The dentist section is extremely friendly. However, the optical section is the complete opposite.
The receptionist are very rude. I've observed this for a few years, nothing changes.
I was waiting for my appointment, and noticed how the receptionist was abrupt when attending a walk-in.

Excellent eye doctor for me and my 3 year old. And the lady that helped me pick out my glasses was amazing, very friendly and no pressure to buy.

Always have a great experience at this clinic. Doctors are very friendly always answer all my families’ questions during eye exams. Staff is sweet and super friendly girls, they go above and beyond to assist us every time! Thank you Eyes on 34th, will definitely be returning for more glasses:)

Very poor customer service, bought 1000 bucks 2 glasses, after 4-5 day’s came to return only 300 stuff they declined directly. Don’t trust those guys.

My whole family goes here for exams and glasses, they have always done an amazing job with my 5 year old daughter.

While some online stores may have what seems like better prices, the service and quality you get here beats them all. I will never go anywhere else.

Wow I was surprised by their great service at this store. The staff were so nice and genuine that you can even notice their positivity in their service. I have a really bad experince with them.
I went there in 2019 and they prescribed me scleral lenses. I paid a lot of money. That was the worst decisin I have taken ever. Now. I can’t use the right eye. The lenses damged my eye since then.
I don’t recommend listening to any of their advices.

I needed a fast appointment due to an infection, and they squeezed me in at a great time that same day. All of the staff was pleasant and nice During each visit I had too. Id definitely recommend eyes on 34th.

Superb experience. My glasses frame was broken so went there after trying many places. Dheena, a staff member, attended me and understood me that I can not afford another pair of new glasses at that time. She gave me a new frame at a very good price and fixed my lenses in that frame herself. She understood me and served me above my expectations. Definitely recommend this place. - - Pooja

My family and I have been patients for years and always receive excellent service. We now currently reside in Calgary but it is worth the drive to keep Eyes as our opticians.

We went Tuesday 11 am for buying sunglasses, reception lady talk to as very very rude, not at all help full she said go and get out side eye exam, but possible to get exam there self totally dissatisfied because of the lady in front desk

I have been visiting Eyes on 34th since 2016. From my experience, they have the cutting edge facility, top quality customer service and respect to customers time. I find the Doctors very reliable and trust worthy in diagnosing and prescription glasses. I will recommend everybody to visit Eyes on 34th!

Very bad! I gave them my glasses for repairs over night in perfect condition and got them back with multiple scratches. They are making me cover all the charges for an issue that they caused and didn’t even have the professional courtesy to apologize to me about the situation or anything. The manger kept coming at me like I intentionally did this myself and never took any responsibility for his firms actions. The receptionist was very stubborn and claimed that she had never seen the scratches on the glasses when she handed them to me this morning, she acted like she what she said goes. This is the last time I will ever be associating myself with this “business” named Eyes on 34th. Any one of these individuals who claims this to be a “business” should take a good long look at themselves in the mirror.
