The system works great! I also installed a heatpump in my house and thought that I may start using more electricity than I could produce but it has been keeping up no problem. It is saving me a lot of money on propane. Ordinarily it should take 8-12 years to pay itself off, but with what I am saving on propane I can probably pay off system at least a year earlier. Highly recommend solar panels, especially when installed by EVOLVsolar.

I highly recommend using EvolvSolar. Not knowing a thing about Solar use was not a problem, their team walked me through every phase of the installation, set up and usage. They even continue to provide assistance after the job was completed. All in all my wife and I are very happy with the results. Thanks to the team at EvolvSolar and especially Lian Si who was there every step of the way.

A big thank you to Lian and Evolvsolar team. I signed the contract as soon as I finished the presentation with Lian. They offered competitive price and most importantly the great service. They were very flexible to meet all my requirements. The design was changed twice because I bought an EV after I signed the contract and required a larger system. Lian had to redesign the system and apply for the permit again. During the installation, I was busy at work. I gave my key to them and everything was done professionally and neatly. I would recommend Evolvsolar if you want to install the solar system.

A perfect install. The boys worked hard and had the whole system up and running in 3 days. They showed up at 8 am and left around 8 or 9 pm.

EVOLVSOLAR installed a 6.3kW system on our house professionally in a timely manner. Due to my limited English proficiency, Lian from their operations team who speaks the same language (Mandarin) helped me through the entire process and answered all my questions professional but understandable. It was a wonderful customer service experience.
During the installation, the install crew was working efficiently and clean. They left no garbage behind, not even a single piece of cut wire. The panels and wires were planned and installed beautifully. We are very satisfied with their work.

This project has been excellently executed. Evolvsolar took care of everything, including permits, sourcing of all components, interfacing with the electric-grid supplier for a bi-directional meter etc, and offered a range of component choices of both North American and Asian companies, all with excellent reviews and specifications, with a range of costs. The equipment & performance warranties are exceptional. Our residential 7.22 kW (DC) 17-panel PV system took about 5 days - a bit longer than expected (2-3 days), largely due to rough February weather. The team was especially hard working, including a couple of 10 hour days. They were total professionals. They included a couple of millwright-type installers, a journeyman electrician, one apprentice electrician and a master electrician for the final terminations. Even one of the owners, Jeffe, worked a couple of days on site. Very hands-on approach. Jeffe tells me they have many hundreds of installations across western Canada. As a retired project engineer, having done many mechanical projects domestically and overseas, I understand the logistics of a multi-person/multi-discipline project and my expectations are high. Evolvsolar 100% met my expectations. During the course of the installation, and well after everything was up and running, I had many questions, all of which were answered to my total satisfaction. Evolvsolar is highly talented and highly recommended.

I got my 10.45 KW PV system installed about one month ago - I waited a few weeks monitoring its power generating - they are well with expected in winter (Feb/Mar), hope it could bump up more in summer towards its capacity!
Their staff are great to communicate with: Kin helped with my quote and commercial related questions; Lee is the engineer who I asked a lot technical questions (he knew a lot about solar system configurations), as well as customer service related questions that recently went through him - big kudos for his help. Jeffery & installation team did great job installed panels, inspections went smooth too. I recommend this company.

Evolv was great to deal with. They sized my 5kwatt system based off my electrical use and didn't try to sell me a bigger system when it wasn't necessary.
