Called on Saturday morning as our washer had broken down. The call was answered with courtesy and so helpful. A technician was sent out within a half hour and our washer fixed and going again within an hour after the tech arrived. The cost was very reasonable and we were not charged extra for coming out on a weekend. Highly recommend Express Appliance Repair, they provide great service!

Called on a Saturday morning and our tech, Raville (might have spelt this incorrect, apologies) showed up Sunday afternoon, he was friendly and super quick. Fixed our whirlpool washing machine on the spot, he had the part for our model in his work truck. We were amazed and the price is reasonable. Would recommend for all your services! Greeted and helped quickly. Options were limited but found something that worked. Prices were higher than last time I was here. Deliver charge was high in mu opinion. Had to change delivery dates and gave notice 1 day prior when I was given a time window (not really as it was the entire day they were open 10-3) and was charged an extra $75 to change dates. Would have been nice to know that when we purchased.

They were super fast to respond and then send someone over to look at my broken washer. I called in the morning and by lunchtime it was replaced and fixed. They made it clear how much a service call was and how much to fix the machine. Language was not an issue. Will use this service again.

Very frustrating and expensive, repair guy can’t even understand what I’m saying and he wasn’t very knowledgeable about what he was doing either. I’m sorry I used them and won’t be using them again. Wasted my money!

My father’s fridge, dishwasher AND washing machine had quit. Express sent a fellow out that repaired the washing machine expertly, didn’t have the exact part for the fridge but showed Dad how to fix the fridge on his own, and recommended a new dishwasher as parts would be too expensive (rather than simply fixing the machine and then charging him). Please use this company with confidence!

Very poor communication.
The assessment for our refrigerator was $100 which we paid for. However, the technician came back with the parts and identified that the assessed part was not the faulty one and that the part that's now identified as not working isn't available anymore.
We messaged back to ask if we could have our money back due to a wrong assessment and the call/text would not be returned anymore.
This really fits a good scam.
Beware. Would never recommend.

Our dryer wasn’t working, so we call Express Appliance Repair and got it repaired next day! Ravil was very professional and efficient! Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with Express Appliance Repair. I had an issue with our fridge leaking water and they were able to come out next day to have it repaired. The repairman was very respectful and took time to explain what the issue was. I would definitely recommend Express Appliance Repair to my friends and family.
