Such a pleasant experience after being concerned with my eyes for years. Charlotte greeted me quite literally at the door and was so pleasant and courteous from start to finish. Dr. Brady was incredibly professional and clear during his assessment, he knew my needs within the first five minutes of meeting me. Turns out after 16 years of not seeing an eye doctor I need glasses! Was so glad to have this experience at Eye Gallery. Big ups to Kiefer for getting me cashed out.

I needed an emergency eye appointment due to a receiving a chemical burn on my eye and they squeezed me in to see Dr. Turner. He was quick and efficient but also thorough and informative. He gave me a prescription for the burn and it is providing relief already. The clinic is cute and stylish with incredibly friendly staff. I will definitely be coming here for my next eye exam!

Absolutely love all the staff here. Super helpful and kind. They are great at helping you pick out the frames perfectly suited to you and your price point. Service is exceptional from start to finish.

I have been going to the eye gallery for years and continue to even though I have moved 110 km away.
Dr. Brady Turner is thorough and highly communicative, but it does not stop there.
The front desk is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.
To top it all off the Eye Gallery is a big community supporter, more recently for the food bank.

Dr. Turner and the staff here were amazing! It’s been 8 years since my last exam before coming here and they answered all my questions with kindness and compassion, and the prices for the frames I found to be quite fair. Looking forward to my new glasses!

Friendly staff from the second you walk in. Greeted by the receptionist who was able to direct bill insurance. Very clean facility as well. The optometrist was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Highly would recommend to anyone needing to get their eyes checked! Also had a wide selection of frames.

Wonderful experience. Every piece of equipment was wiped and sanitized right before I used it, the staff were all incredibly helpful and nice. Dr. Turner is awesome and patiently helped me find my new prescription and carefully explained all the nuances with the RGP lenses that I would like to move into. They are also upfront with costs and fees, so there are absolutely no surprises. I would go here, over and over again!

From the eye exam to choosing frames and fitting, the Eye Gallery understood my expectations: I want the professional services of a health care provider, particularly during the covid pandemic. I had an appointment with Dr. Turner and without difficulty found glasses I like at a reasonable price. It doesn't get any better.

Had a friend recommend this optical centre to me, and I had a phenomenal experience. Easy to book with, direct billing options, appointment reminders, friendly clerks, and rad specs to choose from. The best part however though, is Dr. Brady, who was friendly, kind, professional, and someone who really knows eyes. He took the time to carefully explain to me my eye health information, and answered my questions reasonably and intelligently. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The family and I have been going to The Eye Gallery for a few years now. My most recent visit for an annual eye exam today was great. Dr. Turner and his staff were polite. The exam took about 30 minutes and was very thorough. Dr. Turner addressed my questions about contacts after LASEK surgery 15+ years ago, and emailed within the same day with options. Great customer service. Looking forward to many more years of eye care from Dr. Turner and the staff at the Eye Gallery.

My experience at Eye Gallery was great. I didn’t have to wait to get in for my exam and the staff was very personable. Dr. Turner took the time to explain all of my results and made me feel like I mattered. 10/10 would recommend these guys and I will definitely be dealing with them from now on.

I had a great experience at Eye Gallery. They are under new management and I found it to be a very welcoming environment with very friendly and competent staff. I appreciate that they do direct billing. I was seen by Dr. Brady Turner and found him to be very professional, competent and thorough in his assessment. They also have a wide selection of glasses and sunglasses to choose from.

The staff as well as the Doctor and student Optometrist here are all extremely friendly. Right from booking the appointment (In which i made a mistake on the digital appointment and they fixed it within an hour of me booking it) to leaving the door the next day, the speed at which they follow up on questions or issues you have reminds you about what good customer experiences are like. Every step of the visit was handled exceptionally by the different staff members, while I had my eyes tested they took time to clean my current glasses and made sure I wasn't uncomfortable for any portion of the tests.

I personally have issues with my vision while trying to do most of the tests but they made sure to move at my pace and never tried to rush any portion of it. Even after the tests finished they personally took time to help me select new frames and gave honest opinions. For someone with no sense of style and who has to wear glasses at all times it was a big confidence boost having all the staff show they valued not only my vision but how there products suited me.

Thanks for the great visit, I look forward to return in the future for my next checkup and glasses.
