After having a terrible experience a few years ago I decided to give another chance. I went back and I explained what happened to Dr. Steven. He is such an amazing person. He understood what I was going through and helped me. I'm so happy I'll continue having my treatment done with him.

Shelly takes such good care of her clients. She is brilliant-talented at her craft but also runs thoughts and ideas past me to see what I think. Knowing her professionally as a critical care trained nurse lends much credence to her knowledge and talents. EA staff are always polite and energetic and engaged. It’s always a great experience!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this external affairs. Kelly’s customer service was great. She was prompt and able to book me into a last-minute appointment. Shelly is the best injector I’ve been to. She’s extremely knowledgeable and was very understanding of my concerns. I would highly recommend her especially if you’re nervous about getting a treatment done. I usually faint when I get injected but I didn’t with Shelly. She was gentle and eased a lot of my anxiety. I will definitely be returning.

I will never use this place for botox or dysport treatment again. They caused permanent damage to my right eyebrow, that's what the specialist told me and when I went and told them that something was wrong with my eye, they said it's not their fault. Of course they won't accept it but before the botox the eye wasn't like that. Be careful and I would never go back to that place.

I recently went in for my palmar hyperhydrosis treatment. I have had this procedure done twice before, which was completed by a dermatologist (not associated with External Affairs). I remember that it was very, very painful and anytime I asked for a break, the dermatologist would roll his eyes at me. After that experience, I never went back and for years I just dealt with having sweaty palms. I was extremly nervous for this appointment but Dr. Huynh and the nurse assisting him ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment and were very patient. Knowing that I will need to continue having this treatment done, I feel so much more at ease.

I wish I could list everyone by name, but all of the staff that I interacted with were very kind and professional. I can't say thank you enough to all of you.

Diana is amazing at what she does. She removed some moles for me and you can barely see a mark where they were. I’ve seen her twice and will be back. Highly recommend booking with her!

Everyone at the Edmonton location was amazing! The safety precautions from walking in the door made me comfortable and the check in process was thorough, but helpful in instilling even more confidence in my experience. My service with Diana was fabulous! She is warm and explained everything in a very understandable way and made sure to include how I can do my home care to ensure my service lasted as long as possible. At the end, I didn’t feel pressured to purchase home treatments, as some spas corner you with things you should buy. I will definitely be back!

Diana is always punctual and beyond friendly. Very professional place with a wonderful atmosphere and competent staff. I have been going for six months and will continue to go for all my beauty needs!

I have been seeing Simonne at External Affairs for about a year and a half now and there is no way I would trust anyone else with my face!
She always does the perfect amount of Dysport and knows exactly what to do with my lips in order for them to look full but not fake! Even if I ask for another syringe or touch up she will take the time to assess and explain to me that she doesn’t want to change the way I look, just enhance it.
Simonne is so kind and knowledgeable. She’s always on time and has great recommendations for skin care to help support the work she does on my face!

I have been to External Affairs a few times for Botox treatment. They are always friendly and professional. My visit on August 27th was especially pleasant- Jasmine was lovely, she did her best to make the procedure as painless as possible, asked thorough questions and kept me distracted with engaging conversation. I highly recommend EA and Jasmine.

Have had 2 friends recommend EA and I highly recommend jasmine! Very sweet and remembers the small details you tell her while giving the time to really understand and explain what she's doing. I'm a fainter when it comes to needles, she was very accommodating to that with breaks, breathing and explaining it happens and to not worry at all. Also gave me a juice box! Along with her very sweet personality she is very professional in what she does.

I had Injectables with Nurse Joelle-she does excellent work- she listens to your concerns and what you are trying to achieve and is very knowledgeable about the placement of the injections. I love the look I am left with!

I seen Simone and Salina and they were both amazing. Becky has a good crew with her and they offer services that other aesthetic places don’t. I will continue to see the staff there as they are punctual, courteous, do proper follow ups and continue to deliver. Thanks!

I had a great experience with my laser tech on both occasions. They were clean, professional and friendly. The place was clean upon entering and front staff was welcoming upon arrival. All in all my only problem was not being notified of a price increase until after my treatment, that caught me off guard. They did respond after I left my review and things did get sorted out to my satisfaction.

This is my first time visiting External Affairs. I was extremely impressed with the facility, the knowledge and professionalism of the team, and the after care advice I received. Simonne was fantastic and would highly recommend her as beauty consultant.

Never going here again. I got a facial here, and it did absolutely nothing in the long run. That, I can understand, as results work differently for everyone and you may need multiple treatments. But the results and my experience was not worth the money. The worst thing about this whole experience was when they forced me to buy their overpriced skin products leading me to believe I NEEDED this for the treatment, when there was no word spoken about the product to me in the first place, or on the website. So I ended up paying double the price which ended up to over $200. And I paid this much for no results on my scars or hyper pigmentation. In fact, I felt like my skin got worse. They ALSO wanted me to get botox. Which is just.wow. I can't imagine if someone insecure or highly influenced went here thinking they actually needed botox. Giving them a two because their staff was nice (probably to take my money lol) and their place was clean to me. I'd recommend going elsewhere for MUCH cheaper and better results.

