I have been going to eyebar for at least 10 years now, all the optometrists are comfortable to be around. Samantha and Kimberly are very helpful and knowledgable when it comes to choosing the right frames. I’ve gone through some money troubles and they are helpful when it comes to finding a price range suitable for your budget. I highly reccomend coming here and I will continue returning as long as they are open! Thanks for the great service over the years.

It’s nice to get their text reminders plus Samantha was able to communicate that my contacts were in stock. I cant answer the phone while i’m at work so it’s nice to be able to communicate through text.

Excellent experience at the Eye Bar-Sherwood Park. Their customer service, knowledge and friendly staff made our visit a very positive one. Sam was AMAZING with our 7 year old Son who needed new glasses. She was so kind and patient with us and helped us pick the perfect pair of glasses for him. Highly recommend this place. Will be returning!

I was in Eye-Bar last week looking for a prescription from 4 years back.before I had cataract surgery. Kimberly immediately went to work searching the records plus older records from before they had upgraded their system. She eventually did find my prescription and she printed it out for me. Excellent service with a smile.

My girls (5 &3) and I have been going to the eye-bar for 5 or so years now (my daughter needed to be seen every 6 months when she was a baby) & they have always been so welcoming. The best part for my girls has always been trying on glasses- the lovely people at the front never give us a hard time for them trying on *every pair* they can reach & this last visit Kimberly was my oldest number one cheerleader and it gave her the confidence to start showing more then just me the ones she felt good in, she started rushing over to show Kim too. I recently was seen by their newest optometrist and they were so easy to talk with and didn’t discount my questions or concerns. As always, it was a great experience and we will keep coming back!

Needed new glasses while on holidays. Decided to try eye bar. Best decision I made. Samm made picking new frames so much fun. She didn’t rush me and brought so many to choose from. Best customer service. I had to leave before they were ready and she couriered them to me. Great service. Will definitely go again.

This is such a friendly place! The staff is very knowledgeable about the frames they have on hand, and they have many styles for you to choose from. They will definitely be able to help you select a frame that looks good. Everyone here is patient, accommodating and friendly!

I came in there with mangled sunglasses and Sam brought them back to life! She knew exactly what to do to reform them back into a wearable pair of specs, and was quick doing it. I would 10/10 recommend the eye bar to anyone looking for specs or getting them repaired, and I would recommend they ask for Sam in a heartbeat!

This place is a hidden gem. Excellent customer service. Also a great selection of frames for everyone. They were very patient with me to make sure I was confident and comfortable with my lenses.

I’ve had the greatest privilege of receiving suburb service from start to the finish process with Samm Rossi. I had not had my eyes checked for many years and needed the testing done quickly along with running benefits that were near their end date. Once my eye exam was complete Samm then proceeded to choose many different options for frames by listening to my preferences along with my line of work. Between Samm and myself we were able to narrow it down to a single frame that still to this day works awesome. I’m very grateful for the timely manor in which the entire process was completed. I would recommend any of my friends and family members to go here and ask for Samm Rossi.

Been here for years and have to say today was a rather disappointing experience. My optometrist was spectacular as ever but the front end customer service was just not what it used to be.was looking to spend quite a bit of money on a few pairs of frames and just felt like the staff would rather carry on their own personal conversations than help their customer find their new frames.not what im used to here so maybe it was just a one of but i ended up walking out and taking my business elsewhere!
