On the coldest day of the year my kitchen pipe froze. They were able to come out that day and help me out. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very fair and affordable for the services provided. They will be who I call again shall I need service.

Jo showed up early, diagnosed and tested all parts of the furnace, fixed the problem (failed gas valve on my 25 year old furnace), suggested I need NOT replace the furnace unless the heat exchanger cracks and was completely done in under an hour. It was a weekend job but his labour was lowest I have encountered. It really does not get better than this.

He came out to assist in the worst of our cold nights. After about half an hour of trying inside and outside, he wasn’t able to assist, so he didn’t charge.

The plumbers cleaned out obstructions in the intake water supply, and replaced the Flushometer unit. They worked efficiently and left the bathroom clean and neat.

Shawn was extremely thorough and thoughtful. After the obstruction was removed, he even assisted me in moving furniture in case my old, rusty pipes started to leak. The water is flowing easily through my bathroom again after a month of plumbing problems.
