Amanda is fantastic and so much fun to talk to! She has made me giggle so much.

Executive Diamonds was very good with my questions and for tightening my ring. Very accommodating with pick up and ensuring that it was my actual diamond by helping me see the inscription.

I was encouraged to use EDS after losing my engagement ring and made an insurance claim. Wanting to do my own vendor research before just going with whomever my insurance company recommended, I contacted 2 other local jewelers for quotes and EDS still was better pricing than the others for an even bigger & better quality diamond the others were quoting and my original.

Not only was the pricing unbeatable but the customer service I received from Amanda was beyond what I was expecting. She was extremely responsive and ensured I was getting the best ring possible and in general was so lovely to work with. Once I had made my final decision the ring, it was at my door in Edmonton in less than 2 weeks!

I had a gold bracelet to resize and some Pearl earrings that needed the posts straightened and glued. Lorraine was super helpful and friendly. She wanted to make sure we got the sizing exactly right. She took her time to make sure I was happy with what we decided on. The service was incredibly quick and the jeweller did an excellent job. The bracelet has an intricate design and you can’t even tell where the gold had been removed from. Super happy and would definitely use their services again in future!

I have nothing but great things to say about this business! I brought in family heirloom ring of my boyfriends to be repaired, the jewel was falling out of the ring. My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Lorraine at Executive Diamond Services. We had called the previous day to book an appointment to have my ring resized, we made our appointment for the next morning - I had my finger sized and was told it would take about an hour or two, it was ready in 55 minutes! It is absolutely perfect, you can't tell anything was done to it at all and it was returned shinier than the day I got it! I brought a ring in for resizing that I gave my girlfriend for her birthday in late November. The silver ring had to be resized almost 3 sizes, and featured a nice amber setting, with an intricate Celtic knot on each shoulder, which we really wanted to preserve. I dropped it off about 4 days before Christmas, but I told them that it wasn't urgent. I was very surprised to get a call two days later that the ring was ready. They did a spectacular job on it.setting was perfect and was a perfect fit! Very much liked the price as well. Overall, I was very, very pleased with their work and price, as well as the very quick turnaround. All staff I spoke to where very courteous.they do know customer service there! I very highly recommend Executive Diamond Services and will definitely refer to my friends in the future!

Selena was outstanding in helping us throughout the whole scenario to process an insurance claim in which we were frauded by different independant jeweller located here in Calgary.
The orginal insurance claim was to have the center stone replaced due to a couple of chips. The claim then grew exponentially when it was discovered the original center stone was a moissonite (lab created) diamond
Selena immediatley identified the fraud issues and worked with my insurance company to ensure that I received that ring that I had being insurance premiums for. This also included recasting the band with the original gold and then resetting all 144 accent diamonds including an actual diamond center stone in the correct settings. This had to be done to ensure none of the stones would fall out over time, which is what would have happened based on how all of the stones were orginally set. It was also pointed out that the original center stone setting was for a round diamond not the princess cut diamond that was actually set.
The expertise, service and communication that we were given was way more than outstanding and I would highly recommend Executive Diamonds. Selena and the owner of Executive Diamonds, to me, went above and beyond what I would have expected for customer service.

I visited Executive Diamond Services ("EDS") at the recommendation of a friend when I needed some work done on a few of my rings.

My engagement ring was in desperate need of cleaning and resizing and the claws had begun to catch on material. I also wanted the wedding band resized and soldered to the engagement ring. In addition, I have a beautiful tanzanite ring that I wanted cleaned and resized to fit another finger.

Everything about the EDS experience was incredible. The customer service representative, Amanda Boudjaklian, herself was a "gem" and took the time to explain each process step-by-step in layman's terms so that I could make an informed decision.

I took the rings in on a Friday and they were done by the following Tuesday. When I saw them, I almost cried. They fit to perfection and look brand new.

I HIGHLY recommend EDS to anyone who cares about their jewellery and wants the ultimate in customer service and quality craftmanship. I am already making a list of other things I want done with other pieces I own.

I had visited Executive Diamonds based on a referral. As I came into the shop, I was greeted by Amanda. She was friendly and polite. I had already spoken with my girlfriend about what type of ring she wanted and I showed Amanda. With in days, she was able to send me a rendering of what the engagement ring would look like. A few days after, she brought in the diamond to show me and explained what the process would be. A week later, we had the final product and it looked amazing.

After scouring web results under custom jewelry and reading countless reviews I decided to give Executive a visit. Monday I showed up only to find them closed but Yahir happened to be there and saw me at the door and let me in. After about 5 minutes of chatting just to get to know him I felt quite comfortable. I had brought my wife’s wedding rings in as the centre stone had fallen out and was lost. The set was 3 rings stacked and soldered together to form 1 with smaller diamonds on the outer rings and the missing centre stone. We discussed a replacement stone when I suggested we remove the entire centre of all 3 rings to make room for 1 larger diamond. Now we were on the same page and Yahir brought out several stones for me to look at staying inside the budget I suggested. We ended with an oval stone that would fill the void left after the removal of the centre on all 3 rings. Feeling confident he knew what I wanted I looked at him and said OK let’s do it, I’m going to trust you to make it right and do a great job. 2 weeks later he called and said it is ready and it’s beautiful. I went down and immediately he came over and brought me to his office showing me the finished product, it was a beautiful piece for sure. He had taken the smaller diamonds from the outer bands and inset 6 of them, 3 each on both sides of the rings where they meet up with the new centre diamond. The ring looked brand new. My wife doesn’t know I had this work done as I am giving it to her for Xmas. I showed my sister who said “ She is going to cry when she sees it, she will love it. ”

I received a near-instant response asking what the requirements were for the piece. I mentioned stone/s, size and material/metal, then left Garry to work his magic.

A couple of days later I was sent 3-4 stunning design options, which perfectly fitted the remit. After the wife decided on the one she loved, Garry very quickly provided a quote which, frankly, was reasonable and in our ball park, and we placed the order.

From design to production to delivery (Canada to Belgium) took a few short weeks and the process was hassle free.
