F/X fixed a bad installation of sound equipment in my 2022 ram Classic, they were also very friendly and patient with me thanks!

I have had this company install every single electronic device I need for every vehicle I ever owned.

Had Service for a troubleshoot on my Jeep Grand Cherokee car alarm and starter by CompuStar was quick and he is very nice to deal with explained everything that was going on and very knowledgeable about these types of systems. I very much recommend this shop.

Troy was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He even offered to walk out to my car and show me how to use the starter in my car and I'm still not a paying customer. I will definitely be back because I know I can get done what I need done there. I also got a free cloth and that comes in handy if you wanna wipe down your car or check something under the hood. Just wanted to give a big shout out to Troy. I called Monday (April 18,2022) asking if anyone could take a look at my remote starter. The shop wasn’t actually open and Troy happened to be there cleaning his car and answering phones. Although it was his day off, he still took his own time to wait for me to get to the shop and take a look at it. He didn’t ask for a dime for his time and I really appreciate him trying to help. Amazing customer service and experience! Both Troy and Darcy were incredibly patient and thorough in explaining all options for a remote start system. After being told by a dealership that it simply cannot be done on a Land Rover/Range Rover Evoque - Darcy knocked it out of the park! The system runs perfectly, so much so that I brought in a second vehicle (LR2) and continue to recommend FX Audio to anyone who has Land Rover, Mercedes, BMW etc.

Very reasonable pricing and clear, honest communication all around.

Had a Compustar remote starter installed a few years ago, these guys did a great job. Had another Compustar system installed on another vehicle in 2021. There was a minor issue with the automatic headlights after the install but they had me bring my car back in right away and rectified the issue. These guys are professional and do excellent work.

If you have a high end vehicle this is the place to have the work done. They figured out and solved some challenges with my XLR. Very impressed.

I just called to try and get a installation kit for my 320i and bodies like you up can help you cuz I'm going to have to order it in so you get a zero rating I would never go to that place after that phone call thanks for your help but I appreciate it terrible experience you supposed to be like hey bud right on no problem I'll get look it up for you right now done I would have bought it right there give my Visa number everything but no I'll never step foot in that store gross disgusting

I just had a front/rear dash cam installed in my car. I was really impressed with the work that was done. As a 45 year veteran of the audio industry, I've always had good equipment in my vehicles and I'm really picky about who touches my car. After seeing Darcy's attention to detail, I won't hesitate to use them again. In fact, I took a bunch of their business cards to hand out to my customers who demand the best. (BTW, I just do home audio, not 12v at all.) F/X Audio is definitely the best in Edmonton!

Called them and asked if they had a marine stereo deck for my boat they said yes put aside for me I get there and it's a standard stereo deck so I drove into city to grab this deck and they wasted my time so if you call them maybe double and triple check they no what your asking as I just wasted 1 hour if my day, the guy did say sorry and apologize but definitely not happy for them wasting my time and leaving work earlier to get this deck

Bought a used remote starter from this place. Staff was very helpful, shout outs to Wayne for actually grabbing me the remote all the way from their Spruce Grove store, was pretty good customer service there.

FX audio recently installed a command start in my Mercedes, they got us in the day after ordering the unit and are very professional at what they do. Thier Customer service is above and beyond. I will reccomend them to others.

Installed a brand new starter here, and immediately after I noticed my mirror signal lights stopped working along with the auto adjusting review mirrors when reverse is engaged. Also the interior wasn't put back together fully.

Fantastic service! I went there with my BMW and they managed to fit me in on short notice and made it all happen. Can't express how great their service is.

Maybe I don't know enough about car audio systems, but apparently you don't check the anenna before starting to install a new audio system, I would think that the antenna's soul purpose is to feed the radio, then when they figure out that is the problem, oh we will have to charge you labour to remove the new one and put your old one back.

These guys deserve your business! I thought there was something wrong with my car getting into "reservation mode" (manual transmission), and I had already tried to see if it was in valet mode and couldn't fix the problem myself. Way Lieng Choy and his staff member answered ALL my questions and helped me problem solve what could be wrong and laid out all my options. At the end of it all, Way Lieng Choy (owner) went to try and get my car out of valet mode himself and it worked! Thanks for taking the extra time to solve what ended up being a simple problem! My two way remote still has a button jammed so I will be back to have that fixed or get a remote upgrade:)

The staff were very professional. More than able to answer any question I had. Also the install is very clean, looks good. They really take care of you and make sure everything is working exactly the way you like. I had an alarm/starter and stereo install. Blown away by the sound quality and everything works great. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants only the best quality in product and install.
