My family and I have used Ron a few times for home inspections over the last 10 years. Ron is extremely professional and very thorough. His attention to detail and knowledge is extraordinary. Would not recommend Ron and will not use him again. Bought our house October 2017 and by January items that he assured we’re good working condition broke for example our furnace stopped working and cost us 1000$ to fix and then the washing machine stopped working and then in February as we are putting our new floor in and removing mouldings we find black mold! Really not looking forward to finding out what else was missed.

I would HIGHLY reccomend this inspector to anyone I know. I hired executive home inspection to do an inspection on a home that I was looking to purchase. This home was a "fixer upper" which I was aware of. There were obvious things around the house that we had already known needed to be fixed (flooring, walls, cosmetic things, etc). Ron went above and beyond our expectations and found things that would not only save us thousands but also avoided dangerous out comes. Not only did he check every wall and corner but he also found major electrical issues that were hidden and covered with certain outlets and covers. He took the time to unscrew all plates and outlets on walls to get a thorough look. The home had a lot of serious issues. The foundation was cracked and the moisture metre had detected moisture along that covered wall, again saving us potentially thousands. There was a leaking toilet from the upstairs which I personally watched dripping onto the basement ground. Ron not only made sure he knew exactly why it was leaking but he also turned off the valve so that the owners didn't come home to a flooded basement. Again I would recommend his services to everyone and he continues to do a flawless job. Thanks so much!
