We first called Garage Express and met Ron in the middle of winter, on the coldest day of the year when our garage spring broke. Ron showed up on time and had the spring replaced in less than a half hour. In addition, he observed some loose bolts on our garage door and he tighten and secured everything. Just recently our garage door started opening randomly when we were gone. We called Ron, he showed up on time, corrected the problem and said I’ll charge you next time. We were extremely impressed and appreciated the gesture. We highly recommend this company and will use it exclusively from now on. Derek & Dena

Our garage doors' spring etc broke yesterday and door would not open. My husband talked to Ron yesterday afternoon and he said he would be here between 9: 00 and 11: 00 today. He was here at 9: 30, looked at the door and after consultation we decided to replace it instead of just fixing it as the door was over 50 years old. After some calls on Ron's part he said that someone would be here by 2: 00 - 3: 00. The tech (I am sorry but I cannot remember his name) showed up at 11: 30 and got to work right away. Both Ron and the tech were professional, courteous and very pleasant. We are very pleased with the door as it looks great and is nice and quiet. They took away the old door and left the garage clean which was a bonus. Thank you for the great service, we will not hesitate to recommend Express to family and friends.

Fantastic same day service. With the extreme cold weather, my garage door was frozen shut. Express Garage Door Services were able to send a technician out the same day. Dmitry was amazing, very knowledgable and personable. He was able to fix the door, did a checkup and some preventative maintenance. Very happy with the service!

He also told me what caused the issue and how to maintain. He gave a few options on what to fix, unlike another company only gave me the most expensive fix. I’m very happy with his service.

Main highlights of my most recent experience with Express Garage Doors are very good and fast communication and calls being returned promptly. I managed to organize a home visit with their service tech quickly. Installation of my new door was scheduled in a less than a week of time and the installation took a couple of hours only.
They carry certain door brands/models in stock compared to other garage door places with deliveries measured in months.
I guess the word “Express” suits the company’s name pretty well.

Dimitri was quick and professional and had my garage door repaired within an hour of calling (snapped tortion spring and roller out of track). Gave me some excellent tips to try and mitigate future problems as well.

Our spring broke so I called and they were there within a couple hours to fix it. The technician was polite, completed the work quickly and for the quoted amount. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Garage technician was quick and thorough in his work. However, once I was quoted a price of $345 for replacing a torsion spring I asked about why another competitor would do the same work for $250. He proceeded to convince himself that working for a big company has more people to pay and the overhead is larger so they could not compete with the small home shop. The frustration with this response is that the spring can be bought for $120 and the 45 minutes that was taken to install was worth $225? I was told that there is a 3 yr warranty on parts and 1 yr on labour. Now as I said at the beginning, the workmanship was great and I know that I didn’t have the time or the expertise to do this job. I just hope that this worker is getting a least half of this hourly rate. If the situation wasn’t so urgent I would’ve gone with the company with more 5 star ratings.

“Above and beyond” I called Ron to repair our malfunctioning garage door, he came over the same evening, assessed the problem and ordered the part under warranty, asap. He came back when instock at no charge and repaired. He found an additional issue, volunteering to repair at no charge and was on his way. No hassle, no up-charges, simple amazing customer service and very skilled at what he does. I should mention we called 2 other companies and they wanted $100-$130 approx to show up, thanks but no thanks. Honest, dependable and competent. 100% I will be referring Ron to our hundreds of clients without hesitation. Thanks Ron!

Came same day and replaced both cables very quick. The price seemed quite high though for the work involved, and I do not appreciate being asked for a Tip for a repair job. Why is it everywhere you go now people ask for a tip? !

This guy is awesome! Not only was he at my place quickly he came out on a holiday. He was very friendly and had my garage door working quickly. The best part of all was he was very reasonably priced and guaranteed his work. I will definitely call him again!

It is a cold and snowy Friday evening and the top portion of my garage door looked like it was going to drop onto my car. Ron was over in 15 minutes and did a fantastic job on replacing the door's entire spring system.