Had microneedling done with Diana and was so impressed with the entire experience. She did a terrific job of explaining the procedure, the effects, and the process. The entire thing was relaxing, quick, and easy as could be! Super impressed and can’t recommend enough! I look forward to going back to see Diana for more procedures!

I've had micro-needling done by other professionals and absolutely loved the immediate long-lasting results! What I didn't like was all of the expensive products pushed at me and sometimes products were even a condition of the micro-needling service! I have my favourite products that I am very loyal to because they work for me and that was fine by EA.so I booked my 1st micro-needling at External Affairs last spring, my experiences at EA have been wonderful, Diana is very friendly and goes beyond to make sure the micro-needling is comfortable and effective, fantastic micro-needling application by Diana! External Affairs in Edmonton and St. Albert are wonderful to deal with. I have had waxing, microblading, fillers, laser and the list goes on of the services they have completed for me. But most importantly for my health I see them for my BHRT (bioidentical hormone replacement therapy) which has been for the past 6 years and my husband is on BHRT too. All services they have done for me is professional and fun and they make me feel like family since I'm there so much! LOL Becky and her staff are wonderful to deal with and I will continue to see them as long as they are open. Keep up the good work ladies as you all deserve an A+ for great service and communication.

I had gone to this clinic in Edmonton 2 years ago for a left nasolabial fold that was starting to form. It was my first time getting filler. I asked the nurse Shelley to fill the fold. Instead she put filler in front of the fold and said this looks better. I did not understand why she put filler in that spot but I trusted this woman and I thought she had my best interest.

Fast forward, I thought the filler would dissolve on its own instead it made a VERY PRONOUNCED fold on my left side. I realized this filler is making the fold worse and I had the filler dissolved. Now every time I look in the mirror I am reminded of this woman who portrayed herself to be kind but turned out to be malicious.

I expect that woman to receive her karma in due time. LADIES, they will gladly take your money but they also will know how to make you look awful over the long term if there is a hint of jealously. I am so choked that this happened. This act is so evil to do to someone.

I have been to a few different places for lip filler, and I can honestly say this is the BEST place to go! Joelle C.is literally amazing, she is so caring, she takes the time to explain and analyze, and instantly makes you feel comfortable. Joelle made all my lip dreams come true!

I went and saw Alyssa for my brows! She did a wax and tint and i am OBSESSED! They look so natural, clean and fresh! The location was stunning and clean and followed covid protocols! Everyone working there was warm and friendly and i really enjoyed my experience!

So I have been going to External affairs for a very long time. The owner Becky is absoluly the best! The front desk receptionists are great and very nice. They are super helpful!

I receved 2 procedures at different times. My first procedure was with Sheena and she is so professional and very nice! Sheena gave me botox in my forhead and she did this vibration technique that absolutly worked. I didn't feel a thing and the results were fabulous!

My second procedure was with nurse Joelle. I received lip injections and she was also very professional. Joelle was so sweet and she meet all my needs to the perfect lip look! Joelle does sight injections (I think that's how you say it lol) which I found gave definition and shape. This place is a place you should visit! I totally recommend them<3

I see Diana for microneedling and I have to say it’s so nice to come across someone that so obviously enjoys what they do and are great at it. I went for a consultation thinking I wanted a chemical peel and Diana explained microneedling to be a much better option for me based on my skin. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this place for anyone with concerns about their aging skin.

I had laser hair removal today with Catheryn and she made me feel so comfortable even though it was first experience. She was gentle and clearly knew what she was doing. I really appreciate how she made me feel at ease and I was surprised at how quickly it was over. I would absolutely recommend her for anyone looking for laser hair removal!

Love this place! Haven't been in a while but they got me in last minute and did a fabulous job with my eyebrows. Im always worried with waxing but not with these professionals. I'll definately be back to try the many, many other treatments they have available.

I have been going to External Affairs for years and would definitely recommend the services. Becky is an amazing nurse and only does what is necessary to make me look my best, she never goes over the top. It is nice to see that the nurses are constantly going to conferences to keep their knowledge current and stay at the top of the industry.

Everyone at External affairs is absolutely amazing! They have outstanding customer service and everyone is so knowledgeable! I have been so happy with all my services and products from here. They make me feel more confident every time I step in and out of External Affairs.

I am writing this in addition to my spouses review. I agree that things got completely out of hand with how this clinic handled our medical files and at the lack of communication from start to finish.

I generally like to avoid confrontation at all costs, which is why I'm happy my spouse (Wes) has my back when things go south.

Wes had been dealing with Marnie one of the nurses at the clinic for Botox for his face and for his jaw trouble, he just thinks the world of her.

Its sad that things have to come to an end over this situation, but the doctor told him he can't go back for any more treatments.

Wes recommended External Affairs, he told me I should go talk to them about my migraines now everything is just ruined and I wont be treated either, I as well terminated my dealings with the clinic after hearing the phone call from Doctor Briggs this afternoon, calling Wes to provoke him was uncalled for - everything Wes has said is true.
