Dr. Farrah and her team are incredibly talented and knowledgeable - they care deeply for their patients' eye health. I’ve had vision challenges since a very young age - Dr Farrah is meticulous regarding eye examinations. Her depth of expertise and kindness make her a genuinely gifted optimist - one of the best I’ve ever gone to. I moved from Toronto to Calgary 5 years ago and am grateful I found this clinic. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hesla’s for many years now. He is a wonderful, patient, caring and attentive doctor that takes time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and problem solve with me. I’m feel I am quite a demanding patient (I ask a lot of questions) but he takes all my concerns seriously and takes time to explain the best options for treatment, answering all my questions patiently- I never feel rushed. I appreciate how thorough he is with his care. He is personable and conversational, and you can tell he really cares about his patient’s wellbeing.

I came in for a visit due to a stye that was progressively getting worse and came out incredibly impressed and satisfied with how Eyedeology goes about treating their patients.

Dr. Jessica and Dr. Farrah did an incredible job explaining the root cause of the stye and possible long-term implications. I am in front of a computer for long periods and have had a history of dry eyes and styes. My stye was between a Stage 3/4 and it was really scary to be honest when I saw microscopic pictures from my eye exam. I knew I couldn't do the same behaviors over and over and expect a different result.

I proceeded to heed their advice and try their IPL treatment alongside using an eye pad, drops and their Alumier product - following the suggestions they had recommended.

My eyes haven't felt this good in years and am grateful to the entire Eyedeology team for their deep expertise, professionalism and comforting atmosphere. I went to get treatment for my dry eyes caused due to prolonged computer use. Dr. Farrah and Dr. Jessica diagnosed my situation right from day one and provided me with top notch medical treatments. Post assessment, Karen explained to me the entire treatment process very well. Overall I am extremely happy with the way I was taken care of and my eyes feel much better now. Dr. Farrah at Eyedeology is wonderful. I suffer from very dry eyes and several years ago found her clinic in Calgary. I decided to give her a try and haven't looked back since. I have subsequently moved a couple provinces away, but continue to go to see her annually because of the trust I have in her.
She cares about you as a patient, asks about what's going on and is very thorough in her examinations. If there is something out of the ordinary or something she is concerned about, she looks into it fully.
She goes over the different treatment options with you and ensures you understand them and that they're compatible with your lifestyle. The treatment plan she put me on was very effective.

Would do a five stars comments for Eyedeology. I had an extraordinary experience in this clinic, the whole team was so nice and friendly with lots of patience. I could feel that they are costumer-oriented. Their Doctors presented their professionalism, and are supper knowledgeable in optometry area. IPL treatments are very good for my dry eye. Also, That is so amazing the clinic is able to do specialty Contact lens evaluation. That’s impressive they consider Patients’ eye health as their first priority.

Dr. Farrah is a great optometrist who has been treating us for 6 years. She is terrific with kids and has suggested great options to maintain their long term health.

We got overnight contacts for our daughter and after the fitting, she was sent home with just contacts and solution. They did not let us know that she may need eye drops until she has a cornea scratch. After that, we find out from a friend who’s child also had the same contacts that there is a six hour cleaning solution a day and that the contacts need to be rubbed and cleaned twice a week. I had to get the care instructions from a friend. This is so unprofessional and lack of diligence.

What a great place to be at!

I enjoyed the environment and all the beautiful faces there, they are extremely accommodating and so nice! I'd get my cornea scratched just to go there as often as I could honestly though a 10/10 team

Dr. Farrah and her team are amazing! I’ve been going to Dr. Farrah for over 7 years now and I would not trust anyone else for my or my family’s eye health. She takes the time to explain everything she sees and answers all the questions I have. She has treated my chronic dry eyes and given me so many resources to keep my eyes as healthy as possible. My children have seen her from birth and are so excited for their regular checkups. Dr. Farrah and Dr. Jessica have helped identify a potential eye issue with our newborn and are currently helping him get glasses to help his eyes (I am beyond grateful for this as he is so young and cant tell me if anything is wrong). The team helped us with multiple tests on him and after 3 hours he wanted to continue to play with everyone there!

The team at Eyedeology goes above and beyond to make sure your appointment goes as smooth as possible and that any follow-ups are done effectively. Dr. Farrah and her team have also helped me change up my makeup products to eye friendly products which means that I can now wear eye liner and mascara without aggregating my dry eyes!

My family (wife, 11-month old son and myself) has recently started visiting Eyedeology for our eye exams and glasses. The shop & clinic is clean and modern, and the staff and doctors are very friendly. They even have a secret stash of toys in case you have a crying baby. Our doctor is Dr. Jessica Yang. She is professional, patient and very thorough in her diagnosis. We enjoy visiting Eyedeology, and it's becoming our regular family trip. According to Dr. Jessica, "the family that gets eye exams together stays together! " Recommended.

Fantastic staff, wonderful eye doctors. I have been visiting Dr. Marilyn Wong since I was a young child and it is always a pleasure to see her. I cannot fathom how one person could ask multiple times a day "Which is more clear? 1 or 2? Now this is 3 and that's 4". Hell, she has been doing that for 20+ years, yet she always keeps it fresh and upbeat. Definitely the best eye doctor I have ever had (perhaps I am biased).
I will say this: It is rare to find staff that make you feel welcome and cared for, but Eyedeology has a wonderful way with their customers. Excellent experience, would recommend anyone I know to check them out if they need their eyes looked at.

Have been bringing both my 2yr and 5yr old children here for their annual checkups. Brought the 5yr old in today for Dr. Jessica to check out an unusual eye movement. She provided great attentive care, will be providing
a referral to a pediatric ophthalmologist, and followed up with an unprompted email after-hours describing the situation.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this clinic. The team here is knowledgeable and compassionate, and they have the latest technology for treating dry eyes. My problem was misdiagnosed by four other practitioners, but Dr Farrah was amazing and figured it out immediately. She is also very knowledgeable about natural approaches for supporting the health of your eyes. I will not be trusting other people with my eye health anymore. If you have having any type of eye problem this clinic needs to be your first stop.

Dr Jessica Yang is a wonderful doctor, who is kind and patient and answers all of your questions! I've never had an eye exam done so thoroughly with other docs before and was very surprised! She's cool and nice and knows her stuff! She also follows up with you which tells you that she actually cares! 5/5 she's great!

Dr. Jessica Yang - a consummate professional. Great, friendly and helpful staff. Very informative and thorough, they take time to make sure you understand everything - from examination, to ordering glasses, contacts, insurance coverage, costs, or any questions that you have about your eye health and options for vision correction. I do not remember the last time an eye specialist taking such a long time to thoroughly examine my eyesight. Good vision is SO important to one’s health and Eyedeology has the right ideology when it comes to treating and educating their patients.

In any case, no need to spend hours looking for an office located conveniently near you or throwing darts at a map trying to guess your next selection for an eye specialist. Simply head to Eyedeology. You will not regret your decision.
