Great place! Very nice and speedy service and lots of interesting and unique items to look at while your jewelry gets fixed. Fixed my watch in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely go back!

This place is absolutely amazing! I called from out of town and asked if they could size my ring for me in a day due to me only being in the city for the night! I was able to drop off my ring and they had It done for me in an hour! I would definitely recommend this place! Amazing service!

I stopped by hoping to get my medic alert resized, and the gentleman there was awesome! Kind, quick, and great work!

The staff seem very friendly but their work was not so good. I had a ring sized up and you can see the line where they cut the band and the stone on my ring is now dislodged and cracked from its mounting space. The price seemed good but you get what you pay for I guess.

They made the whole process of getting my wedding band resized so stress free. Very nice employees… dropped off my ring on Monday and it was ready for pick up on Wednesday! So pleased! Highly recommend.

Kind of a stuck up place. Had a very easy request for them to fix. They said "if it isn't real gold or sliver then go to a different store", that was closed. If I had real gold or silver there is no way I would go here as it is in the ghetto. You might come with gold.but leaving with it is another story.

He was dry understanding. Gave me as vice how I could fix some pieces myself. He was a good listener.

High quality work. I needed to get my wedding rings sized and everywhere I went, I would have to wait weeks to get them back. When I went into express jewelery they were extremely helpful, have goldsmiths on site and I got my rings back the next day. The whole experience was excellent. And they were the cheapest out of all the places I went to.

I came here excited to get my necklace repaired after reading such great reviews!

Arrived with my necklace which I’d purchased from Etsy and was quoted $35 to get the chain reconnected. It seemed like a lot given my necklace didn’t cost that much but it sounded better than throwing out an otherwise perfectly good necklace.

I returned after 5 days (a little slow!) and found my necklace in excellent, repaired condition. Sadly, it gets downhill from here.

When I had dropped off the necklace, the guy at the desk had told me I can hang onto the charm while they repaired the chain and I figured that makes sense cause I’ve been able to easily it slip on and off / change it out before. But after repair and when I got home to put the charm on, it wouldn’t loop through onto the chain. So I was stuck with just wearing the chain. I figured when I found the time again to go back to the store, I would see about getting them to put charm back on…In the meantime, I wore the chain for one day and it broke again: (. I was not doing any rigorous activity while wearing it so I don’t know how this keeps happening. Maybe the link is too delicate?
Anywho, I guess I’m back to square one. Disappointed.

They did a great job on our three wedding/engagement rings, two were previously cut and really bent open in the emergency department as they were too small and wouldn't come off. The rings came back shiny, clean and looking new again. We couldn't tell they were cut in the first place. Really fast service, done in 24h. Fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I had some repairs done and there was some miscommunication initially, so they sent it back and afterward it was exactly right. I was very happy with the result and they clearly took the effort to make sure that the work was done well.

Dropped off my new engagement ring for a resize and it was ready the very next day. I also brought in some rings to be cleaned and a watch in need of a battery. All of that was done while I waited. Very friendly staff and such a cool place to browse. Definitely recommend!

Experience started great! Friendly service when dropping off a valuable pearl necklace for repair and restringing. We walked there, and they also let my dog come in. Was told 1-2 days for a call for repair quote. Never heard any information, and by day 3/4, was starting to get worried as no one could give me a firm answer or quote. Glen ultimately called me, and explained that they only have one jeweler who does pearls and he was unavailable prior. They had the work done the very next day, AND did at half price to make up for the inconvenience. They definitely made it right, earned my trust, and will return for future repairs. FYI, pearls may take a bit longer than your usual precious metals:)

Needed my engagement ring resized. Went in on a Monday and they called me the very next day saying it was ready to pick up. When I received it back it looked better than when I dropped it off. Amazing customer service and quality work. Will be returning!

Dropped my wedding ring off here in need of repair. It was dull, missing a diamond, had broken prong, needed to be sized, appraised.so much. They were AMAZING! Kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got my ring back in record time, price was exactly as I was quoted and such great prices. My ring looks brand new and perfect! Highly recommended these guys. They did an amazing job for an amazing price. The rings look new again. And this store! Make sure you have an hour to wander. Oh my gosh! The antiques and oddities are phenomenal. Old medical books and apothecary jars and bottles and even a mechanical fortune teller that made me jump. I even got to hear tales of mad hatters and famous prime ministers!

Becks was a great place to purchase my fiances ring. They worked with us and our budget and provided us with the perfect ring! It's been two years now and they provided excellent service and customer care when the diamond started to become loose (normal with most rings) and even took the time to make it look like new before returning it to us. Texted a picture of my ring and they responded almost immediately with a price and details of what would have to be done. They said it would take 3 days and it was ready in a little over 24 hours. I travelled from south of Calgary to get my ring fixed and I WILL do it again. I had a tough time finding anyone who would switch a stone in a stainless steel ring. It was no problem for Express. I'm so happy!

This is the second time I’ve used Becks to resize gold band rings and am extremely impressed with the work of their goldsmith and the staff that work there. Five stars sure!

I had a particular piece that needed repair.being a guy I left it to the last minute, 2 days before my girlfriend's birthday, I asked them if they could do it they said yes by the next day. The Goldsmith had suggested that he wasn't able to do the repair which left me in a tight spot they close late on Thursday, 4 p.m. Was when I got the bad news. They rushed it to another Goldsmith who was able to complete the repair and I still picked it up at 8pm, true to their word. Just a quick example of the service and dedication the shop has and the reputation is built over the years thank you Beck for the great service. You made this guy and a girl I know very happy on her birthday I definitely would recommend this place

I went in on a long weekend Friday to get a silver ring that I purchased online resized and by Tuesday the ring was ready for pickup. The goldsmith did an amazing job at the resizing and it looks better than when I dropped it off. I will definitely go back for any jewelry repairs and highly recommend! Thank you for being awesome!

I didn't have a very good experience. I found it expensive for what was done. Also, one of the repairs which was to glue a small pearl to a watch broke right away. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I was given a ring that had sentimental value to me and I was reluctant to get it fixed anywhere but I read the reviews for this location. Took my ring in Friday and on Sunday it was ready. Great work, can’t see where the repair was done and was cleaned up nicely, looked almost new for an old ring. Price was reasonable as well.

They went out of their on a sunday to have a ring i bought my fiancee resized for her and you cant even tell that it had work done on it. Phenomenal work and great service. Will definitely be coming here again and will recommend to anyone whos needing jewelry repair or work done.

I brought an old ring in on Saturday to get resized and I got a phone call on Tuesday that it was ready. I was worried that you'd be able to see where the ring was expanded, but it doesn't show at all. I had to ask if they had to add more gold to the ring because I couldn't see where they might have expanded it. Plus the ring was beautifully polished when they returned it. They did an amazing job.

Went to get my ring repaired and my husband also needed links taken out of his watch. Quick friendly service, the watch was done within minutes and ring will only take a few days. Very professional and price quoted for ring repair was very reasonable.
