It's always good stopping here. Excel homes is my showhome/builder right now. Love theor products especiallythe Collingwood - best floor plan. Note, the houses are nice, and the prices are going up. So get in before it is out of reach.

The site supervisor in Livingston NW is not professional and does not respond to your request. It took him few months to respond to my calls to address the issue. Now they have damaged my home and no one contact me despite my phone calls.

Hello Excel Homes,
I am very much disappointed by choosing excel homes as my new home builder. We bought our home on OCTOBER 20th 2021. WE WERE TOLD THAT OUR HOME WILL BE READY IN 9 TO 11 MONTHS. Last time some work done to our home was April 17th and we are waiting since then for framing to start. Our framing was suppose to start on June 20th 2022 WHICH WAS 2 MONTHS OF TIME WASTE but it’s July 5th today and there’s no update. IT’S ALMOST 9 MONTHS ALREADY SINCE WE BOUGHT HOME AND FRAMING IS NOT STARTED YET!
Now comes the most SCARING SCENARIO: My bank locked best fixed interest rate for 12 months. We thought 12 months would be more than sufficient. But now getting home by October 15th looks unrealistic. NEW INTEREST RATES ARE 4.50 - 5.00%. THAT MEANS WE HAVE TO PAY 1000$ more EVERY MONTH ON MORTGAGE!
WE MENTIONED OUR SCENARIO TO OUR AREA MANAGER (KAREN BALDWIN) 100 TIMES BUT SHE HAS NO ANSWER FROM HER CONSTRUCTION MANAGER. SHE KEPT ON SAYING FROM LAST 3 months THAT OUR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER WILL CONTACT US SOON BUT NOBODY REACHED US.
I WAS AVOIDING THE SITUATION TILL NOW HOPING THAT FRAMING WILL START EARLY BUT I AM LEFT WITH NO OPTION OTHER THAN WRITING A REVIEW!
I HOPE MY CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/EXCEL HOMES WILL READ THIS AND WILL TRY TO GIVE US OUR HOME BY OCTOBER 15!
