Dropped my Dan Post Cowboy boots of expecting to need them to be completely redone, instead they were able to simply repair them and reheel the boots. The job was completed in less than 24 hours and the leather was reconditioned at no extra charge. I highly recommend this shop for Cowboy Boot repair.

I went in to see if they could put new soles for grip and fix the inside soles of my Gucci white loafers, he told me what could and couldn’t be done in terms of leather restoration and that the soles were a quick fix. I was impressed with the time frame and honest service. The rates were very affordable! I will bring all future shoes to him!

Incredible service. First time getting boots repaired because I never thought it would be worth it but it definitely is They were fixed, cleaned, and had the laces replaced within an hour! They look better than they did new.

Rating this 3 stars as I never got to actually experience the work. Got to the store at 10,1.5 hours after it opens, to see a scrawled note saying back in half hour. Didn't really want to wait as I had no idea when that sign was put up, but I heard such great things about this place that I wanted to give it a shot. Saw a sign on the counter: Cash Only. Turned around and will take my business elsewhere. Sorry

I send four pairs of leather sole shoes to get some sole protector on it and the job was well done in a quick delay.

If you need quality shoe/boot repair go see Luigi. Had shoes and boots from Poppy Barley that needed a lot of attention. They did a beautiful job and even improved the boot by adding special grips to the sole. Great service!

I brought in my Burberry bag for a repair and it looks amazing! The bag looks new again after 5 years of daily use:) the repair was done so well that you can’t see it! Highly recommend!

I had an awesome experience at expert shoe clinic, i brought in an old pair of boots to get the heel cap replace, and brought in a new pair to have sole protectors put on. The service was great and proffessional and the work was done within a day and the quality is excellent. He has definitely earned himself a new customer and I'll be returning to him for future footwear repairs and maintenance!

Absolutely fantastic, friendly, and timely service from start to finish. I needed the shaft of a pair of motorcycle boots narrowed and upon asking the owner if it was possible I was told "anything is possible". The shafts were perfectly taken in (which only took a day) and now fit perfectly. It's hard to find a cobbler that is comfortable working with boots especially heavier leather. I would HIGHLY recommend the business to anyone looking for boot work done. Thank you for the excellent work. True craftsmen.

Had a zipper in a boot repaired at a differ store and the seam popped immiediatly. Then took the boot to expert shoe repair to have the zipper re-sewn. Did an excellent job! Fyi Cash only store

They took a pair of shoes I thought couldn’t be saved and brought them back to life. Great shop with great service.

I had great customer service here! I had some eye hooks added to my boots and after a few wears, the hooks were breaking off and didn't look very nice. I took them back to Luigi and no questions asked he took them in to make them right. He called me a few days later with an update saying that he had to order some new eye hooks and but were on their way. I got my boots back quickly and the difference in the new hooks is huge. Both times, the quality of the work was incredible. I will be back here to have my dress shoes soled/resoled. Would highly recommend.

I had a horrible grease stain on my light brown leather boots. I had tried many stores and asked if they would be able to help me, but the prices people quoted me were ridiculous and I was told there would be no promises that they could get the stain out. I called the Expert Shoe Clinic and the owner was very honest and kind to me. He gave me multiple options and quoted me very fair prices. When I went down to the store he was so kind and friendly, was straight forward about his opinion on getting the stain out. I could either dye my boots or he could try his cleaning treatments. Dying my boots wasn't an option because the zipper was a light brown and would have looked funny against darker leather. He told me he couldn't make any promises but he would try his best, and his prices were waaaaaaay more reasonable than other stores had quoted me (I was quoted $200+ at some places), so I asked him to try and clean my boots.

He did 4 treatments of cleaning on my boots and the stain is almost completely gone! Really fantastic work and such a nice man. 100% would recommend, and have recommended to my friends and family for all their leather needs.

This place is the best. Been here since the 60s. Warm and friendly service, fair price, fine work, and quick turnaround.

Excellent work. Went above and beyond on a small heel repair on dress shoes. We’re nicely cleaned up, and very nicely repaired.
