Among the optometrists I've visited, Dr. Wong stands out as exceptionally kind, patient, and understanding. Her expertise in eye care, coupled with her ability to effectively communicate complex concepts, is remarkable. The staff at her clinic, Eye & Co, are equally commendable for their respectfulness and efficiency, always striving to accommodate busy schedules. They particularly impressed me with their handling of a manufacturing defect in my glasses frames, resolving the issue seamlessly and with great care. The overall experience at Eye & Co was outstanding, reminiscent of the high standards set by companies like Apple.

I can honestly say that this was the best optometry appointment I’ve ever had. It was my first appointment here - Sheila and Erin were so welcoming and friendly making my experience amazing from start to finish. Dr. Wong went above and beyond, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything during my eye exam and answer all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable and personable. You can tell she is extremely passionate about what she does. Highly recommend to everyone!

My experience was awful. I got my eyes checked in beginning of the month and they still have not given me my glasses. I was told inspection did not go through on lenses does that mean there is non professionalism at your place who does not know how to do task? Pleas check with other places … people get glasses in 5 days

Dr. Wong is an incredible eye doctor who is so personable and pleasant and I was so glad to see her again after meeting her for the first time a few years ago at a different clinic. This was my first appointment here and it was an amazing experience! Sheila was so welcoming and helpful with picking out new frames! Marc was just fantastic helping my daughter pick out her frames and explaining how to remove eye makeup properly. From walking in and meeting Sheila and Marc, to my assessment with Dr. Wong, I had a fantastic experience at Eye and Co. Optometry. I would recommend them for anyone from first-time clients that may be nervous to the most stylish of eyewear veterans.

You don't have to do the puff of air into your eye so that alone was honestly worth it.

But also the clinic is beautiful and everyone was very friendly, I had a great experience. Dr. Wong was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I whole heartedly recommend her and her clinic.

I highly recommend Dr. Y-Nhi Wong! This clinic is absolutely gorgeous inside and the staff is so welcoming. Dr. Wong is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. She goes above and beyond, always being available to answer questions. She is amazing with kids and made my daughters first eye exam so stress free.

Honestly - It had been FAR too long since I had seen an optometrist. As an adult who has worn corrective lenses for 20+ years (GAH! When did I get so old? !?) ? I really should have known better. But we moved to Chapelle recently and I stumbled across this absolute gem on Facebook. Dr. Wong was a delight - I felt like I’d seen her 100 times before - She was so genuinely caring and equally informative. My optician (forgive me - I can’t recall his name but his floral dress shirt made my LIFE!) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. I loved his suggestions and I ended up with a new pair or GORG glasses I can’t wait to wear! Thank you so much EYE & CO. Optometry!

The very best service my family and I had with Dr. Wong and her staff Mark and Sheila. Mark did a very good job for helping us out when choosing our eyeglasses frames, very professional and honest with his opinions. Sheila is very approachable and friendly. Dr. Wong seems like I was just talking to a friendly neighbor. She made me very comfortable and made things very easy for me to understand my condition.

I took my two daughters ages 4 and 5 to see Dr. Wong and she was impeccable with them. She was incredibly friendly and very personable. My younger daughter was a little nervous going to her eye appointment but those nerves soon disappeared when she talked with Dr. Wong. Her staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

Highly recommend, I will be seeing her later this year for my checkup since my old optometrist is retiring.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at our eye exams. Dr. Wong and her entire staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, they walked us through the entire experience from start to finish making us feel welcome and at ease. Also they did great with my young daughter and I would recommend them to anyone with kids.

Great experience, Dr Wong is knowledgeable and friendly. Explaining the process every step of the way during the examination. She found an indication of possible other health issues which prompted me to go for a check up with my family doctor. Without her thorough examination and scans this could have been missed.

The front staff are also amazing. Both Sheila and Marc are friendly and knowledgeable. Marc is a genius with picking out frames that will suit your style and sometimes push you out of your comfort zone with stunning results!

BONUS-They even let me know that my kids' exams are covered by AB Health. I had no idea! I know where I will be brining the rest of the family.

I had a great experience at Eye & Co.the service was very friendly and the Optometrist on staff was very informative. She did a lot of extra testing that other places don’t and seemed to really know her stuff.

The staff also helped me pick some new glasses. After hearing my thoughts, Mark did an amazing job narrowing down my choices so I didn’t get overwhelmed. The glasses also are from quality brands and not the cheap plastic stuff you find at WEM.

Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend this place.

Just had an exceptional appointment at Eye & Co. Upon arrival was greeted by Sheila who was very pleasant with covid screening, additional “paperwork” and delivery of drops for eye dilation.
Dr Wong performed a comprehensive and professional exam. Checking not only visual acuity but also for glaucoma and other health issues for inside of the eye. Dr Wong took the time to explain her findings and make suggestions for the overall comfort and health of my Eyes.
Marc, the Optician was very pleasant and professional. He has a special talent for helping you select the glasses that best suit and compliment your facial structure.

I took my two sons, 5 and 14, to Eye & Co.for our eye exams on Saturday. The inside of the optometry is brightly light and open. It has a really nice vibe when you walk inside. Sheila, the front end staff, took very good care of all of us, she was super good with the 5 year old. The night before he wasn’t to keen on getting his eyes tested, but as soon as we got there, Sheila put him at ease and made him feel so comfortable that he was excited to see Dr. Wong. Dr. Wong was so good with him during the exam, he was happy to stick around even after he collected his little reward! Dr. Wong gave good explanations after each boys exam and gave me detailed information on my exam and useful tips on keeping my eyes healthy after staring at computer screens all day at work. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant and easy for all of us.

I visited Eye&co for my eye exam. I mentioned to Dr Wong that my eyes water a lot especially if it’s sunny and/or windy. She explained that it’s cause by my eyes actually being dry. She also mentioned that over the years the ducts in our eyelids become clogged therefore producing less oil and making eyes dry. She recommended a warming eye mask that unclogs ducts in eyelids and non preservative lubricating eye drops. After the first use of those products my eyes are no longer watery. I am able to go outside without sunglasses and my eyes don’t water at all. I’m one happy customer. Thank you!

Amazing staff and excellent selection of glasses. We went in for our family checkup. Dr Wong was amazing. She's very kind and my kids adore her. If you have children, this is THE place to go. You won't regret it. We followed Dr. Wong from when she was on the north end by our home, and now travel 35 minutes to her new clinic. For us, the travel time is well worth it. I wouldn't go anywhere else. A+

I can't even begin to say what an amazing experience it was going to eye and co. The clinic itself was beautiful and quite clean. Front staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Wong herself was very thorough and you could tell she was quite passionate about her work. Everything was on time and there was no waiting.

The selection was pretty great - from low key to bold. Mark was also extremely helpful when it came to choosing frames. He took into account personal style, preference and budget. He picked frames that worked with my face and took his time in considering. Also made great selections and suggestions.
