Expressions at Home

I first used Expressions at Home in 2013 to freshen up my living room area, and ended up also ordering window coverings. Recently one of my shades had a portion malfunction and quickly Luba got ahold of Hunter Douglas and got it rectified. I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service! Luba was so efficient solving my issue, I'm utterly impressed.

Luis did a great job of explaining options and provided a perfect solution for Hunter Douglas blinds for our home. Delivery and installation were right on time and the install team was very efficient.

Have you ever found a hidden gem of a restaurant? This is the gem of window covering companies. They aren’t a big company, nor are they flashy - but I looked at big and I even looked at flashy - and these guys beat their competition without even needing to try. Their customer service is outstanding. Their product is lovely. Great quality that gets oohs and ahhs whenever guests come over. And as for price. I got the exact same quote from Costco and it was 1000 higher than what expressions quoted, even with the rebates Costco threw in. I’m delighted with these blinds. We went with ones that block heat and with 32 windows - we truly could have skipped our air conditioning lol! I’m amazed at these blinds. I have them set to open and close following the sun and I love coming home to a cool house. These blinds protect my floor and furniture from the fading and heat that the sun does. Loving my blinds! Ask for Luis when you call this company. He is everything that you want in a brand ambassador. Personable, knowledgeable, efficient and truly customer orientated. He’ll work with you to find what window coverings not only fit your budget, but make you smile with delight.

I had positive and negative experiences with Expressions. I appreciated the customer service I received. Everything is very expensive but the pieces we bought are beautiful and we’re happy with them. However that being said if you take time to look around you can find similar pieces for a lot less! Also, I would not recommend using them for wall paper. I had to have them back x3 and still not happy in the end. Over priced with less than optimal results. Basically I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and am settling with what we have.
