Today at the store « Obrian » cash me out. Wow she is wonderful, she help me bag my food take it to the car and put it in the car. She is a beautiful spirited human been. Thank you I really appreciate you Keep up the good work.

Great selection and good prices. Sometimes they have issues keeping stock, but it's still my first choice in Rocky.

Gone downhill since it reopened. Alot of items we loved are gone. We spend more at Sobeys now unfortunatly.

The Cashier wearing a red hoodie was unfriendly and when I asked for bags they tried to give me one for 30 items. I do not know why they think 30 items will fit in one small bag but ok. Then when I asked them for more bags she looked confused and gave the most awkward 5 seconds of my life. The other cashier was friend and seemed to have people skills. She gave me a smile and I wish she was my cashier instead of the red hoodie person.

Much nicer store sense it changed to no frills, employees are helpful and store seems much cleaner, only thing i never seem to make it in time to catch the meat sales.

Very clean store, the service was friendly. Everything was easy to find! Sadly the deli and bakery is gone.

The store is just ready to open so how can there be reviews from months before.

The store is clean and neat. It has a different feel to it than most grocery stores. The staff were helpful

Now need a mask to shop here. I was going there lots for the deals and my dog food. Started to go to pet value for dogs food.

Have been doing the majority of my shopping here until today. The door was posted with mandatory mask signs, so I decided to do today's shopping at another store. Will only do very minimal, quick shopping here until things get back to normal. Not understanding why people who choose to wear masks actually do not trust them. If they did trust their masks to keep them safe, it really should not matter to them if I am wearing one or not.

It's convienent, when going out west to camp. We filled the truck here, while I shopped. He also got a dozen room temperature beers, they have no beer cooler room.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. Some of the employees are great and most of them are useless when trying to help.

I have some special dietary requirements and their options are typically limited when it comes to that sort of thing.

For basic shopping? It's great, and affordable. If you bank with President's Choice or have an Optimum card, you have the added bonus of earning points pretty quickly for what you spend, which eventually means free groceries!

Let's be honest. 3 stars is really good for discount retail grocery store. You get what you pay for.

I bought a water melon here. The color is pinkish and milky, no taste no flavor. Never buy it there. My phone is too good.it looks way better in the photo.

Good prices on some items with large parking lot although checkouts can get very slow during peak season

Friendly staff, plenty of parking, and literally the last stop for groceries if you're heading to the mountains. Food selection is adequate, though some shelves are empty. They were the only supermarket open on new year's day in town. Public washrooms.where are they? Upstairs, and you need to be escorted to use them. This has been an ongoing issue for far too long! Prices are comparable with the other stores in town, but quality and freshness is somewhat lacking. If you're looking for the basic essentials, ie; bread, milk and eggs, this is your stop.

Just would like to leave a couple disappointing notes. First I seriously could not believe that a public washroom was not present AT THIS LOCATION. We will not return to shop at this store again very very disappointed. When it came time to check out and pay for the groceries there are 7-8 check out counters but only one PERSON was on duty and one other girl in the customer service centre. WOW WEEEEE. We were informed the manager was on holidays. My question to Extra Foods is. WHY IS MANAGEMENT SO POORLY DEMONSTRATED IN THIS LOCATION, AND AGAIN NO PUBLIC WASHROOMS JUST CAN NOT BELIEVE THE SERVICE OF THIS STORE VERY VERY VERY POOR. WE WILL BE RETURNING TO SOBEYS TO DO OUR SHOPPING AS THE SELECTION IS AS GOOD OR BETTER. ONE LAST THING I WOULD LIKE TO SAY IS THAT THE TWO GIRLS THAT WERE THERE SHOULD MAYBE BE RUNNING THE STORE. I GIVE THEM A LOT OF CREDIT THERE WERE AWESOME AND VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH I SERIOUSLY WOULD PROMOTE THEM BOTH. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION AND FREEDOM OF SPEECH. HOPEFULLY THESE REQUESTS WILL BE LOOKED AT SERIOUSLY. THANKS FOR YOUR PRECIOUS TIME.
