We were away from home when we found out that the furnace stopped working. Expert was able to get into our house and replace the faulty part and return the furnace to full service within a few hours. What a relief.

Technicians very knowledgeable, able to trouble shoot the concern with our HRV system fan suction concern in the upper floor bathrooms and found the solution. After adjustments, hope to see improvement in the HRV performance.

I had 6 businesses come to give me quotes for our hot water tank replacement. Expert HVAC was the ONLY business to even offer to temporarily fix our tank so it would work while we sorted out the replacement. They were very knowledgeable and PROMPT with their quote and installation. We’ve had our hot water tank installed a week now, and are still waiting for quotes from other companies. I would recommend this business everytime for any HVAC/heating/cooling needs!

Expert, HVAC came to my house to fix an issue with my furnace humidifier. Within a few seconds after opening the control panel for the furnace. The technician identified that a wire was not connected. Repairs were completed properly and professionally. In addition, the technician spent some additional time with me to go over, the proper usage of my heating and humidifier system along with the appropriate controls. I highly recommend the services of expert HVAC.

Had service and solution within a couple hours of my call. This happened on a Sunday no less. Tech was knowledgable and professional. Will use them again when needed.

First technician replaced my original pressure switch on my furnace with a newer, plastic pressure switch that didn’t need to be replaced and charged me for the labour. Repair made no difference and furnace was still inoperative. Came out again after 9pm and still was no working when he left.
Second technician came and although not fixed completely, he seemed to have a better understanding and stated that the pressure switch didn’t need to be replaced originally.
It would be nice to get my original pressure switch back.
