I just visited this optometry clinic and had a great experience. The staff were really friendly and knew a lot. Dr. Ross was amazing - the best eye doctor I've ever seen. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing eye care.

I always enjoy coming to EyeSpy. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Ross is very personable, thorough and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to Shayne, Kezia and especially Becca for providing me a solution to my eye glass problem.

I can not speak more highly of Mark and the staff. They are thorough, friendly, helpful and fantastic at delivering high level of service. Easy 5 stars!

Dr. Ross and his team were amazing. Such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Dr. Ross loves what he does and it shows. The exam was thorough and explained very well. Can't recommend enough.

Becca was amazing! And made shopping for glasses a lot of fun.the rest of the staff (sorry don't remember names) were very helpful! What a great team I recommend Eye Spy to everyone great knowledge and fun people

The Office Manager is such a rude, terrible, dishonest, very unprofessional, empty headed, unintelligent, ignorant, incompetent, and unacceptable person/manager who violates the regulations / ACO Guidelines. The Dr. Ross is good as an optometrist, but not good as one of the clinic's representatives, unfortunately.

I gave her, the Office Manager, the chance to make the wrongdoing she committed and her unacceptable rude attitudes and words right, but she and your office ended up choosing to ignore the misconduct and unprofessional actions and the issues she took and caused, as well as the chance I gave you guys to make them right. It's funny that you say "Please feel free to give us a call to discuss the matter on hand further. " because you guys are the ones who ended up ignoring me without solving the issues. Lol I can show the evidence to the public and prove it if you want. I don't mind doing that.

On my flight into Calgary, the screw in the frame of my glasses fell out, causing the lense to pop out. I was flying in with work for an overnight event and am pretty blind without my glasses so needless to say I was panicking a little! We found Eye Spy and popped in to see if they could assist. The team was so wonderful and didn’t even hesitate. They were so friendly and helpful, and got my glasses fixed up in minutes. 100% saved the trip! And they wouldn’t let me pay! Thank you so so much.

Dr. Mark Ross is exceptionally talented. Period.
Excellent equipment, skills and aptitude. Wonderful manners, patience, and kowledge.
Front side staff I would rank as very average, not particularly knowledgeable about the products they are selling. But very skilled at selling you stuff that, in hindsight, isn't very useful.
