I used another company prior to Express Plumbing and Heating. This only showed me how amazing Express Plumbing and Heating is. They just completed some work in my condo and did amazing work, I highly recommend.

Blown away with the service we received with Express! We first got a quote from another very big name company who quoted us $7000 more and told us it would take two weeks to complete our Poly B piping replacement. Express complete this job in two and a half days! And their quote was exact. Extremely friendly and professional service. Will be recommending them to anyone and everyone.

This company will NEVER disappoint you! The wonderful gals in the office with their courteous and helpful attitudes, the men doing the repairs that come into your homes with biggest smiles and willingness to help as much as possible, and the owner Shawn who also shows his staff and customers that they matter above all ️. I had a “quick” hot water tank fix that ended up to be a much bigger job (old tank and in floor heat so no fault of Express Plumbing) BUT they all did amazing at getting the job done fast and within my budget especially at Christmas and they still felt bad for the expense which speaks volumes in my opinion. I will 100% never use another company and recommend everyone to use Express Plumbing and Heating for as much as you can if you value honesty and good work that you can rely on. We had TJ do our repair and he was absolutely amazing! He got here quickly and was able to explain to us what was going on and found a solution for us the same night. Our heat turned off with this cold snap and I am extremely glad that was who we called, this is the best customer service and just a very polite person! I would highly recommend this company and specifically this technician!

I received excellent customer service from Express Plumbing and Heating. I was quoted a price over the phone and that was the price I paid. There were no add ons. The ladies I spoke to were very pleasant and accommodating. They took the time to answer all my questions. The plumber was very professional, he made sure to clean up after himself and he took the time and had the patience to show me how to light the pilot light.

We just had a major upgrade performed to our home heating and domestic hot water systems. The original installation was a functioning, although an unprofessional looking, system. Express Plumbing, with journeyman Plumber/Gasfitter Ken Daniels leading, removed the old system and replaced it with an industrial quality installation. The team worked such as to provide minimal disruption to our family needs and really were a dream to work with. Excellent communications throughout the whole process. Express Plumbing have become our go-to team for future plumbing work.

I had a plugged floor drain and sewer back up in my basement. I called at night spoke with Jason and we decided it could wait til morning to avoid the extra cost of a call out, which I appreciate. I received a call right at 8 am and two technicians were at my door by 8: 30. Martin and Rod were very professional and easy to deal with. Easy to see they knew exactly what they are doing. I have used Express a couple times in the past and their service and quality of work is exceptional. I highly recommend Express and would not use anyone else. Absolutely outstanding company and technicians. Dealt with the owner for our furnace and water heater upgrade and he was very competitively priced and the technicians performance onsite were super and detailed. They not only installed but cleaned and tested every connection. Furnace, water heater, chimney liner and ductwork completed in less than 7 hrs including short lunch break. Fantastic effort! Highly recommemded.

I had a major sewer back up Friday evening and I called everyone in town, nobody answered except Express Plumbing & Heating. Their service tech, Quinton Kennedy, was on site 10 mins after I spoke with him on the phone and resolved our issue in less than an hour. Very professional.

Last week I had noticed sewer water coming out of the floor drain in our basement. I began using shop vac to clean it up but quickly realized it wasnt stopping. I called Express plumbing for help and they came over as soon as they were able. After a few hours of trying to clear any clogs and hauling sewage out, they found it to be coming from city line.
The city eventually came and cleared the line which stopped the sewage flow into my basement. If it wasnt for their help and knowledge, and them making the city come, we wouldnt have been able to stop the sewage from destroying our basement.
Thank you Gordon, James and Martin and all the express team for everything.
I highly recommend them to anyone that asks.

Martin came in to service the furnace and thankfully noticed a gaping hole in my water tank that was leaking badly. He was able to service the furnace and swap out the water tank within a couple hours. Awesome job.

I woke up early this morning to hot water spraying from a leak in a pipe next to my hot water heater. I called Express and they called me back and told me there would be a technician here by 2: 00. I shut off the house water and got a call back at 9: 30 from a tech who had finished a job earlier and was there in a matter of minutes. She fixed the leak.yes SHE.and checked to make sure everything was functioning properly. Amanda was very friendly as well as professional. I have used this company ever since moving to Alberta about 2 1/2 years ago and have always been very satisfied with their services.

We recently had some work done in our house to install some new equipment. Martin was our technician. He showed up on time and listened to what needed to be done. He asked questions to ensure he understood the scope of the work. He was very efficient with his time. He had everything installed and working within a good time period. We have had no problems with his work and will probably ask for him for our next job.

I set up a hot water tank replacement on Friday March 6,2020, with Jason of Express Plumbing and Heating for Monday, March 9,2020. Ken called me first thing Monday to ensure I was home and it was still OK to come over.

Ken and Gord arrived shortly after, removed the old tank and installed a new one. Both men were very friendly, careful, knowledgeable and efficient. They had the job completed before noon and did a very good job of removing the old (very heavy) water tank from the basement and cleaning up after themselves.

I am very pleased with my experience with Express Plumbing and Heating. I recommend that any one in need of plumbing or heating work give them a call. Based on my experience you will be glad you did.

We just recently moved into a new house with infloor heating. Couldnt get it to work and I dont know much about that kind of stuff. Called Express and they sent over a technician named Martin Banasiak. Within a short period he figured out the problem and fixed it. Also he educated me on a lot of stuff I didnt know about my heating system. I would most definitely recommend Express to anyone. They are fast, very knowledgeable and very cost worthy. They will definitely be used for any future heating and plumbing problems I encounter.

The team at at Express far surpassed my customer service expectations from start to finish. During this January's cold snap, my furnace went down and my carbon monoxide detectors were going off. I called around for service, but it wasn't until I called Express Plumbing and Heating that I was placed on the priority list. Shawn arrived shortly after my call, explained the problem, and provided me consultation on my different options. Jason came out to bring complimentary heaters to keep warm until the parts could be ordered. On the day of the parts replacement, Nathan arrived promptly. The final cost was below the quoted cost. Everyone who came to help was courteous and checked in often to see if I was satisfied. I especially appreciated being shown the broken part at the end and shown exactly what was causing the initial problem. Excellent service all around!

-35 outside my furnace decided to quit, after calling 3 places and not good news I called express. He noticed I had kids in the house and walked me threw some troubleshooting to get some heat in my house. We found the issue and got temporary heat. I can't express enough how grateful I am that he took the few extra minutes to try and help, where others didnt. I greatly appreciate the time he toon to help. Went above the expected. I recommend him and will be recommending them to other. They saved the day and get a 5 star from me. They will be my call from now on if I have issues in the future. Thanks again!

5/5 this guys service is awesome we will be using them every time. He couldn’t get to me before 11 and once I said the heater we have had to go into my 10 month old daughters room. He said let’s try to get you some heat I’ll help you over the phone and it worked he fixed the problem over the phone.

My Technician was Martin. He came by and repaired an issue with my water heater. Which when installed new 9 years ago was basically set up for failure. The original install was done by a big reputable company in Red Deer. This is exactly why I will continue to use smaller more personal company.

Quick response and the technician that attended took the time to explain what was happening and what my options were. We went to another company for all our heating needs but they were not prompt with their service and charging us absurdly high prices. So, when we had a problem with our furnace, we tried Express based on the excellent reviews, and they were able to send a technician to help us right away. Jason, the supervisor and technician, is awesome! He fixed our furnace and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Our blower motor should be upgraded, but Jason was honest in giving us tips so we can save money and get the most of it now before upgrading it. We really appreciate the prompt and high quality service, professionalism, and honesty. Don't go anywhere else in Red Deer!
